~ More ~

by Tina~in_ut

I had another video ready to go, but I forgot the Daytona 500 was running today!  This song goes better with it!!

When I looked for the video for More, I had the hardest time finding one.  I found the "A" video first and REALLY didn't like it!  When I FINALLY saw that there was a "B" video, I was confused because I don't think I've ever seen an Usher video where he doesn't dance. THEN I saw that there was a contest put on by "Body by Milk".  KIDS made this video!  KIDS!!!!!  I thought that was so cool.  Both videos were on their website and people voted for the one they liked the best.  B won!  I hope you enjoy the song!  It goes great with NASCAR!  I know you'll all watch~

  2. Good morning Tina. Nice vid. When are you going to enter NASCAR? The first minivan ever to participate. Or would you turn it into a demolition derby?

  3. I'm sorry Shirley. I wasn't ignoring you. Tina had a comment, now it's gone. What'd you do, stomp it?

  7. Good morning putos!!

I can't get the video to work! Damn! And I really wanted to watch a video made by kids that goes with cars going round and round and round in circles....

I have a question....why would reasonably intelligent but defenseless people sail their yacht into pirate infested waters?

I am scared for that California couple and the 2 others....but why would they take a risk like that?

Cunards world cruises are underway and the Queen Mary II and the Queen Elizabeth will be sailing through those waters in the next 40-45 days...but they will be protected...

I read that estimates vary..but the pirates are believed to currently hold at least 31 vessels and about 700 hostages...

  12. Tina Thanks for the vid. The kids did a good job. I don't see any connection to NASCAR, though. Did you consider "The Wheels on the Bus Go 'Round and "Round"? LOL

  13. Ever since I came home, I've been fighting a cold and yesterday it came on in full force. Didn't I just do this? Yes, I did and I'm tired of it. :(

  14. DeeDee I, too, don't understand how those people could have put themselves in that position. Are they arrogant or imbeciles? Maybe they live under a rock and don't know about the pirate problem in that area. How could they not? Even if they are imbeciles, someone they know must have said, "Don't do it". Idiots! Maybe they were up no good and were going to murder the others and blame it on pirates. Maybe I watch too much TV.

  15. They knew the danger. They had told friends that there would be no radio communication because they didn't want their location known to the pirates..

They had a boatload of bibles they were distributing during their travels...

of course I don't think the lady standing on top of the boat topless screaming "YOU SURE ARE UGLY" at the pirates helped matters...

one of the pirates was said to be in tears as he boarded the Quest...

  16. Hi Hooters! We are getting a hit with gobs snow today. We just got rid of tons of it! We had a week of sunny weather. I keep telling myself it IS still FEB.!

Tina, the men have the race on. I keep trying to look interested....
After dropping off a couple times I decided to go back online lol!
The vid didn't have Clooney or BJ so lost my interest their too!
    I do like Usher.

Shirley, do you dream of taxes during your naps??

DeeDee, I read about the pirates and the couple that were kidnapped. I belief some others had been held hostage for a few years!

Justlin, get better and send some sunshine my way please!!

    Mo,how's the weather your way?

Whabbear, I was sure you were a NASCAR kinda guy! Those tight uniforms and hot sweaty pit crews doing all that "lubing". ;-)

  17. Mary LOL @ "lubing"! You've got a point.

  18. JUST LIN...sorry you are sick again. Feel better soon.

MARY...cold, snow, freezing rain and sleet. I can hear someone in the parking lot scraping ice off the windows. I am hunkered down and staying that way until work in the morning!

  19. Just got a call from my older sister who told me she had an epileptic seizure this morning on her way to church. This is the first seizure she's had in 30 years. She was driving herself and her adult daughter when it happened. My neice Katie noticed they were going over the line and coming up onto a red light so she steered the car into the ditch. The airbags didn't even go off. A little damage was done to the car but not much. The RCMP officers at the scene said she did the right thing. I'm very proud of her. My sister spent a couple hours in the hospital and then was brought home. She is resting now. I think she will probably lose her driver's license. You have to be one year seizure free before you can drive. That's going to be tough on her. I feel so bad for her. Why after 30 years? Like she said she was more stressed when mum was sick and dying and when her husband left her for someone else than she has been lately. She has to see a neurologist tomorrow, so maybe she will find out more. I'll call her when I get home from work.

  20. DEE DEE...did you get one of the 1900 invitations to the royal wedding? Have you picked out your frock and hat?

  21. SHIRLEY...so sorry to hear about your sister. Katie was so wise. It's a good thing your sister wasn't alone. I hope all is ok.

  22. Very sorry about your sister Shirley...that is very frightening...I'm glad to hear she wasn't injured by the car...

You know...I have never met a single one of you...yet it really gets to me when something goes wrong with any of you or your families....

Ok...I can't be nice for more than 3 minutes at a time but when I am nice I mean it...

  23. Maureen...

It just so happens I do have an invite to the wedding....I was going to post it in a day or two on FB...

but you know me...I just hate to show off.....

Maybe I'll wear that Ungaro frock that Shirley burned the ASS OUT OF!!

  24. DEE DEE...it'a amazing the bond we have all developed with one another, whether we have actually met in person or not. I think it is the common gene we all possess here...compassion.

  25. Shirley I'm sorry to hear about your sister but what a blessing that her daughter was with her and took action when she did. Is she on medication? If so, maybe there needs to be an adjustment.

  26. DeeDee I see by your avatar that you are feeling nostalgic today. (((HUGS)))

  27. Thanks Maureen, DeeDee and Just Lin. My sister was on medication years ago, but for the last 12 years she hasn't been.

Well I'm going to bed. Nighty night Owls! ((HUGS))
