Robert , 85, married Jenny,
a lovely 25 year old . . .
Since her new husband is so old,
Jenny decides that after their wed-
ding she and Robert should have
ding she and Robert should have
separate bedrooms, because she
is concerned that her new but aged
husband may over-exert himself if
they spend the entire night together.
husband may over-exert himself if
they spend the entire night together.
After the wedding festivities Jenny
prepares herself for bed and
prepares herself for bed and
the expected knock on the door.
Sure enough the knock comes,
the door opens and there is Robert,
her 85 year old groom, ready
her 85 year old groom, ready
for action. They unite as one. All
goes well, Robert takes leave of
his bride, and she prepares to go
to sleep.
After a few minutes, Jenny hears
another knock on her bedroom
another knock on her bedroom
door, and it's Robert, Again he is
ready for more 'action'. Somewhat
surprised, Jenny consents for more
coupling. When the newly weds are
done, Robert kisses his bride, bids
her a fond good night and leaves.
She is set to go to sleep again, but,
aha, you guessed it Robert is back
again, rapping on the door and is as
fresh as a 25 - year - old, ready for
more 'action'. And, once more they
enjoy each other.
But as Robert gets set to leave again,
his young bride says to him, 'I am
thoroughly impressed that at your
age you can perform so well and so
often. I have been with guys less
than a third of your age who were
only good once. You are truly a great
lover, Robert.'
Robert, somewhat embarrassed, turns
to Jenny and says:
'You mean I was here already?'
'You mean I was here already?'
The moral of the story:
Don't be afraid of getting old,
Alzheimer's has its advantages.

DIANNE - Thanks for the giggle!! Cute story :)
SLIN - Hey gorgeous....hope you're having a great day ♥
Hi pretty Jodi and JL. You are both very lovely today.
It's snowing hard here and I don't like it. It had better not keep me in the house tomorrow. It will make me grumpy and there is no one to be grumpy to around here.
I had lunch and lots of errands to do today so glad to be in house now. Temp Is dropping too. It was in the 20's when I got home.
That's about all I have today. Glad you both got a giggle.
LMAO!!! Good one Dianne!! I need me an old-er man lol!!
I had an appt. today and was afraid the roads would be icy as they were yesterday! I was happy to see they were clear!
I have been seeing a gastroenterologist for tummy troubles. He is sending me to a food allergist. He thinks I may have some rare tummy thing that has a name longer than "gastroenterologist" lol! I knew I was special, but not this way lol!
Something to do with the lining of my stomach. I am probably allergic to everything I love!!
I am heading to FB... later
Dianne Thanks for the cute blog today. As for PT, I am not seeing a physical therapist any more but I can restart the visits if I think I'm not progressing. My arm/shoulder is much better but still not 100% and I've not been good about doing my exercises lately, including those I'm supposed to do for the muscles around my hip. I have to get rededicated to doing them.
HOdi I did have a good day. Hope yours was good, too. I had dinner tonight with a friend at an Afghan restaurant. Sooo yummy.
Mary Sorry about your tummy troubles. I sure hope you can get that cleared up soon.
Merrrrnin' HOoters!!
DIANNE - Not sure when that snow is suppose to hit here, but I'm heading to LOIS' after work on Friday. Can you just send it to TINA instead? ;)
MARY - Hopefully he can help you with your "butt trumpet" ;) Love u ♥
SLIN - I've never had Afghan food!! Not sure my Norwegian tummy could handle it :D
HOdi Sure you could. It's not weird. In fact, you've probably had steak, chicken, or lamb kabobs before. We didn't have that tonight, though. We had a wonderful lentil soup that had a large dollop of yogurt in it and dill. We had fried egglplant with yogurt on it as well as a meat sauce. There were dumplings with ground lamb and spices in them and a potato turnover-type thing. They have a wonderful sweet pumpkin dish that we ate last as if it was dessert. So yummy. You'd like it, I'm sure.
