Inheritance?!!

by Michael

A dying granny tells her granddaughter...

"I want to leave you my farm.  That includes the villa, the tractor and other equipment, the farmhouse and $22,398,750 in cash."

The granddaughter, about to be rich, says ..."oh my, granny!  You are so generous. I didn't even know you had a farm.  Where is it?"

With her last breath, her granny whispered,

 "Facebook"

  5. Good Morning Lynn, Zona, Bebbi and Michael. Happy September Morn'.

Zona - LOL @ what you are going to tell your SIL.

Michael - That's a good one. I guess I am getting to that age because I think of my farms as being real. Jack laughs when he hears me equating my working on my farms to his working all day at the Trout Farm. That's the beauty of old age. We get away with that without being locked up.

Lynn - It's quite the opposite here in B.C. Houses that were $30,000 in 1980 and now valued at almost a million dollars. Unless our economy changes. most of the younger generation are coming into money. It bugs the government because we don't have an inheritance tax. They want to change the law but then it affects their families as well. Quite a problem for them.

  8. Michael - That is a good picture of Vivian. I really like her. I have just started season five. At the moment they are stealing John Wayne's footprints. It's so funny.
I don't like to think that every movie star they show in California is now dead. In my world they are all still alive.

  9. Tina - That sounds like good news about your dad. Yes I think you should be there for him. Now go take your meds and veg out.

  10. Zona - I plan on living in to be 120 so you have quite a wait for your inheritance. The experts say we should never count on inheriting money so don't splurge your own riches right now. Spend your money visiting me. Now that's a good reason to spend especially since your weather is still so hot. No place should be 100 in September. That's a cruel trick of Nature. See you soon. Love, Mom
