  9. Morning Tina!

    DeeDee your shoes...are...umm...well...they...are...something!!

  10. thank you Shirley....if you are really partial to those shoes I'll send them to you....

are you going to Christmas Island? When one googles Nova Scotia Christmas...the results are 75% about perfect Christmas trees....

and the tons of people from everywhere that mail their cards to Christmas Island to be mailed out with the C.I. postmark....kind of like Loveland Colorado on Valentines day......

Shirley...you are so tight lipped about Nova Scotia...it leads me to believe that you all may be hiding something....

And may I suggest the "Golden Duraflame?"

  11. No DeeDee I am not going to Christmas Island.

Nova Scotia is THE Christmas Tree Capital of the World! Every year we send a big Christmas tree to the city of Boston as a thank you for their help during the Halifax Explosion on December 6,1917, that killed 2000 and injured thousands more. What more would you like to know about Nova Scotia?

DeeDee I would love to have those shoes, BUT, I wouldn't have anywhere to wear them. So you just keep them for yourself. Thanks anyway though!

  12. Shirley...I would like to know more...beginning with popular topics...like all the Titanic goings on....have you ever visited any of the areas of interest regarding the Titanic.....

and where did that guy fly his Lear jet to see a total eclipse of the sun?...you know..the one that was so vain.....

and is the fishing business like in the movie the Perfect Storm? And do they really go out that far....

was that Nova Scotia in that movie?

    And...have you seen a whale..a shark...or a mermaid?

And just what is the most fantastic thing you know about Nova Scotia...?

(like pulling teeth to get anything out of her...)

OR!! ...if you would like to answer these questions and more in the blog you might do about Nova Scotia before tax time has you too busy...that would be fabulous....with pictures of course.....

I saw the picture again recently of all the airliners lining the runways at the airport in Halifax as they were told to land immediately on 9/11....

Its just a place I have never been and it fascinates me....

  14. Okay, who fed DeeDee the "be nice" pills? Or did her plastic surgeon accidentally lobotomize her?

  15. Good morning Tina!

    That was funy Dianne..~!!

DeeDee: I visited the graves and the museum when I went to Halifax. (Titanic)

Shirley: Is DeeDee bothering you again? he he.. I would help but she has just informed me that I have a voodoo doll too and I have been through so much this last year, I really don't want to get on DeeDee's "bad" list. :)

So I keep burning my corn husks and Duraflame! he he. And praising DeeDee's fine name.

  16. The thing I remember most about Halifax was the fog. Mr. Fog is an interesting character!! He has a personality and charm all his own and he does things on HIS schedule too. Loved Mr. Fog.

  17. Shirley, I'd also like to see a blog about Nova Scotia. You Canadians are so self-sufficient, never complaining and always good neighbors. What are you hiding amidst the branches of those trees, hmmm?

Tina, be sure to ask for the terribly fashionable Mullet or Mohawk. You know, as a Christmas surprise for Mr. Tina.

Diane, loved the vid. Nice, people can see the fun in it.

Dianne: If that's what a HooHaw is... what's a YeeHaw?

Dee Dee: Are you going to stalk me this year? Hint: My flight leaves Wed morning!

  20. DeeDee WTF??? Are you implying that I'm not a good neighbor or self sufficient and that I complain??? Well!!!!!!!! I have NEVER in my LIFE been spoken to in that manner before and I certainly won't take it from a...a...a...cornhussy like you!!!!!
