  1. Whatever the blog is, I don't see it. Thanks anyway, Dianne.

  2. Dianne I'm glad you had a good time at the concert. We only get a handful of days a year that might be hot enough to turn on an a/c. Living so close to the beach, nature's air conditioning is usually in play.

  3. HOdi LOL at Paul's suspender tan lines. He didn't really think that through, did he? I hope you have a great day off.

  4. SLIN - I can't see it either. I ended up having lunch with another friend and her kids. They call me "Aunt Jodi" and are adorable!! Just got done painting my nails. I found a really pretty deep forest green. Getting ready for when I take off at the end of next week to cheer James on at DCI Finals!!

  5. DIANNE - So funny that this got posted today. Sam posted a snoring video to my wall on FB!! Thankfully nobody has taken a video of me grinding my teeth.

  6. Jodi, I saw your FB and I felt sorry for the poor lady. I'll bet she killed her husband after seeing it. That's so funny about Paul's new tan. He's going to have to go get a quick spray tan. I sure he'd be open to that, right?
Glad you had a fun lunch. Cute with the kids too.saw some of your pictures.

JL, I'll take your word for it that I wouldn't need air conditioning. I'm pretty hot blooded though. I often wonder when I get older if I will be like older people and freezing all the time? I can't quite see that happening to me but you never know.

We had a handyman her to do a list of things for us today. We've had him once before and he can do everything. One thing was changing our batteries in the smoke alarms. They are really high.

Dinner tonight was Sonic...half price cheeseburgers today. Last week on national hot dog day it was hot dogs for 99cents. Good thing he likes everything. I don't usually eat dinner and I eat a late long lunch.

I went to lunch earlier in the week with a gal I reconnected with at my reunion last year. They travel all winter. She's very nice but I know everything about her and her family and I'll bet she doesn't know how many kids I have even. They also have a lot of money and she kind of let's you know. She told me she'd like to do something every week with me. I explained that I'm not very mobile to do much. I have now received an email from her that we could take mountain rides. Again, she's very nice but I don't really want to take mountain rides every week with her. I haven't responded.

That's about it from out here. Not too much exciting news.

  7. HOdi Has anyone ever recorded your teeth grinding and played it back for you so you could hear it? It's pretty impressive. :)

  8. Dianne It sounds like you're kind of on a spot with that new friend of yours. Maybe you could tell her that a weekly thing wouldn't work out for you but maybe you could schedule a get-together once a month. I have a friend who is not a close friend but we go out to dinner once a month and alternate on who gets to pick where we go. That person also pays. Sometimes we end up at old favorites but sometimes we take the opportunity to try a new place. It makes it interesting.

  9. SLIN - When we were first married, Paul recorded me on our old cassette player. It was a horrifying sound!!!

  12. Jodi, hasn't your dentist ever given you a mouthpiece to wear to bed? Hubba hubba on the lumberjack. :)

JL, that sounds fun what you and your friend do for dinners. I'm going to have to figure this out.

Went to primary dr today and my iron and cholesterol are "dangerously" low. She started me on over the counter iron three months ago and it's gotten worse. I now have to go to a gastro dr to have them look down in. Y stomach to see why I'm losing blood. It kind of scares me.

  13. DIANNE - He has. And I spent about $300 on it, only to chew through the dang thing!! I now get mouth guards at Target. A 2 pack is less than $20. I hope you get some answers on why your levels are so low. Love u lady ♥

  14. HOdi I seem to recall a story or two of you throwing your mouth guard in the middle of the night. Didn't it end up at the bottom of Kim's stairs once? LOL

  15. Dianne I'm sorry you have to go for tests and that the answer isn't as simple as eat more spinach like Popeye. Try not to worry about it too much. Knowing what the problem is is the only way to find a remedy. Have you made the appointment with the gastro doc yet?

  16. Yesterday was gorgeous and today is overcast and gloomy. Last night on the news they said we might see some raindrops here on the coast. That would be good. Every little bit helps.

  17. SLIN - True story!! I still have no idea how that could even happen. I blame the cats ;)

  18. DIANNE - I can finally see your story! Lesson learned....kiss the "enemy". Ha!!!
