  2. Sorry Tina but I'm not a fan of this type of music. I think I'm just too old, but I could tap a finger to the beat!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Dianne have you gotten to ride in Michael's limo yet?

    ReplyDelete
  4. Is that the Chris Brown that whips up on Rhianna?

I must say that I was sure today would have something to do with it being Oscar time...

Awful song...but in fairness Tina is going through a monstrous hormone imbalance...

  5. Well Hello Shirley! Long time no see.

Silly...I don't have a limousine! We move about inconspicuously in Cadillac and Lincoln SUV's these days...

Who are you wearing to the Oscars!!??

  6. Morning Shirley and Michael!

Okay I gave the video a shot. The music and beat are fun,but this song should be called International Sex.

There is nothing about love in this. It is I am so famous I can fuck my way around the world, oh and by the way I will be drunk and high well I do it. imho

  7. Oops should proof read before I post. I just woke up and have not had a cup of coffee. Yikes.

    Shirley is NASA expensive?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Nasa!! Well well! I'll bet you'll be the only one on the red carpet in Nasa! Its never been done! Brilliant!

Now I'm embarrassed about my outfit...just doesn't matter now...your Nasa will steal the show...

    ReplyDelete
  9. No Lynn D it isn't that expensive...1.2 million dollars, and that was 30% off!

Sorry if I stole your thunder Michael.

  10. Well, laundry is done so I am going back to bed! Try and keep the noise down to a dull roar please.

  11. Good Morning Shirley - Nice to see you. Congrats on being first.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Good Morning Michael - I would like a ride in your Cadillac some day.

For the Oscars I will be wearing a very soft, pink floor length housecoat and pink slippers. I expect to see my picture in "Inside" magazine as being one of the best dressed. Jack is planning our menu. It starts at five out here so we will be eating at the Oscars. I am sure you and Shirley will look beautiful.

  13. Good Morning Lynn - When I read your post I thought
"I don't think Lynn has had her coffee yet". LOL

    ReplyDelete
  14. Tina - Sorry, that music is for you young kids out there. Give me some country music and I will be happy. How about an Elvis song next Sunday?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Zona - I hope you are feeling better today. Thinking of you with ((((hugs)))).

    ReplyDelete
  16. Maureen - Where are you? Are you OK?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Aren't Sundays wonderful?

We are about to have breakfast. See you later.

    Have a great day everyone.

    ReplyDelete
  18. lol Tinka!!

A floor length housecoat and slippers? I don't think I've ever seen that on the red carpet either! I know you'll look grand...especially if you have Tango and Tia on matching leashes....

    ReplyDelete
  19. Oh and Tinka!

You have requested Elvis songs on several occasions....

I am going to see if I can make that happen. I'll have my people call Tinas people and see if we can't come to an agreement....I love Elvis too...

  21. Michael - Tango, Tia and I will have matching diamond tiaras. I think we will be a hit don't you?

I will be looking next Sunday to see if Elvis appears on the blog. That is something to look forward to. Thank you for trying to arrange that.

Since I don't know any of the movies this year I will vote the same way as you except that I think George Clooney will definitely win.
I think it's neat that no matter where we live we will all be seeing the Oscars at the same time. I think we have the best spot out West because back East they end very late. I think they end about 9:30 here.

  22. Michael - Didn't Mariah Carey wear a full length white housecoat with a fur collar to some big event? I seem to remember seeing her wear it on "Regis and Kelley" and she mentioned something about wearing it to some fancy event. I think she didn't wear much underneath it and it was very low cut. I can still see it in my mind.

  23. Michael-- I waited and waited at airport for ur car to pick me up. I waited and waited for u to be my date for the wedding yesterday----u must have forgotten I had to di the chicken dance without u. I'm missing u BUT thanks for the predictions for the show tonight. I might not be able to see it so please post the results tomorrow

    ReplyDelete
  24. I'm pretty darn positive that Elvis won't be here next Sunday either~ :D

Shirley~ You look fabu in early American NASA~

Michael~ my hormone imbalance is no different today than it was a year ago!~ ijs~

    Lynn D~ I just figured u were drunk early~

Tinka~ ur gonna look smashing on the red carpet~ Maybe they'll change it to a pink carpet~

Di~ call him on his cell phone!!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Shirley Ah, there you are...all sunny in daffodil yellow. Good to see you again and you are, of course, the purrrdy-est today.

  26. Michael I have opinions about the Oscars even though I haven't seen any of the nominated movies. I did see Rooney Mara in Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Oh, and I saw Bridesmaids but it's unlikely that will win anything although I did LMAO. I am a fan of Gary Oldman and I understand he did his best work in "Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy". I'd be happy to see him win. Maybe George will win for adapted screenplay for "The Ides of March".

