Some days I have a chip on my shoulder. I think we all have those days. Where no matter what someone says, it’s going to piss you off. Sometimes my chip has a specific target. Just one person who annoys the heck out of me. I recognize that about myself so I control it. I don’t know how, exactly. Metaphorically, I think I just set it aside. I treat the person or people respectfully and will humble myself to avoid an argument. I am not always successful, but I think I make a respectable effort.
I see other people with chips on their shoulders all the time in my work. There is one individual who may as well be called Chip because he always has one. When he blows, he really blows. You can walk into the office and say it’s a nice day out and he’ll go berserk. “What do you mean a nice day? It’s shit! It’s going to get hot and we’re going to be sweating in this sauna! How can you even say that? The day sucks!” Whoa. Sorry you don’t like sunshine, dude. You can always lower the A/C and I installed that fan, so you can use that. “I don’t care about all that! The day still sucks! Say it! It sucks!” And he will continue until I admit that yes, the day sucks and we are all miserable. If I were a man, he would hit me or throw something at me. If I were anyone but me in that office, I’d refuse to say the day sucked, just to watch him freak out. He’s just part of that job. When the fireworks are over, we all get back to work.
I had an experience with a woman who had a chip on her shoulder. Women seem to be more passive aggressive. I was at that office to do some IT work and she was the manager. The owner had requested my services, but this woman was the one I had to get information from. I knew she didn’t like me on sight. She dug in her heels and either gave me wrong information or claimed not to know anything. What should have taken 6 hours took 2 days. On the second day this woman told me I needed to take the outgoing mail to the post office. What??
I told her I’d be happy to do as she asked, but thought she might want to consider 2 things. First, I didn’t know where the post office was. Second, I charge $150 per hour and that’s a lot to pay someone for mailing letters. She didn’t care. She wanted me to mail the letters. It took me about 40 minutes. A $100 mail run. When I returned, this woman apologized to me and told me she’d been having a tantrum. No kidding, I thought. I told her I got paid by the hour and it was no skin off my nose. Inwardly, I saw her as selfish, catty and ugly because it wasn’t her money she was wasting; it was her boss’ money.
I called the owner of this office that evening and told him that I thought it would be better if he had another consultant handle his IT work. I didn’t have to tell him why. He knew and said he was in the process of replacing her. Outwardly, it was none of my business and I recommended another consultant to take over where I’d left off. I’d maintained my professionalism.
The point of this is that the man who freaks out, does it outwardly. There’s no question he’s pissed and he lets loose. Then he’s done, and everything’s normal again. The woman thinks she’s clever. She masks her anger or dislike. The only person she’s fooling is herself. Sure, she tried to humiliate me by sending me to the post office. I protected myself by telling her why it might not be a good idea, but she still wanted that humiliation. Fine by me. In the end, she lost her job and I gained another reference as well as a respectable reputation. I’ll go back to work at that office, she will not.
We all get chips on our shoulders at some time or another. The way I see it, there are 3 ways to handle them. Set it aside, let it out and get it over with, or try to be clever about it.
How do you handle someone else’s chip? What about your own?

Happy Tuesday!!
Good morning..
Tina - congrats on FIRST..
bonacci - I had to smile at your blog - thanks for sharing..
I hope everyone has an excellent day!
:-)
Good morning, Hooters! Tina & MEK, a big Hey There to you both!!
The flippin' power kept going out last night. Screwed me up!
Good Morning Hooters! Congrats on 1st tina~
Hi MEK!
I tend to treat people with a chip with kindness and sarcasm. Dripping sweet sarcasm with a smile. usually drives them nuts. But shuts them up.
Today is my last day of work for the week- the babies will be here tomorrow! I am so excited.
We are meeting the kids at our camper, picking up the grandkids and letting the adults stay there for a few days alone. Going back up on Friday afternoon with the grandkids for the rest of the weekend. My brother and family are also going up for the weekend. So should be lots of fun.
