SYLVIA:
Hi Wanda.
WANDA:
Hi Sylvia. How’d you die?
SYLVIA:
I froze to death.
WANDA:
How horrible!
SYLVIA:
It wasn’t so bad. After I quit shaking from the cold, I began to get warm and sleepy, and finally died a peaceful death. What about you?
WANDA:
I died of a massive heart attack. I suspected that my husband was cheating, so I came home early to catch him in the act. But instead, I found him all by himself in the den watching TV.
SYLVIA:
So, what happened?
WANDA:
I was so sure there was another woman there somewhere that I started running all over the house looking. I ran up into the attic and searched, and down into the basement. Then I went through every closet and checked under all the beds. I kept this up until I had looked everywhere, and finally I became so exhausted that I just keeled over with a heart attack and died.
SYLVIA:
Too bad you didn’t look in the freezer — we’d both still be alive.

BAM!!
I really appreciate the bedazzling ideas....well except maybe the chickens....
but these are really what I had in mind....
I have used the line "another opening, another show" a million times...
I was thinking about that this morning. I tell you, a zillion things race thru my mind constantly....and I realized...thats a great line...and it still will be....curtain up! or curtain down!
TINA - Ha!! Thanks for the smile :)
Good afternoon MICHAEL!! Those curtains are fabulous....totally you ♥
Just got done with work and went down and voted!! Will be on pins and needles waiting for the results. I'll check in later. Grinding on a salad then settling in to read. I'm on book 3 of the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy.....all I have to say is "oh my" ;)
Michael Congrats on "opening" the show today. I agree with HOdi...perfect curtains for you.
Tina That was a cute joke. Thanks for the smile today.
HOdi So, do you read that book in public? Have a book cover? LOL
TINA: I hope they can stay friends.. ;D Thanks for the giggle today!
MICHAEL: I've always liked it when you use that line..
JODI: That book is on my list..well that set of books actually..just haven't gotten them yet..hearing GREAT things about them though.. ;D
Well..I took the plunge..I went swimming yesterday..the water is still cold..but I needed to clear my mind of everything..and swimming always helps. It was good to be back in the water..ahhhh.. :D
J/LIN!!! I missed you! Dang! I think the swimming cleared my mind too much!! :D
Sorry I didn't get back on the blog yesterday to say thanks to everyone for the comments on my lil ol' joke..but they were much appreciated! :)
SLIN - Of course I read it in public!! And with no cover ;)
ZONA - Jake still wants to swim in your pool!!!
HODI...how eerie...I'm at the library and on the library's site there was that book. I read the reviews and they were not too good! There was a lot of mention if Twilight in the reviews...is it a vampire trilogy?
Waving to MICHAEL, ZONA, JUST LIN and TUNA...loved the joke!!
MICHAEL...I do like the curtains, but they could use some ironing!
Maybe we can just bedazzle some curtain ties.
MOHO - aaaaaaaah, it has NOTHING to do with Twilight!! the "rating" on the back is erotic romance......oh, my!!!!!!! Wondering if TINA has read it yet....right up her smutty ally ;)
15!!!!!!!!!
Tina, very funny blog. Irony at its best!
Jodi, I read the trilogy on my kindle. That way I could read it anywhere. LOL
Mo, I can't imagine why those books were compared to Twilight.
Zona, good talking to you tonight. Loved your little joke yesterday.
Michael, Ditto what J/L said.
J/L, Will be calling you soon re travel plans.
MO and HOdi There is another book with a very similar title...maybe "Shades of Grey", it is not the same as "50 Shades of Grey"" so I think the review was about the other book.
HOdi Good for you for being bold. :)
SacBarb Yay! :)
J/L, I read the other Shades of Gray too (also a trilogy) and the story was good, but I was very distracted by the many grammatical errors in the book. Also, no smut in that series. I wondered if it was edited at all!
SAC BARB...Now I am really confused!
Shades of Gray and 50 Shades of Gray?? OY! Now I don't know what reviews I was reading! But there was a lot of mentioning the many grammatical errors!
Mo, They are COMPLETELY different. 50 Shades of Gray is pure erotica, and the other has no sex. Both are good stories if you can ignore the grammatical errors in the second ones.
BARB - Really thinking about getting a Kindle Fire. But I still love having a book in my hands!!

I came, I saw, I marched.
