I have never liked the song Imagine. It irritated me. I didn't like the melody and the words just didn't get to me like most songs do. I know……I know…..crucify me! Everyone likes the song…….it's wonderful….blah blah blah! Lol….actually……when I think of it, I really do think "blah blah blah!"
Then a 17 year old boy from Utah went on national television and sang it. He totally changed the way I think of the song. I love his version of it. I love the way he makes me feel when I hear it. I realize the words are the same, but his version is well……just different…...and appeals to me. David Archuleta is one year older than my son. I can't fathom my son doing what this young man has done in 17 short years. It's beyond belief and just amazing. He has a beautiful voice and will go far. I do wish he had won American Idol, but really, I believe both of those young men won. Simon was right. Both young men are nice, both did an excellent job, and who cares who won?
The most amazing thing about this whole American Idol contest is that there is a 42 year old crackwhore in Utah who now appreciates a song that she really should have appreciated before! Imagine that!!!!!
1st!!!!! hoot hoot!!!
ReplyDeleteI have to work today.
Have a great day everyone
Good morning maureen, congrats on first!!
ReplyDeleteTina, happy you now see the beauty in that song!! I always loved the Beatles, But David A. changed your mind about Imagine. Great ~ imagine that! ty for the post!
G'morning Hooters All! Have a Super Saturday!
ReplyDeleteTina~~So would that be serendipity? I've always thought the melody of 'Imagine' got in the way of the message. But, if there was ever one to do justice to the melody it was little David!
Hey,Mo! You're OUR #1. Have a good one! GM~~Howdy!
Good morning Mo, Grandma Moses & Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteI have a full day planned so I am up early. Have a great day!
Good morning!
ReplyDeleteHey Mo, congrats on being first today!
I have never watched AI and had never heard that version of "Imagine".
He did a beautiful job, I love his version.
Tina, thank you for sharing that, otherwise I probably would never have heard the song.
Will check back later!
Morning Glories!
ReplyDeleteWohoo Mo got first!!! Hop Skip Twirl!
Tina: David A did a beautiful job with his rendition of imagine!
I am a purist tho and love the beatles version. When I hear it I always get a lump in my throat and get teary eyed. I guess because I listen to the lyrics, always have.
I find that as I get older songs I listened to as a kid or teenager that moved me then take on a richer deeper meaning with the life experience I have gained.
I am so happy he did this song his way and hopefully opened up the message to another generation and yes even and older generation!
Kudos to him!
Well I am going to be getting ready here soon for our Mad Hatters Tea Party! I will be imagining all the people we hopefully be able to help with the money we raise.
Happy thoughts to you all today!!
TOP TEN!!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday!!
ReplyDeleteMo - congrats on Number 1,
Good morning, GM, Bono, Lynn D, and EBJ..
Tina - Imagine how AMAZED I was that you never liked that song! Thanks for sharing that with us!!
I hope everyone has an excellent day!!
:-)

ReplyDeleteOH - and from yesterday's comments.
ReplyDeleteNot only did I never watch Sex in the City - I didn't even know it was Sex AND the city!! sorry...
SacBarb - I watched the last three spellers last night - I had switched to ABC to watch 20/20 and it had run over - and NO, i didn't watch the whole thing, cuz I never know any of the words!! those kids are AMAZING!!!!!!!!
good morning bon'o, dreama, mek, ebj and lynnd! Lynn, I hope you raise a lot of money! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteMorning owls!
ReplyDeleteI can't "imagine" anyone not liking that song...(ok, sorry, I just could not resist!)
I loved Davids version tho, I actually got goosebumps!
Tink...Glad your fur-baby is going to be ok. Try not to worry too much, my fur baby has a murmur too and it doesn't slow him down one bit! The vet told me they are common in smaller dogs and just to watch his weight and make sure he gets enough exercise. I had another fur baby with one as well (she did have to take meds) and she lived to be a very happy 15 years old.