Plan on spoiling them rotten for a couple of days. We are going to the zoo and the mall and MeDonalds and the ice cream place..... and of course we are going to snuggle in Grandma's bed and read stories and sleep in our sleeping bags (them, not us) at the foot of the bed. Can you tell that I am excited about all this???????
honey....quite frankly, it depends on what time of the month it is...:)~ As far as someone else with a chip, oh baby....i'm good!
Goldie~ do you like ur grandkids? :)~
Good Morning Bonachichi and Mek~
Good Morning Owls. Be back in a few minutes.
Congrats on #1, Tina!
Bonachichi: What a great blog. I handle chips different depending on who it is. Sometimes I "blow", sometimes I am passive aggressive, exercise and sometimes I try and work it out in my mind to be empathetic to the person or situation. Another way, my favorite, is avoidance. I remove myself from the line of fire. Blow up at me once, shame on you...blow up at me twice, shame on me for putting myself in that situation again. With Mr. Bebbi, it took me a long time to figure that out..haha. Living with someone is the hardest, in my opinion.
Professionalism and integrity are important to me at work. If I have issues with someone at work I try to talk about it at home and get it out by other means (exercise, mafia wars..etc.)
I am at jury duty and my daughter set me up! She let me use her laptop and I am listening to music and catching up on emails..woo hoo.
Tina.. happy 1~
Morning..
Tina..Mek..Bonachichi..Goldie..Bebbi..Tinka..
Man, this is sweet. I can sit on the computer for hours and not feel guilty for not exercising or cleaning the house because I CAN'T~! Ha, jury duty is a sweet blessing.
Goldie: I am a "kill'em with kindness" gal too.
Boachichi: Sorry your power kept going out. Were there storms?
Goldie: Gosh, it sounds like so much fun. I bet you are excited!! I am envious. Children are so wonderful. My daughter and I were talking and she said how much she appreciated that I was one of the Moms who would get in and play with them no matter what we were doing. I decided early on that my time was limited so I was going to get down and play with my kids. I had a plaque that said, "A messy house means a loving Mom". I may have had to work, but I got down and dirty with my kids when I had Mommy time! :)
Sorry, have fun. I want granddddBABIEESSssssssss *whine, whine*.
Bebbi- Grandbabies are WAY BETTER than regular babies ;)
I soooooooooooooooo enjoy them and I seem to have patience that never stops. Mr. Goldie is the same way.
tina~ I pondered your question- yes, I believe I do like them. Love them to pieces, but I like them too!
Bonachichi..
I, like Bebbi, handle each chip
differently, I know everyone has good days and bad days. When it comes to my family/friends I am more tolerate. When it comes to a stranger, I tend to lash out very quick, especially if it has to do with customer service.. if one is in customer service they need to leave the chip at home, but hey, as I said before we must remember we all have good and bad days.. so maybe those chips are just someone having a bad day.. we surly do not know what someone is going thru..
Now what I do hate.. is these rich celebrities that have chips.. for they have no reason to..
And as of late.. Jon Gosselin.. he needs to take his Ed Hardy Chip and shove it up his ass.. I hope TLC fires him.. his chip is as big as Mt Everest.. he is a ass..
Ok.. rant over..
:O)
Good Morning Again - My few minutes turned easily into an hour. I think time runs differently when one is retired.
Tina - Congrats on first.
Hi Carol: Jury duty rocks! Also, you know I went to see Uncle Kracker live last week and he played smile. I was about 5 feet from him, at the Hard Rock Cafe in Louisville. I have a better movie of it but my camera broke so I had to download it at work then my flash drive filled up. I got a new flash drive yesterday but haven't been back to work to get it off the computer there since I am at Jury duty. Funny how a simple task turns rather complicated with lots of hiccups..huh.
Good morning Ms. Tinka-a-dinka! Retirement = Something ppl my age will never experience here in the U.S. of A.
Today is our 600th blog, I know can you believe it? It just goes really quick. We have been thru so much together, our lives, our families, our jobs, our feelings, our losses, our wins..
