  2. Have any of you ever noticed how cute Tina is? I didn't until today. I don't know why it's taken so long for me to notice. But it's like something out of the blue told me, "Ya know that Tina gal sure is a cute one."

Anyhow...hope you are all having a wonderful day. Please make sure you spend some time thinking about Tina and her cuteness. :P

  3. Morning Glories!

Congrats on 69. I love that you have those out of bed! Is it on the kitchen floor, table, laundry room........

    Hi NN!

No blog sounds like we all have writers block. I have been rolling around some blogs in my noggin but just have not had the time to sit for long and write one.

Ok I have to freaking get dressed in a bit and, yep you guessed it go to the food bank......I wish everyone there would just get along. I am spending my time playing mediator and it is getting very old.

Bebbi from area 51 your story cracked me up! Thanks for the morning laughs!

Dianne I desperately need a get away, I wish you were here so you could drag me off to do this.

    See ya all later taters!

  4. Hello everyone!!

    Welcome to "no blog" day!

    I love no blog day!

It clears my mind which I'm desperatley trying to do.

I was not happy at all with yesterday's jury duty verdict. It still haunts me.

So clear the mind day for me!

    ReplyDelete
  5. LynnD: Glad it brought laughter to you too. It was VERY embarassing, but also VERY funny!

    ReplyDelete
  6. No blog Saturdays..a definite good thing. :) I agree, clear the mind. I am going to go and weigh myself for virginhealthmiles and then I am heading to see Jim.

  7. Congrats on 1st Tina!

Good afternoon No Newz, Lynn D, Jennifer and Bebbi!

  8. Good Morning Owls - Hope everyone is having a great Saturday. I love the weekends. There is a different feel in the air. I am going to work on my Christmas cards today. See you later.

  9. Hi Shirley - We must have got to the computer at the same time. I hope you had a wonderful birthday yesterday. I hope your mom had a good day.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I forgot to say Good Morning to Tina, Lois, Lynn, Jennifer and Bebbi. Have a good rest Jennifer. Weekends are great for teachers eh?

  11. Hmmmmmm, No Blog. That's a tough subject, I'll have to think about it and get back to you Carol. But thanks for writing it just the same! ((HUGS))

    ReplyDelete
  12. TINA...grats on 69. Too bad you didn't get 1st!

LYNN...I'm sorry you having such a hard time at the Food Bank. Tell those people that they are all there to help those that need it and to just check their bullshit at the door. You are too good and kind to have to deal with all this.

NO NEWZ...even if we forget to think about TINA and her cuteness, she will surely remind us :)

JENNIFER...since the trial is over, can you tell us about it?

TINKA...nice to see you. I hope you're feeling better. And yes, the weekends are great!

BEBBI...hope you and Jim have a good time ;)~

    SHIRLEY...don't think too hard!

What is everyone doing with their weekend?

    ReplyDelete
  13. CAROL...you are amazing. Even NO BLOG is a blog! Very succint! BTW, you have g-mail.

I don't know how you have been able to provide the number of blogs you have. I am mostly blank most of the time. You earned this one today.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Well, my super powers are super duper today. Not only can I shut down a blog, I can shut down a NO blog!

    ReplyDelete
  15. what the heck, may as well get a 69 in the same way TINA does...by cheaqting

  16. "Hi" to all my no-bloggers today!!
I like it, kinda gives me a no think day lol!
Tina, your 69 so early this Sat. is a little sticky, er I mean tacky!

NN,yuo Tina is def. a cutie, especially after she shaves her face! :)

Lynnd, I have had "issues" at our Auxiliary functions. I had to take a break from there. I didn't like dealing with our Aux. pres. who would go on tantrums and not care who's feelings she hurt.We are all volunteers and I feel should be treated with respect.

Hi Jennifer, can't wait to hear about the hearing.

Bebbi, I lmao in area 51 too funny!
    BTW kudos on meeting Jim!