Lynndeeee! Good luck today!
Waving at everyone in the nest, I'm off to work on the house in this horrible humidity, but we are almost DONE! (maybe I shouldn't say that out loud)Hope everyone enjoys the day!
Good Morning Owls - I am just checking in and then I am rushing out to weigh in at Weight Watchers. Nothing like leaving it until the last possible day of the month. Hope everything is fine with everyone. I am more optimistic today. Stories like yours Scirish where their dogs have lived a long time with a heart murmur really helps. I will be back to listen to your song Tina.
ReplyDeleteTINA - Great blog....and I'm glad you're finally able to see the light with this song!!! I am a die hard John Lennon/Beatles fan....and with LYNN D at being a purist. But Archie did a fine job....his rendition gave me goosebumps. And you're right.....both Davids will go far in the music business!!!
ReplyDeleteTINA - How was the Lacrosse game this morning?
ReplyDeleteTURTLE - So sorry to confuse you with my text this morning.
ZONA - How's the pup tent?!!?
MO - Congrats on first!!!
LYNN D - Tweedle dee.....have fun at the tea....remember....we want pics for show and tell!!!
Waving a wing at GM, BON, EAST BAY J, MEK, SCIRISH, SWEET PINK TINK, AND anyone else that flys in after me!!!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Everyone!!
ReplyDeleteTINA: I have always liked the song "Imagine". I have to admit that the lyrics "Imagine no possessions..it's easy if you try.." always confused me a bit. I could never quite imagine that, and felt a little guilty not being able to do so.
I get why you love this version so much. Here is this young man, his whole life ahead of him, and he sings this song with such conviction. THIS is the future he wants. I believe him totally when he pours his heart into the lyrics.
Thanks for bringing us the video..it was great to wake up to it and your blog!! :)
Oh, and yes..I'm a 'dreamer' too!!
MO: Congrats on FIRST!! Now I get to see your beautiful face everytime I post!
ReplyDeleteHI GRANDMA MOSES, BON'O, EBJ, SCIRISH!!
MEK: LOL your first march!!
LYNND: How many bottles now?? ;)
TINKA: I am so glad to hear that Tango's condition can be treated with medication. {{HUGS}}
JODI: The tent is flat today...so far. ;)
Tink, I'm sorry I forgot to say that I'm glad your baby is ok.
ReplyDeleteMEK, you'll be AMAZED to know that I too have never watched Sex In/And the City.
Mo thanx for posting your pic! It sounds like you got a new job, congrats to you! I will try to go back into area 51 and see if I can catch up.
It was chilly here this morning, but warming up!
Happy Saturday Owls. I hope everyone is having a great start to their weekend.
ReplyDeleteTina: Thanks for posting that song. I love lil David's version of Imagine. I wondered while I was watching him sing it on Idol, if he fully 'got' the meaning of the words. He is so young, how could he imagine all the things the song talks about. By the end of the song, I believed he 'got' it. And, yes, I'm a dreamer too.
Mo: congrats on being the early bird today, pretty lady. I hope that soon you can ditch that killer 2nd job and play with us all weekend.
LynnD: I hope your Tea Party is a BIG success.
MEK: You missed the best part...numnuts! I'm not calling you that. I just HAD to write that word again. It cracks me up.
Waving a wing at everyone here and everyone who lands in the nest after me.
Tinka: I'm glad that Tango is going to be OK. (((HUGS))) for you both.
ReplyDeleteZona: Tent? Are you going camping?
ReplyDelete25 just cause
ReplyDeleteI am back and there isn't much action in the nest this morning. I guess everyone is out in the sunshine. It is beautiful here, just Heavenly. I hope to get out in it soon.
ReplyDeleteDIanne - Thank you for researching doggy strollers on line for me. It's a perfect idea. I am going to buy one today.
Zona and East Bay J - Thanks for asking about Tango. She looks much happier today.
Maureen - Congrats on first.
