Thanks everyone for the comments yesterday..I love jokes where the punch line takes you completely by surprise!

    FROM 52:

JODI: Traditional Easter meal when I was a kid was ham, roast beef and kielbasa..lots o' meat..plus various salads, vegetables and deserts..waaaay too much food to make for us now..but my sister was happy..she had enough leftovers for a week! I think that was her plan all along.. ;D

Well..it was 98* here yesterday according to our weather station thingee..and it's supposed to be 94 today..but by the weekend we're going to drop to 70*..isn't this year's weather the weirdest? Not that I'm complaining..70 sounds wonderful!! :D

    Have a good day everyone!

  6. Zona It's about 56 and raining here today. The only meat we had for Easter was a big ham and we're still eating it.

  7. I'm trying to think of what i had for easter dinner.....oh yeah...a fruit and cheese plate on the plane....hors d'oeuvres at the hotel....then dessert at the hotel (which for mean consisted of a pear)~ It was like "free meal" day!~ :D

J/L~ I'm loving boston....the hubby is werking now, though, and I'm too lazy to git off my butt and do something.....except I have been e-mailing with a girl from my oldest boy's class that is at Boston College and we are going to meet for coffee on Thursday....so that will be nice~ oh...and the other reason i don't git off my butt and do something is cuz the two things I wanna go do consist of chopping....and more chopping....saw a bag I like at Vera Bradley and in the other direction is Neiman's~ (and all the stores on my way to Neiman's are outta this world....Jimmy Choo's, Coach, Hermes, and the like~) I'd come back with no money left!!!~

  13. Michael I'm waiting for you to comment and tell us some weird story about Dr. Seuss or the origin of his books! Come on!

  14. lol Shirley~ I was going to find a walmart....i wanna go to one just to see if there's a difference.....is that lame or what?~

J/L~ smelled some nasty perfume at Neiman's...."someone" said it would be good.....but "someone" was WRONG!!!~ HAD to buy some lotion from Bath & Bodyworks to cover up the smell! :D

  15. Tina Well, you didn't put the stink-pretty on you before smelling it did you? Big mistake. I hate when I have a perfume on me that I don't like. I am limited in what I do like, anyway, and most are too strong and flowery for my taste, plus they set off my asthma. I like Opium a lot.

  16. Opium? Really Just Lin? I didn't know you were into that! lol

  18. Mo~ Keep ur snow where it is....none of that here, please!!!! (sorry!)

J/L~ lol....I did smell it before putting it on.....i was just hoping it would smell better on.....and it did....."less" stinky~ :D

  19. Maureen I will just say that having my sister live next door to me has been "interesting" and uncomfortable.

  20. MO Snowing! What kind of crazy weather is that? We're just having April showers.

  21. Shirley When you have more time, you'll have to elaborate on that for us. You know we love gossip. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  22. Tina I think there was a bit of an error in your thinking. Smell better on? Not likely.
