I had this forwarded to me recently and have watched it several times. I love how this couple who have been married for 62 years still have a sense of humor and slap each other on the ass when they change position. If only I could be so lucky and meet someone to spend the rest of my days being this happy with.
An elder couple walked into the lobby of the Mayo Clinic and spotted a piano. They've been married for 62 years and he'll be 90 this year.

I've got blogs to catch up on. Our computer crashed on Thursday..and we just got it working again today. We spent hours and hours on the phone with the techs and ended up having to wipe the hard drive. It was headache inducing!

I am going to see the Indians vs. Yankees today. I scored free tickets and a free parking pass!! WOO HOO! Too bad they are losing and my track record at pro games is the team loses. Oh well, at least we didn't have to pay for the tix!! A day in the sunshine is worth having the team tank!!!!

LYNN...if I could figure out a way to sneak in snacks, I would! They go thru your purse. I have had to throw out an almost full bottle of water when I forgot and carried it to the stadium from the parking lot. At the concession stands if you buy a soda pop, you don't even get a lid...afraid a minor will buy a soda and an adult will fill the cup with beer! My friend said she wants to get a stadium hot dog...I told her to go to the bank and take out a second mortgage!!

Hi Mo... It's been cool and cloudy all weekend, but I took Zia to the open market. It's like a Farmer's Market but so much more quaint. We bought a ton of cherries because they're going out of season and they're delicious! I love to watch her check citrus by scratching the outside and smelling. She's such a blast from the past... Never been married and delightfully devout.

Carol, Since I have been an adult, we have never had a priest/pastor for longer than 10 years. It is sad that they make them retire, like putting them out to pasture.

This kitten is keeping me busy today. MR. EBJ had to work, and you have to watch her every second. She is tiny but fast, and into everything.

Wow. It's quiet... Thank you for the clarification on mass. I have made various attempts to become more spiritual. The last attempt almost had me until the Minister got fired because his married girlfriend was pregnant with his baby, his wife had filed for divorce and he got arrested for drugs. Too bad, that. I really liked hearing the guy speak.

Diagnosed with lung cancer less than a year ago... was told 2 weeks ago it had moved to brain... and she passed on wednesday...

5 days and the babies are here. When do I have to stop calling them my babies? They are 3 and 2 now.
My Mom leaves on Sunday for her annual summer in Germany- we met up with her on Friday and she was having a ball (several glasses of wine later) with her girlfriends. I sure hope I am having that kind of fun at age 78.

I usually love to mow, but our mower needs to be repaired. There is thingy on it that makes it go easier and faster. The thingy broke, so now you have to push really hard and I'm all sweaty.

I did buy a dog and a bottle of water...$8.25..highway robbery, but the dog was soooooo good!
After the game, my friend said that since I asked her to share in the tickets and I drove she wanted to buy me dinner. We went to Panini's...AWFUL. The food sucked and the service was even worse. I will be writing a letter later!
BONACCI...ya didn't remind me to put sunscreen on my scalp where my part is!! Got a nice red streak from front to back!! Oh well, it was worth it!
SACBARB...I'm glad you're getting a second opinion. Maybe even if the price is comparable they will have a better financing deal. Good luck.

CAROL...yes, the Joisey Shore is incredible. Glad you had a great time. I understand that here, they try to rotate priests every few years. I think they should let them stay where they are as long as the parishoners still attend. But, I am Jewish, so what do I know about it!!!