I know at times it can be hard dealing with a group, personalities can be so different, and at times are lives go in different directions and our time for blogging is cut short. But what is important is that we are here, if one does not comment the other will and the blog continues. So many have come and gone, and I miss all who have left us. But I am most thankful for the ones here, who help the blog continue to grow, who comment even if they don't agree with the blog, or stay even if perhaps their feelings were hurt, or even disagree with another comment.. That to me is so special, as one should never give up on what one believes in..
Sooo.. to all Congrats on 600! and Thank You!!!!!
:O)
Bonachichi - Great blog. I have a feeling you can handle yourself no matter what the situation and handle it well I may add.
It has been a while since I encountered anyone with a chip of his/her shoulder. I do remember some incidences when I was teaching but that is 12 years ago now. I do remember it would upset me and sometimes ruin my day.
Here is my cleaning lady early. Must run.
Also.. our dear Vig is leaving for Kuwait soon.. I posted a goodbye msg for her on the main page of the blog..
I have to get to work..
All have a great day!
:O)
Vig: I am sorry I didn't see this until just now. Best of luck to you in Kuwait, be safe and Godspeed.
Again, I should go back and look, but can you tell me why you are going to Kuwait?
hey goofball....today isn't our 600th blog~ ijs~ sent you an email~
HA!.. its our 588th.. I added all the Whabby Wednesday's in.. and the funny part in blogger if you hit the button that says published it will tell ya 588.. so why did I not hit that button???
Good Question..
So.. save that comment for our 600th and we will repost..
I gotta go..
:O)
Congrats on blog 600. Wow, incredible!
and btw.. today.. my cousins are getting together to try and fix the will problem.. I can't be there as I have to be here.. but I am still
nervous for them..
ok.. really gotta go..
enjoy the 588th blog..
:O)
I do not retract my congrats, i will just change it to congratulations on the 588th blog..woo hoo..milestones are fun!
Bebbi; I always say that you have to leave your feelings at the door when it comes to work. If your co-worker is bothering you to the point where you vent at home, why not invite this person to something like Mafia Wars, laser tag, paintball, bowling... Anything where you can kick their butt in the name of sportsmanship??
My cleaning lady is settled. Now I can get back to my Good Mornings to----
Tina, Mek, Bona, goldie, Bebbi, and Carol.
Carol - Our 600th blog will be here before we know it. I remember talking to VIG and discussing how we should all go to Hawaii for our 500th. Now that is long gone. And so will VIG as well. I miss her already as she is visiting her family before she leaves for Kuwait. I couldn't say Good Bye to her. I am storing two boxes for her so I feel she must come back someday and get them. She is going on quite the adventure. I hope she can tolerate the sometimes 120 degree heat. I know she will have a great time. Everything has AC and her school sounds fantastic. Good Luck My Darling Friend.
Bebbi - I hope things will get back to normal and everyone has the option of retiring at 55 with a good pension. That's when most teachers retire here. We are lucky that we have such great pensions right now. Of course that could change if the economy continues to bottom out. Canada is fine right now but we follow the States in most things so time will tell.
Tina - Did you really call our illustrious leader a 'goof-ball'? It's the naughty mat for you my dear. I will let you know when you can get off of it. Next time you will think before you call someone a name. Whoops, I guess I slipped back to my teacher mode.
Goldie - Have fun with your babies. I agree. Grandchildren are the best. I would like a new baby every few years but I guess that's a pipe dream.
Bebbi - What kind of case are you sitting in on? Maybe you can't answer that yet.
Good Morning Zona-My-Baby - Are you up yet? Call me.
Shirley - I got 10, 25 and 50 today. Is that a silver medal? I already have the gold one you sent me.
(((((Hugs)))))) to Jodi, Scirrish, Shirley and to anyone else needing one. I am off to 'ice' my sore back and knees. See you later. Love Tinka
Tina - You can get up now. LOL
Bebbi, I came in on the tail-end of VIG's adventurequest, so true to form, I rudely asked her about it.
