Flashmob Beethoven en Sabadell

by Michael

This flash mob, contracted by Banco Sabadell and comprised of 100 people from the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, the Lieder, Amics de l'Òpera and Coral Belles Arts choirs, performing "Ode to Joy" in Sabadell, Spain, I am posting because it's beautiful, and, I don't know about you, but I need to gaze at something beautiful in the world right now.

  3. Morning glories!

Michael thank you that was beautiful. I especially like watching the children's reactions.

I am home and have a list as long as both arms. If I didn't need something to wear I would burn all of the dirty laundry. :)

    Good morning Tina!

  4. Michael, that really was beautiful and a perfect distraction from all the devastating news still being reported. I would love to see/hear something like that when am out and about someday.

Waving a wing to pretty Tina, Zona, Lynn, and all the others who fly in later.

  5. I don't think I can watch any more of the Aurora coverage. The Today show interviewed a woman whose boyfriend died covering her and saved her life. I was in tears and still tear up when I think about it. I have been praying for the victims and the whole Aurora community. Such a senseless act.

  10. Michael You are so right about us needing to focus on the beautiful things in the world. I haven't watched the vid yet as my son is dozing on the couch and I don't want to disturb him. I will play the vid later when I can turn up the volume.

  12. LynnD I have lots of laundry, too. Kind of makes it easy to unpack when almost everything goes straight to the washing machine.

  13. SacBarb I haven't seen that particular interview but I was watching one last night of a young family that was in the theater. The husband/father was on the verge of tears the whole time he spoke and it made me get all teary, too. It will be a long, long time before they get over the trauma of what they experienced and saw.

  16. JUST LIN...I didn't do much. I took a nap then finally got out. Grabbed a bite to eat and then did some gross-ry shopping. Tomorrow should be equally exciting with some laundry thrown into the mix!!