Tina - Thanks for starting my day with that song. Then I clicked on 'menu' and listened to all the others as well. I loved David's version of "Imagine". He didn't try to imitate the original. I have always loved the song but I never liked the line "Imagine there's no Heaven" because I can't even imagine that concept.
Have a great Saturday everyone.
Morning hooters.
ReplyDeleteWoot Woot Mo....it is so nice to see you happy!!!
Crackwhore Tina: Good job....Lil Archie needs to mature, but I will admit the kid can sing!!! I think He also needs to get out from under Daddy's thumb.
I am on my third load of laundry and its only 9:10 on a Saturday....then I get to clean bathrooms and wash floors.
Gotta make a quick run to Costco as well...lol
Have a great day all
I'm awake !
ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday y'all! WOW, you're up and at 'em early Turtle! lol
ReplyDeleteI got most of my housework/laundry done yesterday thankfully! lol
Tina, that was a fantastic blog entry. I love that David A. was able to change your mind about an already great song! I love it even more since I've heard his version!
He and David Cook will have great careers I believe!
I hope you all have a wonderful day!
Oh and I really wanna go see the Sex and the City movie, but it's not in the budget right now! lol
Congrats on first Maureen!!
30! lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for the song Tina, I love that song!
ReplyDeleteWE had a wonderful day at the zoo! I'm going to post some zoo pictures later.
I just love this weather!
want2sleep: Hey, you sneaked in there lol!
ReplyDeleteHope you slept well!
Iteach: Now you sneaked in haha
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the pics!
Hey Gooey !
ReplyDeleteOoooops...posted the wrong line..should have been "Imagine no possessions...I wonder if you can.."
ReplyDeleteTINKA: I can't imagine there being no Heaven either.
SACBARB: No, not camping!!! LOL
KGRL: I'm forever snapping..;)
HI WANT! HI ITEACH! HI JOEY!
Tinka and Zona: That's what I think is so interesting about "Imagine". It's John Lennon's (not the Beatles... sorry lynne D!) recipe for creating an earthly utopia.
ReplyDeleteAnd what a provocative blueprint it is! No hell below us, above us only sky. No religion. And a nakedly communist society!
Is that a real prescription for utopia? Are religion and capitalism really the source of all our sorrows, and would their removal really create a utopia?
I'm not sure. While I actually really do believe there is no heaven or hell, I'm not sure a society without religion would be an unmixed blessing. Religion is a source of hope and comfort for most humans. And we've seen what happens to societies that try to implement communism; it takes too much central planning and control, and the temptation for the leaders to become dictatorial is just too strong.
So, if John Lennon's blueprint for utopia is flawed, I wonder if there's a better one?
Imagine that there would be SO few comments so far today!!
ReplyDeleteEveryone must be out enjoying their weather - it's too freaking hot here!!
I just got back from MEKal's and had to encounter that RUDE ass person that works there - i have NO earthly idea how that woman keeps her job!!!
i am SO happy to hear that I am not the only one!! that has never watched Sex and the City!!
Hope everyone is having an excellent day!!
:-)
From A51 (or maybe A50)?
ReplyDeleteHi, IBB !
MEK - Add me to the list of owls that have never watched that show.....I don't know.....we didn't have HBO when it originally on the air, and quite frankly I guess it really didn't interest me enough to start watching it when it started airing on TBS.
ReplyDeleteMy Mistake - It was Ronnie not Dianne that researched the doggy stroller for me. The last time I made the opposite mistake. I said it was Ronnie who suggested the jewelry clasps. It turned out to be Bonnie. How many 'senior moment' mistakes am I allowed to make before I get put into the senior division of Night Owl's? I think that day is coming.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ronnie for doing that for me.
I heard about this error via myspace and I haven't read the rest of the comments yet. I will be back later to respond to them. I see Whabbear has been philosophizing. I have to think before I answer him. He is so gosh darn smart.
Tina:
ReplyDeleteI always loved that song "Imagine" and I think David A did a great job on singing it!