Tinka. I am retired, but I know what you mean. There is something about the week ends :)

Shirley,lol@ "I will have to think on it"

MO,I am going to be busy emptying cabinets to get ready for my new ones. Not looking forward to it! I have a feeling I will be making a trip to Goodwill lol! What are you doing?

Dam, I forgot I promised my girlfriend I would visit her today! HIM-M-M-M, I wonder Dee Dee's friends are into cleaning out cupboards ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  17. Hey Mary maybe you could have a cupboard cleaning out party! Everyone MUST take something home with them! You just supply the jello shots!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hey Mo! How's the ass? Getting anymore bites?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Hi Hooters!

I am at the airport eating a cheese omelet and people watching. It will be more than an hour until my plane leaves. I am going to my Mom,s on SoCal for thw week. It is a beautiful day today.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Ok. Had a few typos there. I'm using my BlackBerry.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ok I think I'm ready to comment on today's blog. Here goes.

Carol had nothing to write about.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hey Just Lin!!! Why are people watching you eat an omlett? Is that not normal? Tell them to take a picture, it will last longer! Have a good flight and a good visit. We will be good! (fingers crossed) I'll make sure no one goes in your room and makes a mess.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I actually got out of there with in an hour and 1/2. Yay! Only pissed off a few people in the process.

Mo I agree but people are so weird and you never know what will set them off. I keep thinking it is the stress of the holidays already.

Mary I promised one year as director. In April that is up and I am definately stepping down. I signed up to keep the paperwork done and flowing and everything in compliance and find I am having to mediate and do all the crap no one else wants to do that has nothing to do with the paperwork. It has become very time consuming and emotionally draining.

This week almost pushed me into quitting all together. I have a very long fuse but it almost hit my dynamite button and as Mr. Lynn D says they do not want to see you loose it at level 10! KABOOOOOM!

I guess according to him I can not only, turn into the harpy from hell, I can fight like a cage fighter and swear like a sailor when my Irish is up.

I think he is afraid to divorce me.

Ok going to do some farming that I have not been able to do most of the week.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Just Lin safe travels! I love to people watch! But then I think what are they thinking about me when they people watch? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  25. Maybe No Blog is code for No Blo G, meaning no BJ's for George today. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  26. But "no blog" is a blog? It's not nothing. It's something. And therefore, it's a blog.

But there's no content. Hence, it's not a blog. Not really.

But if it's not a blog, how can I be commenting on it?

    ReplyDelete
  27. LynnD -- LOL @ your hubby being afraid to divorce you.

Shirley -- Especially keep an eye on Birdee so she doesn't poop all over my room. Thanks. :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Happy Saturday Owls.

No Blog....very interesting topic today. See Carol, it doesn't take much to keep us commenting. Here we are, commenting on something that you thought was nothing and we are enjoying every minute of it, which in my opinion, makes it everything.

I hope you are having a nice relaxing weekend or a wild fun weekend, whatever makes you happy. ♥♥♥

    ReplyDelete
  29. J/L, Have a safe flight and a good week with your Mom.

Tina, up early just for a public 69 and going back to bed. Nice!

    Lynn LOL @ Hubby.

Mo, Did you see our Hubby on Conan last night? I don't like Conan, but I suffered through it for our sweetie.

Mary, I found stuff I hadn't seen in years in my cabinets and threw most of it out. I kept the booze. :)

Shirley, LOOK OVER THERE!! (sneaking into Lin's room to short sheet the bed).

Jennifer, Thanks for the nice card. Sorry you aren't comfortable with the verdict.

NN, I read your blog "Live Like You Were Dying." It really IS common sense, and I knew all those things, but it isn't easy to do. Thanks for the reminders.

Waving to all the Owls. Have a great weekend everyone.

  30. I am off to one of my cousins. There is a show on Investigation Discovery I want to see and they are the only people I found that have that channel. It is a show about the N.Valley JCC shooting. I have talked about that before.

I slept all afternoon, since for some odd reason I woke up at 6:45 without the alarm set! When I set the alarm I can't wake up...go figure.

Gonna spray my hair into submission and go.