It's my understanding that she wanted to teach somewhere overseas. For kids who desperately needed her. I was quite impressed with her attitude.
Tinka~ yes...i called her a goofball....and she's also a crackwhore!~ :D
My power kept going out last night for no good reason. I have been a little confused lately. Today apparently, for the third day in a row, is August 17th. It's the longest damn day I've ever lived through! I think someone's pulling a fast one on me.
Wait, it finally changed (on my computer). It's now August 18th! YES!!!
Good morning hooters!
I work with a dr. who used to have a huge chip on his shoulder. He is a small man, and we all thought he felt better about himself by talking down to the staff, or humiliating us.
This guy would belittle staff members in front of patients or anyone else who happened to be there.
One time he did it to me. He was upset that I had booked an appt. for a patient at a particular day and time (huh?).
He came into my treatment room and proceeded to tell me in front of 2 other nurses and a patient that I should not have given the appt. I did.
I let him get it out, then followed him back to his office (I should have embarassed him in front of the others but didn't) and proceeded to tell him that I am old enough to be his mother, and he will NEVER talk to me in that tone or manner again. I told him he better show me some respect.
He had gotten many complaints, mostly from other staff, and some patients. He was "talked to" by the chief of the dept.
Since then, he has been much better. His attitude has changed, he still has that chip but he has learned how to behave and deal with it.
I still work with him, I can tell when he's in a "mood" and I am nice. I try to keep on an even keel with him and so far it's worked.
Great topic today Chichi!
We took Nancy in for her surgery this morning, she tried to bite one of the vet techs.
We are hoping to bring her home later, they said it is possible, depends on how she does after surgery.
They will call us when she is recovering. We are so nervous, we both started crying in the exam room. It was hard to leave her there.
Hope everyone has a nice day!
VIG when are you leaving??

EBJ; Pls let us know how Nancy's doing. Poor baby girl!
About that nasty doctor, you and everyone else knew he was being a moron, yes? I don't understand how he could NOT realize everyone knows. Exactly the point I was trying to make.
Carol: I TOLD you you shouldn't run my blogs! LOL!
Chichi, he had to have known, he got lots of complaints but didn't change his ways.
He happens to be an excellent dr. so I think they gave him one chance before giving him the boot.
Luckily, he heeded whatever advice he was given, because there have been no complaints for a few years now.
I actually enjoy working with him now, he is very knowledgeable and a good resource to go to.
I used to avoid him at all costs!
The vet clinic will call us once the surgery is over. The "nurse" (that's what they call the vet techs) who raised Nancy is going to be with her during the surgery, so we are a little more relaxed knowing she is in good hands.
The avatar pic is of Nancy, she climbed into a beautiful crystal bowl after I washed it (someone who came to our party on Sat. had brought potato salad in it!)
Nancy thought it was perfect for a nap!
I forgot to say congrats on 588 blogs Carol!
Good afternoon, Owls.
Congrats on first Tina!
Tinka Congrats on your marches today. I hope the ice is helping ease the pain in your knees.
EBJ Poor little Nancy! I'm sure she'll be fine, though, and it won't keep her down for long. That's such a cute pic of her in the bowl. What big ears she has!
Bonach Great blog today. I worked with someone, similar to EBJ's story, he was/is a short veterinarian. He would sometimes have a chip on his shoulder and really act like an ass. Then, when his marriage crumbled he became unbearable. He started directing his anger toward the animals in his care. In spite of talking to him reasonably about it, swearing at him about it, and even having to get into a shoving match with him to get him to stop strangling a toy poodle, he failed to get a handle on his behavior. I quit and, along with several other former employees, reported him to the State. He ultimately had his license yanked for about 5 yrs and lost his practice. He is an excellent surgeon and has moved and got his license back but only under the condition that he cannot work alone and must be under another doctor's supervision. It was very, very tough for me to do that to him as he had done many, many great things for my animals. However, I gave him every opportunity to correct his behavior and the welfare of the animals had to come first before a tragedy occurred.
