William and Kate's Sexiest Wedding Present: a Giant Seychelles Nut

by Michael

While honeymooning in the Seychelles, Prince William and Kate Middleton received a rather risque present from the islands' foreign minister: a gigantic nut famous for looking like a lady's nether regions and being a strong aphrodisiac.

The Australian Associated Press reports that the couple was given a coco de mer, the world's largest nut and a product endemic to the islands.

The form of coconut became famous among British seamen when the rare coconuts were found bobbing in the water off the Seychelles, prompting more than one double-take. On making landfall, one General Gordon declared the nuts native habitat, the Vallee de Main on Praslin island, to be the Garden of Eden and the nut to be the fruit of knowledge.

Today, Coco de Mer will ring a bell for more liberal Londoners as one of the UK's oldest and most luxurious sex shops, a business that planned to sell Coco de Mer whips and perfumes until being sued for trademark infringement by Coco Chanel.

For royal watchers, the gift may symbol the start of baby watch. Kate did mention she wanted to have kids while in Canada, you know.

No news agency has reported whether or not the prince scooped out the inside of the nut, consumed it and then was himself consumed by sexual passion. It should be at least a day or two before the British tabloids start speculating.

  12. *UPDATE*UPDATE*

The flying public has chosen its new folk hero and it is Yukari Miyamae, a 61-year-old Colorado woman who was arrested for allegedly groping a female Transportation Security Administration agent at Phoenix's international airport.
Miyamae is accused of grabbing the left breast of an agent at a security checkpoint last Thursday and was facing a felony count of sexual abuse.
After reviewing the case, prosecutors for the county declined to file felony charges against Miyamae, according to the Associated Press.
One Facebook page titled "Yukari Miyamae Legal Defense Fund" at first described Miyamae as "the 'Rosa Parks' of US aviation."

  13. in another story a U.S. Airways passenger was removed from a plane after using her iphone to snap a picture of a rude airline employees name badge...

The airline employee demanded that she delete the photo and then reported the passenger to the captain as a security risk and had her escorted off the plane....

We have given up our rights since 911. Can you imagine the TSA and Airline employees getting away with this crap 12 years ago....I think not....

One situation comes to mind. We had left the first class club where we were told to board the aircraft at our leisure....we passed the gate area where all the coach passengers were waiting and proceeded down the jetway where we met a female FA on her way up the jetway.
She grabbed me by the arm in an attempt to stop me and she asked me where I thought I was going....

I spun around to her face and told her that "where I was going" was none of her business and that if she ever laid another hand on me that she would draw back a nub!

Had she been doing her job properly she would have greeted us ...found us on her list of first class passengers and started the butt smooching right away....instead she tried to go all Diva on us and that didn't work back then....but now...we could go to jail....

I will be damned if I put up with all the crap that goes with flying commercial....its not something to look forward to anymore...more like something to dread.....

  16. Goldie I feel bad for all of you that are in such high heat. You must be melting or at least wilting. I would be whining, big time.

  17. Bebbi Good morning, afternoon, and evening to you, too. Hey, are you still walking?

  18. Tinka I'm glad you're starting to get the hang of your hog. Too bad you are stuck inside today due to rain. What's that saying, "In every life a little rain must fall"? Or would that be, "In every life a little duck must fall"? LOL

  19. J/L...

Under the salacious husk lies a custard-like flesh that only a lucky few get to taste.

The few people that get to taste them usually describe a sweet earthy taste with a hint of citrus. Some even say it tastes like breast milk!

“The Fruit Hunters,” author Adam Leith Gollner said coco de mer has a “mild citrus-like quality, refreshing and sweet with earthy, spunky notes. It tastes like coconut flesh, only sexier.”

Actually....this fruit has a lot of interesting history. It only grows on one island in the Seychelles...it is illegal to sell them.....it takes 6 - 7 years for one fruit to mature....

google seychelles nut....its all very interesting...

I even pin pointed the location of the Seychelles....talk about the middle of no where. Water all around for at least 1000 miles on all sides. 10 hour flight straight down from London... way way off the coast of Somalia and Kenya

  21. Swirl direction

It is a commonly held misconception that when flushed, the water in a toilet bowl swirls one way if the toilet is north of the equator and the other way if south of the equator, due to the Coriolis effect – usually, counter clockwise in the northern hemisphere, and clockwise in the southern hemisphere. In reality, the direction that the water takes is much more determined by the direction that the bowl's rim jets are pointed, and it can be made to flush in either direction in either hemisphere by simply redirecting the rim jets during manufacture. On the scale of bathtubs and toilets, the Coriolis effect is too weak to be observed except under laboratory conditions.