    Have a good afternoon/evening.

    BBL

    ReplyDelete
  31. SACBARB...yes I saw our honey! I, too can't stand Conan, but it is the sacrifices we make for our loved ones!!!

    really gotta go now!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Carol: Actually, this is the Seinfeld Blog! Because wasn't the premise of Seinfeld's show that it was based on Nothing? So, hence, this is the Seinfeld Blog!

Mo: Jim and I had a great time. He's always there for me, well, except he isn't available on the holidays. Hmmmm, I wonder if he's married!

    ReplyDelete
  33. After Jim, I went to dinner with Sam.. It is Taste of Sam day and man, I ate a lot..he's delicioso!

I think Jim whets my appetite for Sam.

    ReplyDelete
  34. J/L: I hope you have really safe travels although, you probably won't get this message until after you have safely traveled.

Mary: Yes, it was quite comical.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Hi....TINA, glad to see your kids are cleaning up this joint. Why is there fried shit of the floor? Now that is just gross!! Faster...TINA JUNIORS...FASTER..It is beginning to smell in here after two days of shit all around. I thought someone would at least clean it up for SHIRLEY'S birthday.

MARY-who can't wait for it to snow-in Michigan...It isn't here so I think it might have passed us by..get your shovel ready!

BEBBI: I think I have told this story on here but I will tell it again so you can hear it. When I went to meet my husband's family about 7 years ago it was for a family wedding. We got there at the end of the rehearsal dinner and everyone had moved to the bar at the hotel. I had changed and had just met them. We then all got up to go to another room and thank the dear Lord..we were at the end of the group because when I stood up my pants dropped right to the floor. I about died! The never saw it except the others in the bar. We went to our room and I pinned them and threw them away that night. When I got home my friends and family laughed and laughed and my son in law still likes to bring it up.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Wahoo SHIRLEY...MARK that 50 down for me.

I have been gone and running around most of the day and now I am going to get MRD to take me out to eat.It was one of those days. I was at a clothing store and checking out and the clerk was brand new and then she had to void the sale not once but twice as she did it wrong. I finally pulled up a chair. I then went to pick up some prescriptions that would be ready after 12 today. I went at 3 and they hadn't even started them so I had to wait awhile again. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry today and that I was listening to Christmas carols on the radio and they were making me cheerful and sweet!

LYNN; I guess I will need to come and drag you out of that house. How about a trip to Wyoming? I hear it is "beautiful" there this time of year :)

JODI; Shirt on,no tassels this time and we need to get ready for tomorrows game. Broncos vs San Diego. We are tied for first place. Our QB is hurt and will probably use the one from last week that throws it to the other team. Important game...get the beer and wine out and a good nights sleep for tomorrow.

J/L; Have a great time visiting your mom. How cute that you even get someone to come and feed the birds.

BTW MO, this mess all over the nest has a lot of pieces of bacon just laying around. Do you think you could try and keep your ass in tack?

SHIRLEY; Why won't you ever wait for me at night? Why won't you make me my pancakes?

Ok, time to go and wake MRD up and go eat as I'm starved!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Took a little nap. Woke up to a crappy phone call....let's just say the cage fighting has begun. I have drawn my line and it is going to take one little push and they will have no director.

Now on to nothing. I wish I had more nothing vacations but I always find that I can never get to nothing. I tried meditation and I have to say that nothing turned into to me thinking about every freaking thing I thought I had shoved into nothingness and raised my blood pressure more.

What is that saying Nature abhors a vacuum. Boy that's the truth!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wohooooooooo! Cloture has passed in the Senate. The bill moves forward for debate!!! No Filibuster! Now this makes me happy!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Dianne! OMG, that would have made me die of embarrassment! I am glad to hear that your hubby's family didn't see. I am thought of throwing out my slip but I am going to have my mom sew it smaller for me. Thanks for sharing your embarrassing moment too. It helps. I am sure that you will never live that one down.!! lol

    ReplyDelete
  40. Good evening feathered friends!

