This Night Owl Blog has given so much!
It is a fun place, we don't bash and we have fun being "tedious"!
We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)
It is not about a single person, it is about all the people on any given day blended together.....Goldie!
Good morning. It's me checking in from my $700/night hotel. It doesn't look like it costs that much, the food certainly doesn't taste like it costs that much. I do get room service so that probably counts for some of the costs. And I head I get physical therapy during the week.
Can anyone tell I'm not too happy yet? I can't get up and down without help and cant even get dressed. Showers are lovely. Yesterday they asked m to play kickball with a balloon and bingo- I passed.
Tina--blog was a nice song. I was able to listen to it and thankful to have my own room
I wanted to tell each of you thank you for the thoughts, prayers, hugs, cards etc., that have been sent my way I seriously appreciate it a lot
Good Morning Dianne - I hope you have received all the positive energy I have been trying to send you these past few weeks from Canada. I know it's a long way for it to travel. I have thought of you so often and wondered about your pain level and anxiety level. Zona kept me well informed. I hope the next few weeks go by quickly for you. You have every right to be unhappy but I bet you are glad the operation is behind you. You are still in my prayers. (((Hugs))).
Tina - I enjoyed Philip's video. I saw him on tv the other day and he sang this song. He said he wrote it. Apparently he was pretty sick most of the time he was on American Idol. It must have been difficult for him. I think he deserved to win.
I love Sunday mornings. It's raining here (after 90 days of sunshine and no rain) and very cozy by the fire. After last weekend being so hectic it's nice just to be relaxed with no-where to go and no-one to see.
Dianne You are looking wonderful this morning! Playing kickball with a balloon, huh? Bingo? Were you the caller or a player? That's cool that you have your own room. At least no one is keeping you awake with their snoring and you don't have to share a bathroom. You are still in my thoughts and prayers. Every day things will get a little bit better. (((HUGS)))

Tina I remember that guy! Very nice song. Thank you for the blog today.
Tinka Your Sunday morning sounds perfect! Are you warming your buns by the fire? LOL
Afternoon Asters!
Dianne you are lovely at first! To bad the recovery center is not in Hawaii. For those rates they should be!
I have been working on the laundry and getting things packed for Vancouver.
Waving at J/L and Tinka!
