You Tube Countdown

You Tube (my new obsession) is doing a Countdown to 2010.

Each day in December they posted a video of what they are calling The Most Memorable Videos of 2009. I have been following each day, to see what videos made the cut and if I had seen them all. I have to say I was only familiar with a few.

We have two more days to go, but so far this is def my fav.

So Funny, and So Ingenious. I am so glad they put this video in the countdown or I probably would have missed it.

My second fav, which is number 29 on the countdown is the JK Wedding Dance.

Here is the link for the You Tube New Years Countdown Videos.

If you have time to watch them, let me know your fav!

  1. Morning Glories!

Deedee got first! BAM She is the prettiest of all! Well except for that black beanie thing on her head.

Ok I can't decide if that video is funny or ummm just a little creepy! LOL I do love seeing the expression on the babies faces when they do a trick.

Have food bank today and some running around will be back later taters!

  2. Pebbles? No wait, not that Bam Bam that deedee is talking about. Thought maybe it was in code and Pebbles was the answer...........

Good Morning Hooters! Congrats on 1st DeeDee! Hi Lynn!!!!

Still trying to catch up here at work before I take another 4 day weekend. I'm not so sure you do yourself any favors taking a 2 week vacation when no one is filling in for you!!!!

Thought the vid was cute- but a little creepy too!

  4. Good morning DeeDee, LynnD and Goldie! Carol, you find the most interesting things on youtube. I am still waiting for it to load...

DeeDee, you are looking quite pretty, but I do think you need to spice up your look a bit. Maybe some confetti and sparklers coming out your head?

  5. Good Morning!

CAROL: Ok..the vid's a little freaky..but cute in places too. I wish I had some of their moves..even one would be nice! ;)

DEEDEE: BAM! to you from my POP! :D Congrats on FIRST!

    LYNN: Remember..deep breaths.. ;)

GOLLLDIEE!!: Mr Z would agree with you..he had almost 300 emails when he got back to work after ten days off!

  6. CAROL: I have trouble watching those commercials where the babies are talking about the stock market..it's just kinda weird..but Mr Z thinks they're funny.

HI BONACHI! Sparklers? DEEDEE's hair might catch on fire! No sparklers unless someone has a fire extinguisher! :D

  7. ALLRIGHT!!
First of all that is not a beanie on my head! It is a classic half bang!

Second! I thought I had spiced up my look! Why just this morning the yard man said..."My God you look like Elizabeth Taylor!!....sort of"

And my head was not made for pyrotechnic displays....TYVM! Nor is it flammable...ZONA!!

Here I thought you all might notice my beauty mark....you can see it now since I had electrolysis and pulled all the hair out of it! Or that you might notice that the dark circles were gone from under my eyes! But no. You have referred to my hair as a flammable beanie and an oilslick and apparently think I should be firing fireworks off my back!! And if that is some sort of veiled reference to my hump you can just kiss my 2% Israel!!

    HUMPHT!!

  8. DEEDEE: I did notice your beautiful baby blues..does that count? :)

I am heading out to Low's. I am looking for a window treatment for my new kitchen. They have a huge window blind assortment. My old green frills just don't cut it lol!!

    BBL.........

BTW, I loved the vid, but then I love creepy lol!!

    ReplyDelete
  13. DEEDEE: Eeeeek! I was just trying to save you from sparkler damage..I swear!!

BEAR: Yikes..no good deed goes unpunished..does it?

    ReplyDelete
  14. I thought I heard a noise.....coming from the southwest....maybe ariZONA!!!

Speaking of Zona...I went to her island to take this up face to face......she wasn't there or she was hiding.....at any rate....I accidently stepped on one of your Kiwi's and the heel of my Manolo went through its head......and in trying to keep my balance I twirled around and accidently knocked your radio off that limb....and as I tried to leave one of those filthy llamas mounted me and hurt my bad back not to mention my "ladies place"!!! And my Burka is ripped!

YOU will be hearing from my attorney young lady!

  18. Hello, HOoters! My family left early this morning so I will be back to my regularly scheduled blogging now.

Carol LMAO @ me being in a Christmas Coma. With all the fudge and cookies I ate, I'm surprised I'm not in sugar shock. I do have about 5 lbs to re-lose because of my holiday indulgences. Crap!