Thanks, as always, for the blog today
:O)
Well, it seems everyone is out and about today, which is good...
ReplyDeleteI hope everyone is enjoying their day!
Mo:
ReplyDeleteCongrats on first!
Sure hope the hell hole is not to bad tonite....
I think, its going to be one of those times, that I talk to myself!
ReplyDeleteI watched Sex and City faithfully, and loved it, I can't wait to see the movie, I plan on going, I am just going to wait till the craziness dies down at the movie theatre's...
My father says the funniest things, I am cracking up!
ReplyDeleteAt 83 he gets everything all mixed up!
Geezzzz......
I watched the spelling bee last nite to! I did not know 1 word, amazing how these kids knew so many....
ReplyDeleteI am hungry, off to find eat my Mom's
ReplyDeleteMacaroni and Brocclirabe (sp)...
Delish!
All tho, carbs never sit well with me, but what the heck!
Thanks cpgem8 for the conversation it was fun!
ReplyDeletefind? eat? What is up with that!
ReplyDeleteShould just be eat! Maybe I thought I had to find it :O)
50 just cause I can :O)
ReplyDeletecpgem - lol at talking to yourself!
ReplyDeleteWHABBY - the shuttle has taken off to solve the bathroom problem!!
:-)
Tinka - you can have as many "senior moments" as you like!!
Zona - :-)
I am SOOOOO bummed - just found out that the renters next door to us are moving out - they have been the BEST neighbors -
ReplyDelete:-(
cpgem - I had to spend some time with my mom today - and I know EXACTLY what you mean!! (sadly!)
ReplyDeleteWaving a wing @ MEK!!!
ReplyDeleteTINKA - I just realized I had a senior moment yesterday.....I think I left my debit card in an ATM.....crap!!! So I had to call the bank and cancel my card, but I have to wait til Monday to order a new one. I hate writing checks....takes too much time!!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids are really driving me crazy today!
ReplyDeleteMo- My little Carolyn keeps pointing to your picture and saying "mommy mommy".
ReplyDeleteWe must look the same to her.
ITEACH - Carolyn's got it right.....you're BOTH beautiful!!! Oh, and just wait til you have teenagers.....wtc!!!
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have any good receipes with hamburgers?
ReplyDeleteI'm getting bored with grilling plain old burgers on the grill, I want to jazz them up.
Jodi- Right now our little girls are behaving great , it is the boys that I should have left at the zoo.
ReplyDeleteI bet the roles will reverse when they get older. The boys will be easier to manage and the girls will make me want to pull my hair out.
ReplyDeleteTina and Jodi your myspace comments were funny!!!!!
ReplyDelete63
ReplyDelete64 shhhhhhh
ReplyDelete65 shhhhhhh
ReplyDelete66 really quiet
ReplyDelete67 softly
ReplyDelete68 uh oh
ReplyDelete69
ReplyDeleteta-dah
ReplyDeleteIteach - like you REALLY feel like doing that right now!!
ReplyDeleteLOL
That will make hubby happy he has been feeling deprived lately with me being sick.
ReplyDeleteI don't MEK, I'm about ready to pay someone to touch him. :)
ReplyDeleteIteach - my mom used to (and I do occasionally) - fix the hamburgers in a skillet - then mix cream of mushroom soup and a "soup can full of milk" together and pour over the hamburgers and let them simmer for about 20 minutes - make some rice. The soup is gravy for the rice and the hamburgers are "moist" from "swimming" in the gravy..
ReplyDelete75
ReplyDeleteIteach - I am literally LAUGHING OUT LOUD!! Mr. MEK just asked me "WHAT" - and I said. NEVERMIND!!
ReplyDeleteMEK that sounds yummy and doable.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if doable is a word.
Anyway thanks MEK!
Okay, our boring burgers are done from the grill. I will be back later.
