This Night Owl Blog has given so much!
It is a fun place, we don't bash and we have fun being "tedious"!
We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)
It is not about a single person, it is about all the people on any given day blended together.....Goldie!
Tina, I hope you said a prayer for me at church, cause I'm not going today. I can't drive and the only person I can ask to take me is out of town this weekend. One of our local channels used to air Mass from a San Francisco church, but they don't do it anymore and I haven't been able to find one on any cable channel. :(
Happy Sunday to all the Owls. I hope you all have a great day.
TINA: I LOVE this song!! Aerosmith is one of my favorite bands..next to the Rolling Stones. You're probably just way too young to remember that they sang it..and if today is any indication..way too pretty.. :)
SHIRLEY: You didn't pull the covers back over your head? You must have really loved the song! Yay!! ;D
BARB: Please check your texts..I googled EWTN and sent you the station in Sac. I know, I know..but I can't help myself.. :D
I sure hope you feel better soon..I just hate that you're hurting. :(
It's supposed to be cooler today..so we are going to barbque..maybe even swim.. :)
Greetings from the beautiful San Luis Resort in Galveston Texas!!
just go along with it...I shouldn't be at home doing NOTHING!!
I have on my bermuda shorts and sandals with my good black socks and I put some salt in the spray bottle with water and put an old parking ticket on my rear view mirror from valet at the San Luis...
Oh it doesn't really matter where I am...I can have my nap here just as well as in Galveston...
Tina Yes, you are lovely even while dreaming on. That is one of rock's most iconic songs. Rock is my favorite kind of music so extra thanks for the choice today.
Michael Well, not the best pic of Mr. Tyler, is it? I have to disagree with you about "Yo, Dawg". He is a musician and music producer and has been in the biz a long time so I suppose he is qualified to judge.
Zona Barbeque and a swim. Sounds like the perfect Memorial Day Weekend activities. Enjoy! Now my body hasn't been in a swim suit in decades so I guess it never will be again.....only if my life depended on it and then I'd have to think about it for a while.
Michael2 You can imagine yourself at any resort you want to....I would recommend not lounging about in front of your home while imagining you are at a nudist camp, though. Might frighten the neighbors.
and I see where ur coming from about Randy but apparently you don't know the inside dish....
When AI needed a judge they had Paula and Simon...but they needed a third and it was almost air time so that didn't give them much time to look....This Randy guy was running a BBQ stand across the street and Simon ate there a lot so they grabbed him....
All that other stuff they made up to make him SOUND qualified....
Simon used to threaten him all the time with the pork ribs on the show but nobody knew what it meant...well it meant Simon was threatening to send him back to the BBQ stand!!
if u think hard about it I am sure you will remember veiled references to cuts of meat to Randy...
Michael I think you got that story wrong. Randy was actually jamming in a recording studio across the street. In her poor pill-addled brain, when Paula heard that BB King had recorded there, what she heard was, "The Barbeque King is taking orders there".
Dianne If you're reading this.... I looked at the "help" section on Blogger and they noted several days ago that some people were having trouble commenting from their mobile phones. They are working on resolving that issue.

Good Moaning~
Well that certainly woke me up!
Good moaning to you Tina!
Glad u liked it, Shirley! :D
Good moaning to you too lovely Tina and also to you Shirley.
I was never that crazy about this song, but it has a nice message, I guess. I'm just showing my age.

Have a nice day everyone!
well I see the QOTD is about me.....HUMPHT!
Now that was an incredible song by an incredible artist....
I think he is the ONLY qualified judge on the AI panel....
Not "Yo Dawg!" or "Sparkle Princess"....but Steven Tyler has "it".....
Barb: I'm sorry I'm not closer... I could have done Sharon duty!
Tina: This rendition was awesome! The "Demon of Screamin" came through, and should have won this year's competition! LOL!

Hello, Owlie friends and fiends.
Tina Yes, you are lovely even while dreaming on. That is one of rock's most iconic songs. Rock is my favorite kind of music so extra thanks for the choice today.
Shirley Where the hell have you been? I don't know why that woke you up. He was yelling, "dream on", after all.
SacBarb I'm sorry your neck is still so bad. I wonder if a chiropractor would help.

Bear Hi! Are you in the desert? You probably said something a day or two ago but I forgot. My brain is like a sieve, I swear to God.
Michael2 You can imagine yourself at any resort you want to....I would recommend not lounging about in front of your home while imagining you are at a nudist camp, though. Might frighten the neighbors.
J/l...I am far too modest to do a nudie....omg!
