  3. Dianne Good morning! I slept late and just watched the vid. I don't think I like the general message of this song. As they said on American Bandstand many, many years ago....it does have a good beat to dance to.

  4. Tina I should have save my opinion about the song for you. Oh, well. I do appreciate that you took the time to choose it and post it. Thank you!

  7. Got back from Illinois this morning. What a trip....OY!!! My hubby's favorite toy is his GARMIN. So I thought I would play along and see how it would take us home. Wrong move!!! I'm used to going the interstate system. Even though it appears on the map that you are going the long way around, I love the fact that I can "lock and load" at 75 mph and just fly!! Plus with my e-pass, I don't even have to slow down for those pesky toll booths! That damn Garmin took us off the interstate down some of the most broken down towns and two lane county highways. Well...I was not happy!! Should've kept my mouth shut...cuz my hubby just ended up yelling at me "I told you to go back to the interstate 3 times, so don't complain". The last 45 minutes was miserable...*tears rolling down my face, riding in silence* Sure put a cock block on my fun I had down in Illinois!! Two lessons learned...never listen to the damn Garmin when you know the way, and do not take the hubby to my "happy place"!! Although I must admit it was nice that he finally got to meet LOIS's hubby and kids, and TURTLE!!

  8. One of Sam's tires blew on Friday, so I'm meeting her at Wallyworld to get it changed. I think I just might have to give her a hard time and say "Merry Christmas"!! Ha!!!

  9. HOdi The shortest route isn't always the fastest.....or the happiest. Sorry your fun visit to Illinois ended on a sour note.

  10. Wow, where has the day gone? I took my dogster Zoie to the "Doggie Pawler" to get her nails and hair done. I think she is still mad at me lol! I did get a little shopping done while waiting.
As soon as I got home, I fed my 2 legged males and headed to the basement to help son put up the surround sound speakers and finish cleaning the basement. Carpet is all down and now looks like a man cave!
At least I got my exercise equipment all in one place :)
    My muscles are aching!

Tina, I loved the vid and the music. Sure wish I had a body like that!

Dianne WOOT WOOT for the Broncs!!

Jodi, my jeeps navigator isn't updated so sometimes it tries to steer me wrong. I hate paying $200 for the updates!
I hope your hubby has calmed down and given you make-up-hugs by now!

JustLin, I hope to sleep in tomorrow. I had to get up early to make sure Zoie did "her business" before getting purdied up". Didn't matter, she dumped another load at the Pet Smart... Clean up on isle 4!!!

  14. Night Jodi...what did happen with the Packers tonight? Didn't even look like them playing....sorry. we barely won today. We were playing the worst team in NFL and just about lost it.

Mary, hope you get to sleep in tomorrow. I guess that's the hard part of having a pet that has to go out. You will have to take naps.

Hi JL, what's up today? Maybe a good spray to R&R all day ...that's how I felt when I got home.

Boy, I'm not feeling good today/tonight. I feel very yucky in my tummy. Feels like I have morning sickness!!!

  15. Dianne I sure hope you feel better soon. Do you think it's something you ate? Could be that something you ate was a little "off".

  16. Mary LOL @ Zoie doing her business at PetSmart. I guess that was her opinion about getting prettied up. I spent time with my dog today, too. Took her to the vet and got vaccines and heartworm test updated and a nail trim. Then we walked on a pathway that goes alone the shore by the pier. I wish I could have walked longer but my hip started hurting.

  17. HOdi My 49ers won today. Yay! I only watched the last quarter, though.

For a second, I thought you wrote that you were waving a fried wing. LOL I think I have poultry on the mind. I'm still eating turkey!

  18. JL, I don't think so as this has been off and on for about a week now. It is the same feeling though of eating something off. I seem to feel better at night but kind of afraid to eat anything so guess I'll go to sleep. It's late anyway.

    Night

  20. DIANNE - Hope you are feeling better tomorrow. Maybe it's the buttered biscuits?!!? Bwahahahaha....sorry ;)

  21. DIANNE - I have no idea what happened to the Packers!! Didn't even see the kickoff :(

    ReplyDelete
  22. DIANNE - This might be an explanation: Quarterback Aaron Rodgers called the loss an embarrassment.

“We’ve got to regroup,” he said. “We’ve got to get a couple things shored up. When you win five in a row, everybody’s happy but, like I said last year during the run, that there’s things that kind of go under the radar that need to be handled. Sometimes it takes a loss to handle those things.” That and we still have 2 key players on the injured list. Greg Jennings and Clay Matthews.

  23. I just went outside. #1 - It's flippin' cold out there. #2 - I heard an owl in the trees out back. Do you think MICHAEL was visiting? :)

    ReplyDelete
  24. HOdi I heard an owl a couple of nights ago, too! Maybe it is Michael saying hello. :)

    ReplyDelete
  25. Dianne Maybe you should talk to your doctor. Could it be a medication you're on?

    ReplyDelete
  26. SLIN - Makes me smile to think so :)
