Movie Trivia

Today I have taken you along with me for my morning cawfee,
as we drive I will be showing you a building in my
neighborhood that was used in a movie,
it was the exterior of the building that was used.
I have given some hints in the vid on which movie it is

    How can you tell my hands are feeling better today? I had better tell Little Brown Owl to take a rest. I had the most wonderful birthday. It was so much fun having the whole family together for my birthday dinner. We went to "Pescatorie's - a lovely restaurant where we were on New Year's Eve.

    Zona,my first gues was the same as yours, except RC would not be the right initials.
    It is way too early to open my brain lol!
    We are getting severe thunderstorm warnings here in my county. I am going to try to get in a quick walk before it hits. I have a Karaoke gig tonight, so I may not bb until tomorrow..wait I have a full day tomorrow too lol!

    I am going to guess the Aviator. I am only guessing this because the building looks like it might be used because it looks like that time frame. Wild guess.

    Does anyone know who the actor was in a western about horses and he had a squint in one eye and his hat had braid around it and he had a scar on his left thumb??? Hehehehe

    That building was a Nursing Home at one time, it also housed mental challenged ppl. It is owned by the county, they shut it down several years ago, cause the funds were not there to keep it going. It is now rented out, my a research firm, who does extensive research on cancer.

    It is quite beautiful, and they take very good care of it. The lawn is so well maintained..

    I was in there once many yrs ago to visit my Aunt, it was sad at the time tho, so I can't say the inside was amazing. It has not been renovated at all, so the inside is still the same as when it was built.. (not sure when that ones tho)..

    Carol - Thanks for the game and the history of the building. Our Catholic cathedral rectory was used as a New York house in the re-making of "Little Women". Boy they sure go to a lot of work to duplicate a situation. The whole street was covered with dirt, for example, just to make it look like 1905.

    Hey everyone, thank you all so very much for the words of kindness. I appreciate it so much!

    I read them all to MR. EBJ and he says thank you to everyone, too.

    I don't know what happened with MS, I put a beautiful background of daffodils and I guess it is messed up. I haven't looked at it recently.

    I will try to fix it and also put a picture of Paula that I took shortly before we took her in on Tuesday.

    Mary you are right, she was the boss around here. Today I told Poe that now he is "numero uno".

    He has been calling Paula's name and meowing for her.

    Poe has been extra funny the past few days, we think he is doing it on purpose, trying to cheer us up.

    Jodi congrat to your Sam! I missed the blog all week so didn't know a what was happening around here.

    Kgirl glad you got a 69 on your b-day! Hope you get the real thing, too :)

    My son's friend from middle school in MD (and who almost got him suspended in 7th grade) was the 11th NFL draft pick today! He's with the Buffalo Bills!