ReplyDeleteIteach - doable works for me!! and you are welcome - hope it works out!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy -
ReplyDeleteI need to think about dinner.
TOday - I went to McD's and ordered the southern chicken sandwich WITHOUT pickle - cuz I really HATE the taste of pickle - can detect pickle juice a mile away -
WELL - Get home - there is NO pickle - but take my first bite and PICKLE JUICE like there is NO tomorrow - so - they just pulled it off instead of making my special order ---- not the happy camper!! oh well......
what a day I am having!!!
Add me to the growing list that had never watched Sex and the City.
ReplyDeleteHi gang
Mek, when I ordered the southern chicken sandwich at Arby's it had pickles, but they also told me there was a bit of dill in the chicken coating, maybe that's what you tasted?
ReplyDeleteWant2 - OH - I have never gotten one of those from Arby's - that is VERY interesting! thank you.. anyway - it was NASTY!! SO - guess i won't have to order that again -
ReplyDeleteJust a thought, I haven't tried the McDonald version but it looks the same as the Arby's sandwhich. They kindly offer you lettuce and tomato, but forget to tell you what they charge for it!
ReplyDeleteJodi - There will now be two of us in the club. I am happy we get along so well. We will never run out of things to say judging by our long phone calls.
ReplyDeleteRonnie - I bought the pet stroller. Thanks for the suggestion. I will take a picture of it and post it in the next few days. I could have bought a pink one but I thought I would be taking my pink/tink thing too far. It is navy blue.
Whabbear - I think there is a better blueprint for Utopia than John Lennon's but I wouldn't want to have to be the one to design it. I like his message of wanting peace in the world but I don't like his means of achieving it. (Sorry Lennon fans). I love the song anyway.
ReplyDeleteMek - Thank you for telling me I don't have too many senior moments yet. I guess that day will come soon enough.
I am off to my grand daughter's baseball game. I weighed in today so I will treat myself to one of my son-in-law's cheese burgers. That Little League park has been lucky to have my son-in-law doing the concession for the last 5 years. He is a head chef by profession so they get the best there. Next year they will have to find someone new as my grandkids will not be playing baseball.
Just doing a quick fly by.. my computer at home... well I have no phone or internet till monday... it out ... no explanations... just .."if we can't get out today it will be monday before it will be fixed...
ReplyDeleteso I have snuck into the postal place that I work... to sneak a fix of the nest.. I will miss you guys tonight and tomorrow..
play nice have a great weekend!!!!
I've been so busy today. Either later tonight or tomorrow I will get caught up on the comments!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the blog today Tina! I'm sorry I teased you about David A. I really didn't know you were such a fan until MEK told me.
I made potato salad for dinner and as a joke posted pics on Jodi and Goldie's myspace pages!
LOL!
I will try to be back later!
I am home and dragging hiney!
ReplyDeleteWhabby you don't need to be sorry! You are right John Lennon! All I could think of this morning was the Beatles! He was with the Beatles originally right?? LOL The old mind is slipping daily.
I don't know about utopia but parts of his song just hit home.
While religion is a comfort for many it has also been the basis of so many wars. I think (to me) that is the point he is making.
I like the idea of spirituality more so than religion.
Anyway I am rambling.
I don't freakin know what it was about my Tweedle Dee costume today but I had kids following me every where. When I was leaving they kept yelling don't leave Tweedle Dee! Ok I like kids but crap they wore me out!! You would have thought I had kiddie crack in my pocket!
One little guy Aiden who is 3 asked me if he could have a cookie. His mom is really picky about what he eats, so I asked him "Did you ask your Mama?" "Is it ok with your
Mama?"
The little shit looks right at me and says "No I asking you"! LMAO I gave him a huge cookie and told him that if she asked I did not know where he got it from!
Ok I am really goofy and tired. I will check in with all of you tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteWHABBEAR: Didn't Russia try getting rid of religion and capitalism?? I agree, I don't see that as utopia..and I'm Russian!!