DeeDee I love your festive red dress much more than the burka. I thought you looked ready to celebrate New Year's Eve.

LynnD Ah, your green M&M is back again! Careful we don't mistake you for a snack during the New Year's Eve celebration.

Goldie I agree that taking a vacation from work always ends up with more work, one way or the other. Even if someone covers for you, they always manage to screw something up, don't they?

Bonach Do you plan to do anything adventurous to celebrate the new year?

Zona I'm with Mr.Z. I think the stock market babies are hysterical. :)

Bear LOL @ at defending DeeDee from Zona, who wouldn't hurt a fly.

Tinka I hope you are having a lovely day, Sweet Lady.

Mary Good luck today. Hope you find exactly what you're looking for; a window treatment with cleavage? LOL

Tina When I saw Craig do that bit about the airlines the other night, I immediately thought of you. I agree about everything you said about him. I think he's extremely clever and quick witted. He's also very knowledgeable about a lot of things, very smart.

  19. I have to get it together here and go to work for a while this afternoon. BBL

Oh, and I guess I should find a different avatar now that Christmas is over.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I guess I scared everyone away. :(

Okay, I'm off to work for a while. I hope everyone is having a nice afternoon. As you can see, I'm ready for New Year's Eve now.

  21. I forgot to mention how much I enjoyed the video. Thanks Carol. I will look up the other ones.

  22. J/L: I know! I cracked myself up with that one! Zona, love ya!

Tina: Protective? Me? LOL! I never use protection, BTW... one of the benefits of being married!

DeeDee: Honey, have you been taking lessons from Helen Lawson (or maybe Helen's been learning from you)??? ROFLMAO at being mounted by a filthy llama! Just speaking for myself, I always make them take a bath in Lake Titicaca first!

    ReplyDelete
  23. She needs to keep condoms on those llamas!!

Ah Lake Titicaca.....Bolivia....I was on an expedition there once to find and smuggle out of the country a huge cache of Pre-Columbian artifacts.....
and do you know those beasts were following us in such numbers that we were caught red handed with the loot!

I think we would all have gone to jail if I hadn't met Josef Mengele in a bar and invited him to accompany us (knowing his identity without him knowing we knew) so that in our pinch we could turn him over to the authority's and he was drowned right there in the frigid waters of Lake Titicaca....not accidently off the coast of Brazil as history would have you believe...

We were free to go because of our deed.....but we had given false names and had fake documentation so history doesn't know us....

    ReplyDelete
  24. For the more adventurous owls who are wondering what the hell I'm talking about, go to my friends list on FB and befriend Helen Lawson. You won't regret it!

    ReplyDelete
  25. DeeDee congrats on first!

Tina: My dad loves Craig Ferguson.

Carol: I love that commercial but I like the e-trade ones better..they make me laugh!! Love the babies talking.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Whabbear....the point of that story is to show that I can run circles around Helen.....don't get me wrong....love Helen and that darling daughter of hers....but I was her acting coach when she began....I think I will drop over tomorrow and surprise her!

    ReplyDelete
  27. oh.....her name is Helen all right~ I've always called her that~ :D

Bebbi~ ur dad has great taste~

    Bear~ ur hilarious~

  28. Is anybody doing anything exciting for New Year's Eve? I no longer go out and mingle with the crazy people and amateur drinkers.

    ReplyDelete
  29. DEE DEE...grats on 1st! WOuld it be wrong to add rhinestones and baubbles to your birka? Kinda get it into the holiday spirit!

JUST LIN... I have huge plans for NYE...come home from work, get into my sweats, eat a bag of chips with some dip and curl up under the blankies. Like you I no longer want to be out where the drunken crazies are.

Just a quick fly by before bed. See ya tomorrow.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I'm home from work. At least I wasn't there all by my lonesome tonight. One of the veterinarians was still there, writing up client charts.

MO I'm trying to get back to being good about my calorie counting so eating a whole bag of chips is out of the question for me. Maybe I'll cheaqt tomorrow, though, and have a glass of Bailey's to ring in the new year.