BONACHICHI: I am not a tough person..so when I encounter someone that is mean or nasty to me, I usually exit the situation. Of course, if they are being that way to a friend or family member..I will usually call them on it. Weird, huh?
As for myself..I don't usually have days where people make me angry..I am more likely to have the kind of day where I think eveyone is mad at me. That's the "chip" I tend to carry around. Luckily, my friends and family don't hesitate to call me on it. I'm grateful for that. I've been working on changing this part of myself..or at least controlling it. I hope to have that chip down to a sliver really soon.
Great blog today BONACHICHI..thank you!
TINA: Congrats on FIRST!
BBIAB to read comments..gotta get Mr Z off...to work...HA!!!! :D
Zona ROFLMAO @ getting Mr. Zona off!!!!!
JL, kudos to you for reporting someone who abuses animals. And a veterinarian!
How humiliating for him to have to work under someone else's supervision.
The vet clinic called a while ago, Nancy is recovering from surgery and doing fine.
I have always thought her ears were very big too, in fact MR. EBJ asked our vet if she thought they were normal haha!
She tried to bite Stacy (her vet nurse) so were are not happy to hear that. We are not sure why Nancy is so mean at times, she bites us too.
I raked the flippin' leaves. I sent some dang trees. I think I picked pumpkins. And carrots. Maybe. I bought some gardening implements, too. Does anyone need anything else??
T-Bon:
Your new name from me..lol.
Chips....the only chips I like are poker chips.
I tend to retreat til I cool off and then very articulately ream them a new orafice. I rarely lose my cool myself, but when I do get outta my way.
Mele 588 Carol
TINA, YOU SNOT!! :D
Change me back, you blutherin fools!!
I guess I'm someone new. Oye, formally bonachichi, formally bonacci. Nice to re-meet you all.
I met someone recently who's last name is Boner, so I had thought of calling ChiChi BONER, but it sounds too pornish huh? :)
Zona did you get your hubby off??
Did you read about Lydia getting Jesie off on Big Brother??
EBJ?
Did she get her honey off? bwahahaha
yeah and probably in the pool. ijs~
Yoo hoo Zona!
What happened in the pool? Kgirl and I wanna know hee hee
EBJ; Look at me. I'm now oye. Boner would be a step up.
I'm glad Nancy is okay. I wouldn't worry about the biting until she's older.
Kgrl, somehow I knew you'd be like that. A slow fuse, then a decisive strike.
S/Lin & Zona; Ditto. Backing away, avoiding confrontation and thinking people are upset with you. I hope you both realize you're not the problem.
Tina; Perkele!
Is that an exclamation? "Oye!"
Bonach Re-read my post and you'll see I'm not the one to back away quietly.

Just-Lin - Sorry I almost stepped on you.
S/Lin; You're absolutely right and you have my apologies. I'm marking you down as another person I never want to piss off. I was reading in the midst of my apparent identity crisis.
I feel like my skirt's tucked inside my underwear or something.
My big fear is I'll get a chip on my own shoulder... and it'll turn out to be California Highway Patrol!
Bonach ROFLMAO! If your skirt was tucked in your underwear, I'd tell you, honest. : )
Hiya, Whab! Can't wait to be educabadated tomorrow!
EBJ: I heard them talking about it on Big Brother After Dark (Jesse and Lydia). I guess they walked his "stuff" on one of Natalie's sweatshirts! GROSS..huh!
You guys won't believe what's happened on Big brother this week. OMG, it is crazy. You are going to love it. BB Fans, you have to watch tonight!!
Just testing...
"walked" should be "wiped"..omg, I am still drowsy from my nappy poo.
Unfortunately, I have to go back to work tomorrow. I was getting used to these half days and my afternoon nap!
oh, made a wish.
