Joan Osborne "Shake Your Hips"

Submitted by Just_Lin

At the local Curves where I exercise there is a message on a board that says that regular exercise increases strength, stamina, and flexability and reduces your real age by 2.8 years. I find that dancing is a great and fun way to exercise. Some songs, especially, make me want to get up and shake my booty. This song is one of them. Whenever I hear it while I'm driving in the car, I can't help but turn up the volume and shake my hips, even while in the driver's seat.

  2. JL--- I was wiggling around in bed listening to your song today. I haven't heard it before but then I listen to country. I could see why it would be a fast exercise song. Be careful when you are dancing and driving j/s. thanks for the blog.

Tina--how pretty u look this hot Sunday morning. We're u on time for work today? Don't u hate that feeling when you wake up and look at the clock and know you were supposed to be somewhere earlier?? You didn't get fired did you?

Jodi-- I saw you outside on your porch early drinking coffee this morning. It sounded very nice

Another exciting day at our house today.,,,,,pretty much nothing and stupid hot weather again. If we only had a pool.

  3. Sometimes I dance in the car but my biggest thing is conducting...

And I do jazz hands along with Broadway numbers... especially the ones with high stepping finales...

These can all prove embarrassing at red lights....

Debby less likely to reach Texas
