This Night Owl Blog has given so much!
It is a fun place, we don't bash and we have fun being "tedious"!
We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)
It is not about a single person, it is about all the people on any given day blended together.....Goldie!
Good Morning Tina and Michael - Happy Saturday to you.
Tina - Your blog was very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Michael - Tango and Tia are fine today. They appear to be starving but must have light meals. They still show a beautiful smile for pictures. The extractions were back teeth. I know tooth health is important. Do you brush Belle's teeth every morning?
I have these rubber finger tip things that I put toothpaste on and rub around in her mouth to give her fresh minty breath. But every time I have had her teeth and gums examined the vet says they are perfect and that she doesn't need cleaning....
She will be 4 in July so I know this is going to change eventually...
She had some baby teeth that didn't fall out that had to be removed...but they did that when she was spayed and thats the only time she has been put under.....
J/LIN: I'm doing good..thanks for asking..the antibiotics worked great. I think..knock on wood..the bronchitis is gone. I have to admit however..I'll be very happy if I never have to see another spoonful of yogurt again.. :D
LYNN: I hope you were able to relax a little today and let your creatvity take over! :)
Michael - It sounds like you are doing a great job on Belle's teeth. I try to do the brush or rubber thing but I am not very diligent at it. They both had to have their teeth professionally done by the time they were four. Wish I had been a better doggy mother as far as brushing goes. I do well on the giving lots of love and getting the best food and medical attention as soon as they need it. The Vet told me on Wednesday that Tango would not be in her 15th year if it weren't for me. I think she meant it and it made me feel good. Both Tango and Tia have had serious medical problems in the past.
Zona - I am so happy you are almost all better. You had your cyber mommy very worried. Next time you will listen to me and get to Urgent clear immediately. Either that or you will be grounded for a month, in my downstairs guest room. Do I make myself perfectly clear?
Just_Lin - Oh yes I am getting the sad eyes from my babies. I wish I could explain to them that I didn't make their mouths hurt. A couple more days and they will be back to normal. Tango had a couple of lumps removed from her back and neck. I didn't want to put the buster collar on her because she hates that but I have to keep her from biting her stitches. Instead I put on her dragon Halloween suit. It very soft and doesn't restrict her in any way so she is quite comfortable. They have also had pain pills and that makes them sleepy. For $3.00 a pill they should do something good.
Rosie sold her house in Chicago one day after listing it and the OWN producers heard her telling a guest that she was moving her show to NYC...
The ratings are horrible....awhile back they moved Rosie into a smaller studio...with no audience and she has been doing these one on one interviews......but it hasn't helped the ratings...
Her contract is thru 2013 but you don't blow ur friendship with Oprah so I think they will work it all out amicably...
Good Moaning!!!!!~
ReplyDeleteah!! Finger puppets....I think thats a first...I saw something other than a finger in that mash-up!!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Tuna...
now let me cover some of yesterdays comments...
ReplyDelete1. lol at "easy for you to say"...J/L
2. I do not carry peoples things. Luggage or otherwise. I don't carry my own luggage...why would I schlep anyone elses around?
Although I have enjoyed providing endless zingers and insults about other peoples luggage at the baggage carousel back in the day.
Tinka...so glad the girls are fine. Gotta take care of those teeth. There is nothing more pitiful that a toothless dog...
I have a friend who had a chiguagua that didn't have a tooth in its head...it had lost one of its front legs in a fight and was blind in one eye....
They called him Suerte....or "Lucky"...

ReplyDeleteMichael It appears that Rosie is already causing problems at OWN. Big surprise.

ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon Lynn - Our weather is getting warm and sunny. Is yours? I think that always makes us feel better physically as well as mentally.
ReplyDeleteBear - How nice to see you post. I get some of your Facebook updates so I am keeping my eye on you.
ReplyDeleteJust_Lin - Oh yes I am getting the sad eyes from my babies. I wish I could explain to them that I didn't make their mouths hurt. A couple more days and they will be back to normal. Just_Lin or Michael - What is the link to Rosie making trouble on her show? I love gossip.

ReplyDeleteTinka It was a "highlight" on my computer home screen but isn't there now. They are denying the rumors.