Oye...bonerchichi..it worked.
bonacci: Thanks for the ideas for my work but I am in a good place with it all these days. :) I love my job and almost all the people I work with are awesome. :)
bonacci: Thanks for the fill in on the Vig adventure!!
Vig: That is awesome, that you are dedicating yourself to teaching like that.
Tink: Thank, I hope that the U.S. gets back to where we can count on a retirement. I hear that by early 2010 we should be back. It is scary right now, but so far we hang in there. I still don't see retirement in my future. My mom is 69 and still works to supplement her social security. I am at the end of the baby boom years so I don't know how much I can count on my social security. I do have a pension with my work so I am happy about that. I do think I will continue to work because it is something I like. It keeps me in a good place.
Whabby: LOL! That reminded me of that show with the two motorcycle cops..wasn't one of them named Chip??...what was the name of that show?? I am still waking up! I bet I will be up half the night..lol
Okay, I am going to walk. Talk to you all later gaters.
Bebbi... Our dear Zona has "turned me on" to a couple of the BB fan sites, which have all the spoilers.
I love knowing what's going on! MR. EBJ does not, so it's hard for me not to spill the beans.
He doesn't know what is happening tonight, and it's bee REALLY hard fr me to not say anything.
I did hear about the "hand jobs" and wiping it on the ASU sweatshirt. Yuck!
Although I'm surprised Lydia doesn't sleep in the unwashed shirt, and vow never to take it off! haha.
Just got another call from the vet clinic, Nancy is still out of it, so she is spending the night there.
I will pick her up tomorrow morning.
OH! Bebbi, the show you are referring to was called CHIPS, it was about the Calif. Highway Patrol.
The guys on the show were Ponch and John. One of them was played by Eric Estrata, can't remember the other guy at the moment.
East Bay J - Nancy will sleep soundly all night and part of tomorrow. Your work will begin the day after that. If she is in any pain the vet will give you pills. I needed them for my two 'girls' but my daughter has a Lab and that puppy had no pain at all. It's a while since I had a female kitten spayed but I think each one is different. I am always so happy when I know they are awake from the anesthetic. I will be thinking of you tonight.

Bonacci - I am puzzled by the comments from 'Oye'. Was that you picking a different name or someone having fun? There was no avatar. I am just curious.
GOLDIE: Have fun with your grandbabies..and as always..I'll leave the light on for you! :D
J/LIN: :)
EBJ: :D
KGRL: :O
LOL!!!!
TINKA: I sure hope you are feeling better soon! ♥♥♥
BEBBI & EBJ: I can't wait to actually see the footage on BB tonight! I worry about TBFL tho..
BEAR: Ya never know..he could turn out to be a cute CHIP.. ;)
MEK: Hmmmm..I'm still wondering if you've gotten wet yet? In the pool I mean... ;)
OYE: OYE???? ;)
CAROL: August 19th..don't forget.. :)
VIG: I'm going to miss you..you better keep in touch! We can compare desert notes..lol..
Almost dinner time. I can hardly wait.

HI TINKA!! I'm going to go get dinner, watch Big Brother and then put on my straw hat and overalls and do some farmin'!! :D
Bebbi: Yep, CHiPS it was! LOL!
Bonacci: Whab Wednesday is just around the corner. The excitement level here in the nest is off the charts! ;)
BEAR: I'm doing backflips!! I can't wait! :D
TINKA: I forgot..I also need to bring a rake and a ho... ;)
Zona - I didn't know you watched BB. I have never seen it. Tonight we will watch NCIS. We got seasons one and two and now I don't feel so stupid.
I will play in the farm tomorrow. If you want to play around with my farm feel free to do whatever you want with it. I don't understand what I am doing. I need to send out some gifts. I have received so many and have not reciprocated. Talk to you tomorrow.
Zona: What is TBFL?
Whabby: Omg, I am so dumb! lol...shesh.
My apologies for not fully explaining my recent identity crisis.