  27. Tina Thanks for the music vid. I haven't listened to it yet as I am still on my first coffee. I had to have plumbing services out last night and they didn't leave until 3 a.m. At least I now have use of a toilet, thank God.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Tina I guess that didn't make much sense. What I'm saying is that I'm not ready to listen to Pitbull, yet.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Tinka I'm going over to a friends house to watch the Oscars. We decided to dress up a bit for it and her husband is cooking one of his "specialties" for us so we can concentrate on the the red carpet happenings and the awards show. I think I am wearing a black velvet pants outfit. The top is black velvet burn out. It is the coziest outfit evah! I feel like I'm wearing pajamas which is just perfect for lounging around with friends on a sofa.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Dianne Well, that's disappointing that you weren't able to get together with Michael (in other words...he stood you up). I hope you enjoyed the wedding. If there are any videos of you doing the chicken dance, I want to see it!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Tina-- please put his nu
Bee out there for me. He forgot to give it to me

    ReplyDelete
  32. Dianne - I don't believe Michael would "stand you up". He was probably waiting at a different hotel. These things happen.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Tina - I just got a text from Elvis and he said he would try and drop by next Sunday but since he is in Heaven, Sundays are very busy days for him. There is always some angel who wants him to sing to his or her group. Oh well there is always U-Tube.

I don''t think they will change the red carpet to pink just for Tango, Tia and me but pink is a very pretty colour.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Just_Lin - It sounds like you are going to have a lovely evening too. Comfortable clothes, scrumptious food, good company and for me a cozy fire in the fireplace makes for a fun time for me.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Michael - I think the time I saw Mariah Carey on TV, ("Regis and Kelly") wearing a gorgeous white housecoat she said she had just come from an Oscar after-party. I don't know if she wore it to the party but she said she wanted to be comfortable. She looked "to die for" with her lovely long legs poking out of the coat.

  36. VERY sad news.......the Daytona 500 was canceled for the first time due to rain.....they will try again tomorrow at noon ET~

Tinka~ great news....(for you)...Michael found an Elvis video and wants me to post it on Saturday...so there ya go~

    ReplyDelete
  37. Thanks Tina - I will look forward to Saturday.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Thanks Michael - Did you have to twist Tina's arm or promise her your first grandchild to get her to play an Elvis video? Just wondering.

    ReplyDelete
  39. The Oscar pre-show is on. Jack has built a fire and brought in the hors d'oeuvres. The evening has begun. Will check in later.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm here TINKA,thanks for asking.
It has been a rough while.
And now I have a cold, to boot.

I'm wearing Hanes Couture by Walmart

    ReplyDelete
  41. Tinka...

Oh no! You know how sweet and accommodating Tina is! And I love the video. It made me smile and tear up a little...

My gosh that guy was handsome!

Thank you for making that so easy Tina...

    ReplyDelete
  42. Tinka! Hey! ...over here!

shhhh! Can we talk? Tina put me through the ringer over that video. I didn't manage to get Christmas or Valentines Day cards in the mail last time around....so I have to make up for that...she has demanded they be sent! Where shall I find seasonal cards NOW!!?? She wants me to slap myself (for her) every time I look in the mirror! And change my voter registration to REPUBLICAN!!!

but if you enjoy the video...its ok. I am happy to suffer...

    ReplyDelete
  43. Tina...

That terrible about the daytona 500...very sad news...

    ....rolls eye...

    ReplyDelete
  44. so far my Oscar predicts have been correct...not necessarily really mine...I got them from that 13 year old on Leno the other night....

He said Clooney for Best Actor btw...

    ReplyDelete
  45. TINA: Love Pitbull..I think I still like "I Know You Want Me" the best..but I really do like everything that I've heard by him so far..and I've also liked all of his guest appearances in other peoples songs..

We've got the Oscars and the NBA All-Star game on..flipping back and forth..surreal..I hope the West wins..and George Clooney..

Bummed by the Daytona 500 cancellation..can't wait to see how Danica Patrick does..

MO: Sorry to hear you're sick..I hope you feel better soon!

TINKA: Thank you! I'm getting there..I do sound like an old Model T Ford however..LOL!

Waving a big ol' wing at SHIRLEY, MICHAEL, LYNN, DI and J/LIN!

    Have a good night everyone!

  47. George Clooney just lost. I can't believe it.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Michael - Thank you for arranging Elvis' visit. I won't breathe a word of the secret you just whispered to me. Tina will never know. (whispering back) She's pretty cute don't you think?

    ReplyDelete
  49. Maureen - I am so glad you are back. I was worried about you. Now you have a cold and that's not good. Get better soon.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Zona - Speaking of worrying, I was sick with worry and I am so glad you are feeling better. I will keep the candle burning however. I want you to rest all week. This is your mother speaking.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Must get back to the Oscars. Will see you all in the morning. Love to all. Tink

  52. Meryl is hilarious~

Tinka~ don't let Michael fool you~ He demanded over and over again that I post the video on March 3rd....OF COURSE I obliged~ I actually liked it too~

    ReplyDelete
  53. Tina Yes, Meryl is hilarious. She'd be fun to know.
