We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)

In between appts my morning dr told me today that he's retiring...gosh darn it. He's about 85 but I liked him. Now I have to like someone all over again.
Oh my my my!! I have NEVER had days like THAT!!! LOL!
Dianne, my DDS retired last year. I am still trying to get used to his replacement. I only stay because I like my Hygienist. I went to school with my old DDS. He is still young, but can't blame him for retiring, I did lol! Have to enjoy life while still able to move eh? Your Dr sure hung on a long time!
BARB & ZONA - lol lol lol lol!!! And THIS is why I drink coffee!!! Well, I do drink hot green tea everyday, but not til I get to work. THANKFULLY I don't have that problem anymore!!!
Just got back from our store in McFarland. We had lost a bet involving pizza sales, so my boss and another co-worker were suppose to stand outside their store in a pizza costume for an hour during drive time to promote pizza sales today. My boss is sick so he asked if I would stand in for him. What the heck!! I was glad to help. I don't mind acting a fool if I'm going to get paid for it!! lol!!
Heading out soon to Jake's football game. GO PANTHERS!!!

Tomorrow I get my roots did. Friday we go o a 2 bus recursion to the Det. Tiger ball game.Friends of ours own a pool and landscaping business. Every year they sponsor a trip. Always a blast. Much food & alcohol will be consumed :) We will be in the clubhouse.
My brother is in the kitchen making baked beans. Yesterday he made potato salad and German chocolate cake. We will be taking all of this and some baby back ribs over to his friend's house this afternoon. He gets together with a few friends every Wednesday to play volley ball in the swimming pool. They play several games and then eat dinner. After the games he will barbeque the ribs. I will be a cheerleader for alk these activities.
SLIN - I don't think anyone got a pic, but one of Tim's friends did report back to him that his Mother was acting a fool yesterday!! lol!! Sounds like fun at your brother's friends house!! U RAH RAH!!!
UGH!! This has been the week of the traveling wee little zit. I don't often break out, but this is ridiculous! The first one appeared last weekend on the right side of my nose. Right where my eyeglasses rest. Then it made an appearance on my lip, now this morning it is on my lower right chin. You'd think I was going thru puberty!! lol!!
Just got back from having lunch with my hubby. We had horrible thunderstorms here this morning, but the sun is out now and it's a lovely 82*! I think I'm going to take my nap out in the backyard and soak up this fleeting late summer sun :D
I hope everyone is having a good day. I'm watching Ellen and they keep playing snippets of that song about what does the fox say. Until Tina posted it, I had never heard it and now I keep hearing it and references to it everywhere.
No, no.....don't any of you worry. I'm not in jail from my court appearance yesterday for my accident. It was not fun and except for the judge, I was the oldest person there. I was there for two hours. Interesting listening to the other cases. They ended up knocking it to two points and $100. I didn't like standing up in front of the court.
We are having nice fall weather in the 70's. They are still rescuing people from the flood areas. The stories are just so bad and sad.
I got a new iPhone the other night. I'm staying with the 4's while Louis is off to get line tomorrow for the new 5s. He wanted me to get it too but I have a lot of cute cases that fit the 4 and 4s so I just moved up one. He doesn't understand about cases.
Barb, did u watch Dateline about Valerie Harper tonight? I didn't know it was on until the last five minutes. I wish it would repeat.
Jodi, great place to take a nap. I'm getting into taking a nap every day lately.

Dianne- It was fun sitting in the shade on the porch swing and watching the pool volley ball games. I even had some beers. The food my brother prepared was delicious and everybody loved it.
Today I am going to get all the things done that I intended to do yesterday and didn't. I have many errands to which I must attend before I leave for a month and time is getting short. So with that, I hope you all have a great day. BBL ♥
Where is everyone? I have been to Costco, renewed my (and my family's) membership and spent $379.00, got gas for the car plus a car wash, stopped at the Paper Garden for white paper for tomorrow to finish the cards we are making, picked up a sandwich cause I'm hungry, deposited a check at the bank and picked up some cookies for dessert tomorrow. I intended to make a dessert, but I got lazy. I think I had a Mary kind of day. I left at noon and it is only 4:45, so I may get something done on Todd's scrapbook...or maybe not.
Watching a darn infomercial and bought a hair styler thing. And that's why I can't watch these things or QVC OR ANYTHING LIKE IT.
barb, I went to lunch on the other side of town and then Louis and I went out for a late dinner. I had a $20 coupon at a different place. It was kind of noisy but food was good. Louis has a hard time with the noise.
Nice cool weather today. Jodi...we are the Monday night game this week against the Raiders. Barb, want to bet me? How many points will you give me? :)

Tomorrow I'm going to a previous co-workers house to have lunch with some girls I used to work with long ago. Tomorrow night to my daughters for a bday dinner for Louis. His bday is Sunday and will finally be my age for a couple of months.

BARB - I had a busy day yesterday!! Thankfully Christina was willing to swap Friday for Saturday with me. I didn't get home til after midnight from the concert Thursday night. I woke up early enough to take the garbage and recycling out before taking Jake to school. Started laundry before meeting Sam for breakfast. Made a Wal-Mart run before meeting Tim at home after he was done at school. Finished 4 loads of laundry before Paul and I went out to dinner with Angie and her extended family. Whew!!! So much for having a day "off" ;)
I best get prettied up for work. We have our Big 10 home opener here, so you know we are going to be butt ass busy today. It will be all about the ice and beer for all that tailgating!
Barb - Wow! You made me dizzy with everything you did! We had plumbing problems here which necessitated having the plumber dig up a root filled pipe and replace a section of pipe. The joys of home ownership, right? Tonight we watched my brother's co-ed softball team play in there play offs. My brother hasn't been playing recently due to his painful knees. The team lost but then we all went out for pizza and had a good time.
Dianne- LOL @ you not being able to watch infomercials without buying the product. So what kind of hair thing is it? By the way, my brother's birthday is Sunday, too.

Just got back from Jake's game. They won 24-8!!! He made 7 tackles. Three of which were sacks!!!
