This Night Owl Blog has given so much!
It is a fun place, we don't bash and we have fun being "tedious"!
We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)
It is not about a single person, it is about all the people on any given day blended together.....Goldie!
Shirley Congrats on first! You are looking especially lovely this morning. As for the "splatting".....I seem to have a lot of splats on my car at the moment. You haven't been roosting in my tree out front, have you?
Looks like we are in for some storms again..as long as it rains and doesn't just dust..this is good!
J/LIN: You're right..there was some awesome lightning last night..it lit up the sky from one end to the other..just incredible..Mr Z complained that the dust was getting in the way of the light show..goof..

BARB and TINKA: It is cooling down bit by bit..there isn't a 100 degree day in the 7 day forecast..mostly 99..lol..but that's ok..and the lows are going to be 78-79..Yay!! :D
We are home, had a nap and ready to take on the festivities. We are leaving for Cara's in about an hour. I love being at the farm but love it even more to get home. Our deck is a heavenly place to sit on today. There won't be many more days like this.
Zona - What a sweet thing to say that I am Jack's best present. I think he agrees with you although he loved ripping the paper off the rest of them. Sorry you had another dust storm. Hope you have a good supply of masks.
Love that song too~ glad everyone liked it~ When I asked someone who shall be nameless (uteach) what her favorite song is.....and GOT NO HELP from her.....I just decided that this would work perfect for today~
Shirley~ It's very nice of you to clean up after all ur splats~
Jack~ Happy Birthday~ You don't look a day over 28~ (And I see you robbed the cradle~)
I hope everyone had a good day. I went to a bridal shower this afternoon. It was a lot of fun, although I was part of the 'older' crowd. Ah, to be young.
