Have a great day everyone..beware the dry air.. ;)

  3. OMG..Shirley, those are hilarious! They reminded me of Notting Hill, when the roommate asks the main character if his shirt looks okay and he says it does and he turns around and the back of the shirt says, "Fancy a F@#k"...

Master Bate was hilarious!! LOL... Terrible, just terrible!

DeeDee: You Bammed so well this morning and you certainly look lovely doing it.

Good morning LynnD, Shirley, DeeDee, Zona.

Well, I have movers going to my exes to get the last of the stuff on Saturday and I will officially be in my own place, living my own life with my little puppies. :) Things are good now, already I am feeling better every day.

Take care all and I hope everyone's holiday festivities are going well. The first thing I put up in my new house was the Christmas tree, ironically enough. I have no tv, no internet, no couch, and a lot of work but I am so happy! :)

Okay..take care..talk to you all later, GATERS!

  4. Zona, Stay Well! I had a sore throat a couple of weeks ago and drank green tea and put a lozenge in it and then went to exercise and the next day it was gone. You can sweat it out too...he he. :)

Also, thanks to everyone so much for the calls and notes and touching base with me. I appreciate it so much, and you will not even know how many times your calls, notes, comments, etc..picked me up these last few months. :) Muchas Gracias Senoritas!

  5. DeeDee Ooh, those boots were made for walkin'. Well, maybe not, but they sure do look good and you look mahvelous wearing them.

  6. Zona I hope your throat gets better as the day goes on. Maybe it just hurts because you were snoring. LOL

  7. Bebbi Big hugs to you. I'm glad you are doing what is healthiest for you, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Hey, next Monday night I've signed up for a combo class that Curves and Zumba are putting on at the Curves that I go to. I'm looking forward to it. I think it will be fun.

  8. Shirley Thank you for the blog today. It's hard to believe that anyone would really wear any of those shirts. Talk about bad taste!

  9. LynnD How's the non-smoking going? Is it getting a little easier now?

  10. Yesterday, I was traveling north on the Pacific Coast Highway when an older woman pulled out of a side street, crossing my path as she turned left and headed south in the northbound lane next to mine. Yikes! I laid on the horn as we passed each other. She seemed to come to a stop as I was watching her in my rear view mirror. I could see a couple of cars coming over the hill and heading her way but they seemed to be slowing as they spotted her car facing them. I lost sight of it as I went over a hill. I was just a few seconds from our police department so pulled in there and rushed inside to report the problem. As I was there, they started getting calls about it. Hopefully, she didn't cause an accident. It was shocking to see her do that.

  11. damn it J/l that was me!!

    Didn't you recognise my plates!!?

    "WANT-IT"!!??

I do that to meet guys!!

    ReplyDelete
  12. J/L: Wow..how scary..

DeeDee: ROFLMAO! What a way to meet guys but sounds to me like that would be a way to meet THE GUY (AKA GOD)..

    ReplyDelete
  13. Oh J/L! How exciting that you will try Zumba...it is so good for your hips and your body. I hope you like it. :) I bet you will. I haven't been able to go because I have had either packing, moving or a short fiction class that keeps me from my Tuesday and Saturday Zumba..but once my life gets a little more settled (almost there), then I will be back at it. I did go to Yoga last night..yoga's great too.

  14. J/L: Thanks for the hugs..and I am trying to do what I need to do for me..already feeling a difference in my life.

  15. SHIRLEY - Priceless....especially the hand lotion one ;)

Boy, it's been quite a 24 hours. Yesterday my truck died at an intersection while on my way to the bank for work, then my computer got hit with a nasty virus. Today I had my oil changed, and they said the incident yesterday was a fluke...we'll see ;) And then for the low, low price of 139.99 I got my computer virus free. Like ZONA says....it's always something!!

I have Sam's orchestra concert tonight. And then I plan on coming home and chillin' like a villain ♥ I might have to stop by the store and get me a bottle of Raspberry Tart Ale!!

DEE DEE - Love the boots and your BAM!!!

Waving a wing at LYNN, SHIRLEY, ZONA, BEBBI, and SLIN!!

    ReplyDelete
  16. ZONA - Tell MR. Z I would totally pay that fee for the thermostat!!