DIANNEdroopydrawersINDENVER...too funny! Thanks for the chuckle!

BEBBI...glad you had fun with Jim and Sam...does Jim know you are two-timing him?

LYNN...I don't think meditation would work for me, either. I would start thinking about everything under the sun. When I went to the shrink after the robbery, he had me imagine a beach whenever I got scared or nervous. I do admit it did work.

I was thinking about today's blog topic. CAROL works so hard to keep this blog up and running and I know it can't be easy. Maybe we should adopt 1 day a week that is like today...a free for all. Giving CAROL a break and we can just talk about whatever is on our mind. What do you all think?

    ReplyDelete
  41. MO; I think that is a great idea about the blog. It is kind of fun just to wing it and this group certainly has no trouble doing that, do we?

I am the same as you guys about meditating. My mind would be wandering everywhere too.

I think I will go and watch some TV. I haven't been farming too much lately although, I have been doing Farmville for my granddaughters. I just told them they need to take it over themselves.

I am doing "wife" time with my husband since he will be gone again soon.

I'll check back later with you all and see if you are talking porn yet.

Hey MARY, is it snowing there yet?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Mo: 3 timing, actually because Mr. Bebbi fits in that mix somewhere. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  43. I like meditation. I do it when I do yoga and it works for me. I feel so good after doing yoga.

    ReplyDelete
  44. But, Mr. Bebbi is a little jealous of Jim, but he actually joins in when I go to see Sam.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hi Everyone!!!!

  55. Good evening "no bloggers"!

Seriously, Carol, we need to have no blog day more often. lol

12 jurors after an hour of debating 6 of us said not guilty and 6 for guilty. After three hours I was the last one for not guilty. I cried and cried.

I won't get into too much detail, because it is still draining.

I had an arguement with a guy who thought he was all "it" about the fifth amendment. Then I had another arguement with a farmer from a town of 100 that you can't vote guilty just because the defendant wears baggy low riding pants.

    Ughhhhhhhhhh

    ReplyDelete
  56. Sam = Sam's Club, it was "taste of Sams" all weekend so I went Friday and Saturday for free samples..hehe. Sam is an excellent cook.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Hmmm, I was thinking (scary, huh) maybe "no blog day" also should encourage us all to write one blog and then CAROL will have a few for awhile. She is so good at thinking up things to write about. TINA OR KATHY: Guess I need to come and visit you as that gets my blog writing inspired.

    ReplyDelete
  58. what a fabu idea Di~ I like when you start thinking~ :D ...but with the snow and all....you may need to fly south....I hear AZ is warm~ :D

    ReplyDelete
  59. I've been crafty today.....no shower...doing laundry...farming a bit....had leftovers for dinner...oh yeah...i cooked yestiddy~ :D

    ReplyDelete
  60. NN/LL~ as flattering as you were this morning....i was actually talking about my avatar~ :)~ but now that I think about it...you are right!~ :D

    ReplyDelete
  61. 88~ DJ's old number....tomorrow is the last NASCAR race of the season....the champion will be crowned....I'd just love it if Mark Martin pulled it off~ :D

    ReplyDelete
  62. CAROL: 'No Blog'? I love this idea! I hope you seriously consider doing this once a month or so..just like you have a video on Sundays. I know we all have plenty to say..we love to banter and chit chat back and forth..not having a blog topic isn't going to hinder us. Give it some thought..I think you've stumbled on a really good idea!

I hope everyone had a great day today..Mr Z is on vacation..so I'm borrowing DIANNE's idea and being a good wife this week..cooking dinner..watching whatever movie he wants to watch..going to bed when he does..letting him work on my 'farm'..harvest, plow, plant..you know..the usual. ;)

    From Area 51:

DIANNE: You forgot to mention the trampoline..jungle gym and the incline bench. And by the way..how did you know about the backseat of the car anyway? ;)

    G'night Everyone..Sweet dreams!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Good night, Hooters. I just caught up on reading comments. You all are so funny! Wishing you all sweet dreams. Xoxo