ReplyDeleteMEK: Ummmm...I loved Sex and the City...I know you aren't surprised..;)
TINA: Left, right, left, right left...I'm listening to your song!! ;)
TINKA: I would like to join your Sr Moments Club...I think I live there anyway. ;)
CPGEM: What is that dish you're having for dinner..exactly?? Anything with macaroni in it has to be good.
MEK: wuaah wuaah wuaah wuaah...LOL!!
ITEACH: For hamburgers next time, add Worcestershire sauce and some Terriyaki sauce...yummy...cumin is a great spice for beef too..
HI IBB! HI BARB/WA!
LYNND: What is that child's mom thinking right now as he is running around with a sugar rush from your generosity?? LOL Oh, and my hiney drags naturally..no matter what I do. ;)
TINA: CANDYMAN!!!! wiggle wiggle!!
ReplyDeleteZona - all I could think of when I read your post was ----
ReplyDeleteat least no one wants to lick your hiney!!!
LOL - I am SOOOOOOOOOOo sorry folks - I couldn't help it!!!
Iteach: My hubby used to mix the hamburger meat with dry onion soup mix and then grill em on the BBQ. Yummy!
ReplyDeleteLynnD: Tweedle Dee is a kid magnet especially when you have cookies.
Carol: How was dinner? I love broccolirab (I don't know how to spell it) and haven't had it in a looong time.
We have a big nasty severe thunderstorm that is suppose to hit my town in 25 minutes.
ReplyDeleteSacBarb - the spelling bee kid's blooper was on the national news!! TOO FUNNY...
ReplyDeleteSacbarb that sounds yummy and easy to make.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Iteach - BE SAFE!!
ReplyDeleteZona, thank you for your idea too!
ReplyDeleteI am so excited about these ideas!
Lynn, I love your cookie story!
ReplyDeleteMEK, hubby is more nervous then I am.
ReplyDeleteI like to stick my head out the window and he is already in the basement.
MEK: Who says?? :P
ReplyDeleteSACBARB: But what IS it??? C'mon..no fair!!
ITEACH: So you don't like worcestershire...LOL!!
TINA: WITCHCRAFT!!
ITEACH: I'm falling off my chair laughing...
ReplyDeleteZona, I love everything and that is the problem!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThe weather channel just said we are suppose to get nickel size hail.
ReplyDeleteHi Owls!
ReplyDeleteTina: I've never been a fan of the Beatles or any of their solo careers so I totally agree with you about Lennon's Imagine. Archuleta's performance was the first time I fell in love with that song too.
I don't have Showtime or HBO so I was always a season behind on Sex and the City, Queer as Folk, and Six Feet Under, because I had to wait for the DVDs to be released. I loved all three shows though! :)
I had a very busy day so I'm crawling into bed early tonight.
Goodnight everyone!
Zona: Broccolirab is a green veg from the same family as broccoli (I think). My Mom used to make it with pasta and a white sauce and lots of garlic bread. I suppose there are other ways to make it.
ReplyDeleteMEK: I didn't see that on the news. I'll have to watch the 11pm news and see if our news guys run it. It was really funny and that was the only word I could spell.
ReplyDeleteTINA: Low, low, low, low, low, low, low....
ReplyDeleteSACBARB: Sounds really good! Thank you! How are you feeling??
ReplyDeleteCongrats on #1 MoHo~ :)
ReplyDeleteThank you to Grandma Moses, Bono (and silly me was having trouble thinking of a serendipity story yesterday!), East Bay J, Lynn D, MEK, Scirish, Tinka, Hot Nasty Jodi, Zona sweet pea, SacBarb, KaHOnugrl, Joey, iteach, carol, barbara in wa, and amicuss for your kind words~ And to Dianne_faking_it_yet_again_in_denver because I know you loved it~ :)~
Jodi~ I just couldn't get up this morning....but they won the lacrosse game 17 to 3! And he scored!~ (a goal)
Zona~ sorry about your tent~ :( How did it deflate?
