This Night Owl Blog has given so much!
It is a fun place, we don't bash and we have fun being "tedious"!
We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)
It is not about a single person, it is about all the people on any given day blended together.....Goldie!
The video was interesting Michael! I liked the way the guy in the yellow shirt was applying the makeup! Lol! Thanks for the chuckle! Looks like I'm the only one who chuckled all day!
I'm chuckling. Where do u find all these "dead" people, Michael? I like the guy that passed out! Funny
Hi Shirley. How r u doing with work? I wanted to tell u the other day that I feel ur pain with the anxiety thing. I am feeling that about the flying part on a trip I'm taking this month by myself. I'm not afraid to fly but getting around the airport freaks me out since my walking isn't up to par. Worrying is ruining the trip for me
Hi ya Tina--- hope u got through ur class without falling asleep
Dianne the job is going ok, and by that I mean that I am getting up in the morning and going. My fears and feelings of inadequacy are all still there. But I feel a lot better once I get home and lock the door behind me. My doctor has suggested talking with someone but I keep pushing that idea away. It just opens another whole can of fears. Even talking about this here brings on some fear. But I will be ok and hopefully not screw up too many tax returns! Thanks for asking Dianne. ((HUGS)) I hope your trip turns out well and your time in the airport is minimal and worry free!
SHIRLEY: You won't mess up tax returns...you are a smart person. I know sometimes the anxiety can ruin what you are planning on doing. Ok...we will be tough together!!!
Wonder where the others are today? It is especially unusual not to see TINK bright and early in the morning. Hope everyone is okay.
Here I am. I am feeling under the weather. Stomach issues and now lots of sneezing. I even cancelled plans with Lani to do a jigsaw puzzle today. At the rate I'm going, I will probably have to cancel tomorrow's hair appointment, too.
LynnD called me while on her get-away. That was nice.
Michael Thanks for the blog. When I was in high school I dated a guy that applied make-up to dead people at a funeral home. He was also a drummer in a band. He was killed in Viet Nam, unfortunately.
Shirley I'm very proud of you for doing what you are afraid to do. I just wish you would go out more often, even when you don't have, to. The more you do it, the less anxious you will feel. I think that was a great suggestion that you talk to someone. You know you are always safe here.
Good Moaning~

ReplyDeleteZona That's what I'm wondering. Where did winter go? We've barely had any rain at all and my plum tree is starting to blossom.
