1. Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either; just get out of the way and leave me alone.
2. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a broken fan belt and a flat tire.
3. It’s always darkest before dawn. So if you’re going to steal your neighbor’s newspaper, that’s the time to do it.
4. Don’t be irreplaceable: if you can’t be replaced, you can’t be promoted.

That is a Singapore Airlines A380 on approach to LAX from a popular vantage point near an In-N-Out Burger on Sepulveda Blvd.
There are people whose hobby it is to get great photos of airliners around the world and I enjoy seeing the photos at Airliners.net
I have even found shots of planes that I think I may have been aboard at the time they were photographed. Either working or as a passenger...its very interesting..
Michael Are you being a Peeping Michael or have you come inside now?
ReplyDeleteTinka Good morning. How are you liking your new stove?

MICHAEL: I saw a story on the news the other day about an airport where people hold onto the fence near the end of the runway so they can feel the force of the jet engines that fly right over their heads...it was frightening..but kinda cool to see those planes take off and come in so low.
Waving HI to TINKA and J/LIN!
