This Night Owl Blog has given so much!
It is a fun place, we don't bash and we have fun being "tedious"!
We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)
It is not about a single person, it is about all the people on any given day blended together.....Goldie!
Well, Grease wasn't much better last night. This is one of the very few shows that has disappointed me. The next show is 'The Little Mermaid' and I've never seen the show or the movie, so it will be all new to me.
Okay---here I am. I can't let this be the JL/Barb blog today. I always have to get my two cents in---right?
Fires are still burning. They think 200-300 homes lost in the Springs last night. We did get a little less heat today and a few rain sprinkles. Over 15,000 people still evacuated. The President is coming here to look on Friday. I think it's going to be called "a state of emergency"
Zona---blog is so typical of what a guy would say!!!!
I had a nice for lunch with my friend I have lunch with every Wednesday. It's amazing how we never run out of things to say. I really look forward to it each week. I might get to go and see that McConaughy movie on Friday. I hope so.
Barb--- I've never see the Little Mermaid either. It should be a cute play.
JL--- you r pretty sitting up there as first today. It is pretty amazing that you were the first. Guess we r turning into afternoon owls now.
Zona Sweet dreams. Thanks for the laugh today. Oh, I saw Rock of Ages today. To be honest, I was getting bored with it until Tom Cruise came on. I thought his character really carried the show.

Zona LOL! Yep, that sounds about right.
I hope you all are having a great morning. I am very surprised to be the first to arrive today. That doesn't happen very often.
Hello J/L. It is surprising to see your bright shiny face in first. We don't seem to have as many early birds anymore.
Zona, all I can say is 'groaaaaannn' Thanksfor the smile, though!

SacBarb Wow it sure is empty in here today. Did everyone go on a trip and not tell us?
J/L, Was it something I said?
Well good night and sweet dreams anyway. I am going to bed early tonight and read...probably for only about 5 minutes before I am asleep.
Sweet dreams, Barb.

I'm knock down tired..long hot dusty day..I'm going to just fall into bed and try to sleep in a little instead of getting up so early.

Dianne I'm glad you joined us this evening. So horrible about the fires that keep burning. Tragic, really. I hope they get under control soon.
