  2. Good moaning our little Cupcake!!

    Adele is cool!

DEE DEE...I discovered another Paula Deen delectible at W-Mart yesterday. Caramel Chocolate Shortbread. YUMMMMM. Doesn't melt in your mouth like the gooey cake, but oh so sweet and rich!

    OMG...it is already 41*!

  3. ooooooh!! I 'll have to try it Maureen....the only other thing I have tried is her cobbler which was no big deal......

Oh! Where are my manners! Good morning T & M!

If ur not familiar with Adele...you will be...I tend to be ahead of the times with this type of thing...its a strange phenom...I hear and see certain things and know they will be big...

That has worked well for me in the stock market....and in renting man-whores...

  4. Good Morning..and Moaning!

DEEDEE: Adele is great! The song is beautiful and I love the title!

TINA: I wonder if you were moaning while making those cupcakes.. ;D

MO: Paula Deen's mac and cheese is the best! Mr Z loves it..but then he doesn't know about the secret ingredient! ;D

    FROM 51..

BEAR: Not even an hour of rest? C'mon..all work and no play.. ;D

  5. Happy Sunday everyone!

Tina, my little cupcake you are beautiful in a manly sort of way ;-)

DeeDee.I have never heard of Adele. She has a sweet presence.
Many many years ago I made my Husband listen to a tape casset of a new singer. I told him she would be famous one day. She was Celine Dion.

    Zona,Mr Mary is waiting :)
I know "bad Mary, to the mat I go"

    Area 51, thanks Barb.
I have been on a quest to clean out closets. When I need mental & physical release I either have sex or clean... I'm cleaning like mad lol!!!

  6. I've never heard of this Adele. Do I hear some Irish in there?

Am I the only one on the planet who has never had a Paula Dean anything? Is it really "all that"?

I'm off to look at A51. Have a good Sunday everyone!

  7. Good morning and good moaning, Hooters!

I was away on a little trip and had a great time.

Tina Last Monday it snowed on me. That was a first for me. Oh, and you are quite a handsome woman today, I must say.

  8. DeeDee Excellent choice for vid today. I've been a fan for a while now. For another excellent choice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiMK9e0h6YE&feature=fvwrel

  9. Maureen I've never had a Paul Dean anything. I probably don't want to get started on being a fan of anything that uses as much butter as she does. It would be a bit counter-productive to my calorie counting. I mean, who doesn't love butter and rich and gooey sounds great to me.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Zona LOL @ you blowing today. Does Mr Z know you share such intimate details with us? :)

    ReplyDelete
  11. Mary I had such a good time on my trip that I'm not going to feel compelled to clean for a long, long, time. LOL

  12. Bonach Adele is British and has actually been on the music scene for a couple of years or so.

  13. JUST LIN...so glad you had a great trip. You deserve it!

The Paula Deen things I have had are all that! If the "THAT" you are looking for are fat, cholesterol, calories, butter and lard!

  14. I did hear from a few people that went to PAula's restaurant that after waiting in line forever to make a reservation, then going back at the designated time, they found the food to be just ok.

I think celeb restaurants are generally a let down. They are not there cooking. Mostly hype.

I was disappointed in Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill.

I went to one of Lidia Bastianich's restaruants in NYC and it was OMG terrific! The one in Pittsburgh was just ok. The Tiramisu at her Pittsburgh location was, however, to die for!

  15. Or as onr of my cousins call her...Lidia Bastamati!

Then again she goes to the libary on Valentime's Day!!

  16. MO My daughter went to Paula's restaurant while on a business trip and was disappointed. Food was mediocre and no ambiance or character to the place at all, in her opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  17. J/L~ Paula's place is awful! TOO much butter in everything! My hubby and I agreed that my mashed potatos are WAY better! I wouldn't go back~

    ReplyDelete
  18. come on Tina! YOU CAN'T GO BACK!!!

and after what you did to that booth and restroom I can't believe you didn't get arrested!!

And YALL need to stop HATING on Paula Dean!! Her "Gooey Butter Cake" is whats keeping me alive!!!

And speaking of Egypt...of every place I have been that has camels... Egypt's are the meanest and most agressive...I'm not kidding.