Kgrl~ How was costco? :)~
iteach~ congrats on 69~ And how much are you paying? I'm getting desperate~ :)~
LynnD~ where are the pics? :D
Can I just say I've taken more calls in the last 2 1/2 hours than I have in the last two days combined? wtc!!!~
TINA: Faulty pump, I guess. I'll just have to work on that. ;)

ReplyDeleteI have been home from the baseball game for half an hour and I am still chilled. To think it is June lst tomorrow is unbelievable. It was lovely and warm until seven and then it just got so cold. Tango was wrapped warmly in a blanket snug and cozy in her new closed in stroller so she was happy. Tia was wrapped in a blanket on my lap so she was happy as well. I was freezing my whatever off so I came home early. I don't know who won and I really didn't care. Last year this time we were spraying cold water on each other to cool off. I wonder what June will bring in the way of surprises.
ReplyDeleteZona- I am sure Jodi would love you to join her and me in our senior division of Night Owls. It doesn't go by age but by how many senior moments you have. We will have to get hats. What colour should they be? I know you don't want pink.
I am off to bed to warm up. Oh I wanted to be added to the list of those who have never watched "Sex and the City". I watched five minutes of one episode and it wasn't for me.
Tina - Thanks again for bringing us that song. I have watched it and the others on the menu quite a few times.
VIG - Any time I watch the "Serendipity" movie again I will always think of you. That's what I did last night.
Whabbear - When we meet in Heaven I am going to say "I told you so". Just remember I said that.
Good Night All - Thanks again for all the support you gave me yesterday. Today I am only thinking positive thoughts and it's because of all you owls sending out positive energy.
God Bless. Love, Tinka
127 Mek - I didn't march today. You will have to do it for me.
ReplyDeleteTinka sweetheart, it was your ass that you were freezing off! And I'm glad you enjoyed the song....I put it on my player along with one other of his and Billie Jean by David Cook~
ReplyDeleteZona~ get a better pump~ :)~
Did everyone fall asleep !
ReplyDeleteOkay then...
ReplyDeleteI'm awake, Sleep!
ReplyDeleteZona: YES, and it sure didn't work in the Soviet Union. I'm sure the attempt to suppress religion AND capitalism together helped bring down the regime faster than if the government had stuck to communism alone.
MEK: And that's a 500 million toilet fix! LOL!
Tinkatia: I will be both utterly surprised and totally pleased if I come upon the pearly gates and have tea with you there! :)
And I WILL remember your words!
Carol: Huz and I were big fans of SATC too, and can't wait to see the movie!
Her Bear !
ReplyDeleteMiss you buddy ! Big tennis weekend for you !
TINKA: Oh..I think I could do pink..:)
ReplyDeleteTINA: Looks like it just might be operational again...;)
lol zona~ then why are you just standing there looking at it? :)~
ReplyDeleteTINA: Standing?? ;)
ReplyDeletezona~ ROLFMFAO!!!!! LOL~
ReplyDeleteGood morning HO's!!! Just got the coffee brewing.
ReplyDeleteDoo doo doo doo...just sitting on a branch waiting for my Ho's to show back up!!!
ReplyDeleteHi JODI!! Mr. Z says HI! He wants me off the computer, unfortunately just so he can use it. Have a great morning..and be good!
ReplyDeleteTINA: Mr. Z said to tell you Hi too...damn..what ever happened to MY pillow talk??? ;)
Hey ZONA!!! Hi back atcha and MR. Z, too!!! Have a great night. Muah!!
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteThe deleted comment is just mine....my comment to ZONA double posted. Duh!!! Don't know how that happened. Oh, well.....
ReplyDeleteI hope everyone has a great Sunday!!! I left a fresh pot of coffee, 2 gallons of chocolate milk, Mt. Dew, and Diet Pepsi on the counter along with 4 dozen Glazer Donuts.....ENJOY!!!
ReplyDelete