It was a joke played on me. It was based on a Finnish phrase which begins with "oi". Or "Oye". In English, oi is similar to "huh?", "crap!" or "oops". It wasn't mean, although I admit it was impressively creative.
I am now "me" again.
TINAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
Tink: No cases yet. It is random and I was dismissed after they called some yesterday. Today, they didn't need anyone so we were all dismissed. They all settled. I don't go tomorrow so it is back to work for me. I will have a lot to catch up on, I am sure.
EBJ: Thanks for the Chips TV show information. That was really brain farty of me. I love knowing what happens on BB too. I watched tonight, it was fun to see the holes being filled in. That is all I will say since we have some who don't like spoilers here. I love them, you can spoil me anyday! :)
I have tallked a lot on here today.
Got a question, would you all mind helping me out? My daughter did a victoria secret spa getaway thingy. She can win a spa weekend in Manhattan. I am hoping that she wins because she is going to take her mama (aka..me!). My son who is 24 says he won't send the request to all his friends because he doesn't believe in asking everybody he knows to vote on things like this. Do you think it is wrong to ask your friends to vote? Do you guys think you would if I get the address?
I'd vote Bebbi. Me and all my identities. What's the url?
Bona - Thanks for satisfying my curiosity. I was afraid we may have had to seek medical help if you were assuming multiple personalities. LOL
Bebbi - That sounds like fun - both the jury duty and the trip to Manhatten. I will vote for you. Just make sure it's on the up and up and not an attempt to get money from you. I am always such a worrier.
Had my cool dip in the 'hot' tub and now I am off to bed to watch NCIS. See you all tomorrow.
I don't have a chip on my shoulder...I have a fricking boulder
bonoyechichi: I just wrote a bunch and it disappeared! Thanks, it sure would be fun to go to Manhattan. I have never been to NYC. I would love to go and see the Statue of Liberty someday. Oh, and all those sexy New York Accents..I would be in heaven. I sure hope she wins.
I just called her and she hasn't got the confirmation back in yet. She had to send in pictures. I think it is with Victoria's secret but it may be with Cosmo. She loves the Cosmo website.
She is such a good daughter. I sure got lucky with her. She helps me so much. And, she helps herself too. She got a B in both of her summer classes. Sorry, I am just so proud of her.
It would be incredible if we won.
Tink: I will make sure it is legitimate before I give you all the link. I hear you, have to be careful with those things.
BEBBI: You have FB mail!
TINK: NCIS was very good tonight..I've always liked that show.
MO: Funny, I don't see a chip or a boulder, I see an incredibly kind heart.
OMG..I've..got mails and phone calls and the whole sha-bang lately. Bonatracychiboneroye, you are good luck for me!
I am heading to bedding. Goodnight and sweet dreams.

JUST LIN...you look stunning in your cruise pic.
TINKA...that was a good march! You are racking up the checkmarks on SHIRLEY's books!!!!
So. Anybody know where Tina is tonight?
CHI CHI...forgive my rudeness...great blog. That office manager chick was certainly a piece of work. If you really billed for the mail run, I hope the boss made her pay the fee. thanks for the blog today
Hi Maureen - I have to work hard at marching when I am here because I am 3 days at the farm. I will probably get the 'tedious' medal too.
Bebbi - Aren't daughters a blessing? I don't know what I would do without my two.
Zona - Yes NCIS was good tonight. It's nice to be able to now understand the show. Up until recently I kept saying, "I don't get it".
Back to bed. Love and Hugs to all. Tinka
Mo, I am not a good business person. I did not charge the business owner for doing the mail. The office was in Malibu; right on the beach. I had to walk about a block along the beach. How could I live with myself if I'd billed for that?
Good night, Tink! BTW, before you retire, can you send Zona some sleeping meds? We need to settle her down! :D
Bebbi: ;)
Mo Thank you for the very kind comment about the photo.
Good Early, Early Morning Owls,
Carol as I was reading I think the other blog where you thought it was #600. Also the one about being there thru hurt, family, etc.