They try to back-kick you and spit on you....I hope they do something about those filthy bastards now that Hosni has left the building...ijs...

  19. Good Afternoon...and Good Moaning to cupcake! (aww so cute).

J/L: Welcome back little Miss Bragger (not needing to clean for a loooong time)! :) I guess I am now moving Custard back on my good list.

MARY: You still have sex? lol or do you just clean al the time. I don't do either so now what to get my frustrations out...hmmm, may have to change that with being in the house so much lately. I got a doctors note that I don't have to do any for a few months....

MO: Those cakes sound delicious to me. We don't have her restaurants around and I couldn't find the cake at Walmart. Toby Keith is getting ready to open his new place here the end of the month. Maybe I can get him to stay with me while he is here...(you probably think I have a concussion by this point)!

DEEDEE: That was a nice song. I haven't heard of Adele but enjoyed the music. How are things with you today?

ZONA: I would like to have your weather for a few days but not in the summer. Your warm weather is "blowing" this way for the week. You must have a lot of breath!

CHICHI: I have never had a Paula Dean item either but that is not by choice...I just haven't seen any around to try.

    TINA: You make mashed potatoes?

    ReplyDelete
  20. We are going to my daughter's for dinner today. I kind of invited us over. I am sick of being in the house but I won't go in public yet.

Everyone have a nice day....so sad no football today for months ahead.

    ReplyDelete
  21. DEEDEE: You were posting when I was posting. Thank you for the camel update and I will be careful if I ever go to Egypt..

    ReplyDelete
  22. Justlin WOAH!! I take it you weren't at Disneyland lol!!

Diane, Slap on a lot of make up like DeeDee and you will fit right in with the Lady Ga Ga junkies! You can even keep your jammies on!
Sex, did someone say sex?? As I recall no mechanical devices are required ...right?

I have never had any of Paula Dean gastronomics. My sister went to her restaurant in Savannah. She loved it.

    ReplyDelete
  23. DeeDee~ paula dean isn't keeping u alive.....I AM!!!! Ya bish~ Di~ i make the BEST mashy's. And honey, forget football.......NASCAR just started!!!!! Doesn't end til november!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Lord save us from NASCAR!!!

JK, We all have our passions, mine just don't happen to need gas, tires, and funny drivers ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  25. DIANNE...If you have a Super WalMart, go to the bakery section and look where they have the pre-packaged goodies. These yummies come in a plastic container with two squares in each. Worth looking for!!!

DIANNE...if you get Toby to stay with you, ask him if he can have Tim McGraw come for a visit!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Diane...Alan Jackson too!! I want to grab his hair and RIDE!!!

    ReplyDelete
  27. DeeDee, Thanks for the song. I haven't heard before, but I like it.

BTW, speaking of camels, our priest told us a story about camels in his homily yesterday. Apparently, camels have a very bad temper, hence the spitting, etc. that you mentioned. The priest said that when a camel rider angered a camel, the rider had to take some clothes with his scent on them and throw them in a heap, resembling a body, on the ground in front of the camel. Smelling the scent of the man who pissed him off (not the priest's words), the camel then proceeds to stomp all over the clothes and then he isn't angry at the rider any more. I don't know how the priest knows this, but I'm sure he wouldn't lie.

  28. Tina, thanks for the no calorie cup cake. I had big plans to make up for not sending Christmas Cards by sending Valentine cards, but with my trip to UT and my Uncle's visit, I failed at that too. BTW, you are the prettiest today.

  29. Waving a wing to all the Owls and hoping you all had a good Sunday.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Good late evening, owls!

Zona: Today was even worse! I was in the office all day!

But after work was better... saw "The King's Speech". OMG, what a fantastic movie! Excellent acting, writing, editing... can't say enough about it!

Dee Dee: What does your crystal ball say about Sirius XM stock? I bought it back when it was 67 cents... now up to $1.67... but I want more, more, more! LOL!

Dianne: Now which of those two indoor activities did your Dr actually excuse you from?

    Sleep well, all!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Bear~ wasn't that the BEST movie EVER?!!! I just loved it!!!!

DeeDee~ Australian camels are just as nasty~

  32. Tina: Yes!

SacBarb: It's way past midnight at the oasis... send your camels to bed!