  20. TINA - Wouldn't that be breakfast?!!?

    ReplyDelete
  21. DEE DEE...I like the boots. But only if they are with some leggings and a great sweater.

JUST LIN...Some people should be forced to take a drivers test every year and licenses should be pulled from many. Like the old bitch that t-boned me!

TINA...good morning! I'd love to dine with you! What are you making?

HODI...sorry about the truck and the puter. Glad all is ok now. How was Sam's concert?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Just got done with dinner. I made my Mom's homemade beef veggie soup. Let the "gassing" begin!!! Although I pray it doesn't hit during Sam's orchestra concert ;)

    ReplyDelete
  23. MO - I'll let you know when we get back. I'm looking forward to it. She told me she has a featured part in the Bach Fugue they're playing. Definitely taping that one!!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Maureen....

EXACTLY!! Zona and I were discussing the outfit earlier...ski pants...or stirrup pants (matching) and a huge sweater with a very large fold over collar.....tons of bracelets or cuffs on both wrists!!

And of course we have bathed in Clive Christian No.1 so no man OR woman can resist the appeal.....

No shoulder bag to muss the lines of your ensemble...a clutch just big enough to hold your mistletoe!!

Oh! ...and u need to be able to put cha weed in there.... (crackpipes for Tina...Mary... Shirley)

    ReplyDelete
  25. DEE DEE...is a fold over collar the same as a cowl neck? I love cowl neck sweaters.

    ReplyDelete
  26. too late, Mo~ i had homemade mac and cheese and broccoli and a Lyon House roll~ so yummy~ I forgot that the hubby and kids aren't coming home until late tonight....fun evening with me and my expression~

    ReplyDelete
  30. OMG! My neck and shoulders are sooooooo sore!!!! Who knew writing out cards could be so painful!!

Thanks you all for your comments! You are welcome Tina!

Mo don't you have a picture of CG where he is sitting up straight?

DeeDee I'm sorry but I don't like your boots. I think someone of your ag...um maturity should wear something more sensible, like Hush Puppies, or those white shoes that nurses wear. ijs.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Shirley....you left out the support hose from JC Penney~

    ReplyDelete
  32. Dianne I hope you are feeling better!! ((HUGS))

Jynn D congrats on your 1st month!!

Beverly congrats on the new home!

I have to get to bed, I have an early appointment at the hospital and then I have to go to the mall. Oh joy! Hopefully there won't be a lot of people there early, cuz I hate when people don't move when you say "excuse me", especially when they turn around and just look at you like you have just spoken some alien language!

    ReplyDelete
  33. SHIRLEY...Is this one better -->

    ReplyDelete
  34. I just had the weirdest dream. I dreamt about a bunch of people from YEARS ago and then the end of the dream was that some body shop next door to the bar we were at that pimps cars started to pimp out my car by mistake, left it half done and wouldn't restore it!!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Shirley~ You have to spell out things for her~

    Mo~ I had a crazy ass dream today too.......didn't help that I slept for 14 hours~

    ReplyDelete
  36. I would love to sleep for 14 hours, but my bladder doesn't allow for that luxury! I'll prolly be up now till at least 2 and then have to get up at 6:30ish. :(

    ReplyDelete
  37. Maureen that's better. Some of his face is in shadow, so you can't see him good. Is this suppose to be a sexy picture? Ha!Ha!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Tina when I spell things out to DeeDee am I suppose to talk loudly into that horn thing she has to hear with?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Nighty Night Owls!! Be good! But if you can't, just don't get caught, the bail fund is really low.

    TINA...you may not be a pee-er, but we know you are a fart-er and and a poop-er!

    ReplyDelete

My phone took a dump. A replacement came by Fed Ex. today(sorry Bebbi).
What a freaking pain! I couldn't get the cover off my phone to put in the new battery and sim card. I wound up driving to the phone center. They had fun trying to get it off too!

  44. Bebbi I love to dance so I think it will be a lot of fun. Of course I don't have the stamina I once did, what with the asthma and age, etc. It sucks to get old, right DeeDee?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Jodi Sorry your truck died on you but did you then pee on the side of the road for old times sake? Ah, good times. ;)

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  51. MO - We probably only have about 5 inches on the ground.....*she says ducking* ;)
