It is a fun place, we don't bash and we have fun being "tedious"!
We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)

Carol I love your videos! The card and the beany baby were very cute! Did you have a radio on in the background? I found that music a bit distracting. Anyone else, or am I the only one complaining? Sorry.
Just stopped in to say hi. The kiddies are eating breakfast and are happily stuffing their little faces with blueberries, raspberries and cereal.
I think I actually laid on the least amount of surface area possible to accomadate my body last night. Brynn crawled in bed with us at 2 am and I clutched the side of the bed after that. Amazing I didn't fall out! of course I didn't sleep either.....

Whabby I read your blog from yesterday and was lost at sitting in my bright shiney space ship. I had to get out and look around because nothing I own is bright and shiney! I think mine was misplaced somewhere. I have been doing that alot lately.
Zona emailed me to find out if I was ok. I am ok but have been a moving target this week getting ready for Rainier Roundup and putting together the booth for the food bank.
My list is long and have just checked a couple of things off.
Food bank spiffed up for tours (check).
700 suckers and lollipops bought for sucker toss (check).
200 goldfish for prizes in coin toss ( have to goldfish wrangle today). (so not checked off)
Make contact with New Trader Joes grocery store Manager for food pick up donation. (not checked off).
Make a gift basket for silent auction. (not checked off)
Go buy TP for my own home as we are down to the last roll. (not checked off).
Buy fish food. (check)
Tally numbers for flyer about food bank. (not checked off).
This is today's list! Tomorrow we set up and I will be busy all weekend. So if you don't hear from me that is where I am. Send up positive thoughts for us we are hoping to raise alot of cash and food donations!

Good Morning Carol - What a cute blog. Now I will be singing that song all morning and that's a happy way to start the day. It's going to be a great day today. I am going to make it that way. Life is good.
To change Anne of Green Gables quote a little "Today is a new day with no complaining in it". I wasn't in the happiest of moods yesterday and I thank all those who sent me kind messages and words on the blog. I also got a lot of good advice which I am going to take. Thank you K-Girl for keeping me company on the facebook chat line at 1:30 a.m. and for your suggestion. It was a good one.
Good Morning Zona-My-Baby - I saw you were up late too. I was going to get you 'chatting' but then I thought I would never get back to bed. Thank you for making my farm so profitable. My goal is to have a farm as pretty as Jennifer's or Tina's. I am just not good at it yet.
Thank you Goldie. Yes the 3 page diagnosis I got yesterday had me down but today I am moving forward. I have a double appointment with the doctor next Wednesday where as he said, "We will sit down and talk and decide where we go from here, the next step is specialists but I am not sure which ones yet". Until then I will keep my ice pack handy. Oh dear my little ones are hungry. I haven't blogged before breakfast for a long time. Am I bad?

J/L.. Mardi Gras LOL.. actually I keep everything that clients give me as gifts. What is behind me is gifts from clients from their travel destinations. Yes very colorful.. and I love it, I can tell you who gave me every item and where it came from.. Oh and yes the beanie babies Zona gave me are there as well.. they seem to watch over me..

Tina - I saw you ask if I was on the blog. I answered 'yes' but I guess I did something wrong. You see I am a FarmTown virgin and everything is new to me. K-Girl actually taught me how to chat in FarmTown at one o'clock this morning and I finally got it right. I don't know why you didn't get my message. My back won't allow me to stay too long in FT. Maybe that's a good thing because I could spend hours there. Zona planted my strawberrries. I harvested them and planted potatoes. If my back felt better I was going to work on Shirley's farm this afternoon. I think Zona will help me there. I am beginning to think we are living in a fantasy world completely but it is fun.
I hope you have a super day, unless you are going to sleep, in which case I will wish you a super night! But that sounds a bit pornish, so maybe I should just say
Maureen - I will pass on news as soon as I get it. VIG will arrive in Kuwait at 2:00 p.m Friday, Pacific Daylight time. She flew from Toronto to Frankfurt, Germany and then to Kuwait. She said it may be quite awhile before she can e-mail because she will have to get set up with a new adaptor for her computer. She also starts off with a lot of meetings.
One more hour and a 15 min ZONA and you will be the big number here in Denver town. I am so glad you are finally catching up to me.
BEAR: My husband and I went out to dinner tonight at the restaurant you and I went to and even sat at the same table. I was thinking of you while I was dining with him....hmmmm. The place has changed from Bennigans to a pretty good mexican restaurant. It has been closed down for a long time.
TINK: I always smile when you say you are going to the farm because I think you are going on FB "to farm" like all the other FB people seem to be doing.
CAROL: I always love your video blog but I too thought it sounded like M.Gras music. I kept waiting for you to start dancing with your MG/Poppins umbrella any minute. I think those music cards are really cute. Just remember anyone sending them....extra postage!

Tomorrow my friend and my daughter and I are going to a Toby Keith and Trace Adkins concert so we are really hoping for nice weather as it is outside in a very nice place. It's been in the high 60's when the sun goes down so that should be perfect. We have really good seats too. I know I will be feeling extra patriotic after the concert and Toby Keith tomorrow night and I can't wait. I think if my tooth hurts beer should work out just fine.
BONACHICHI: I barely seem to have time to keep up with the emails, blog, FB and MS and life. I do peek in once in awhile but I don't farm. Do you do it?
Dianne I think beer is an excellent plan for dulling your tooth pain as long as it isn't combined with pain meds. I think the new Tarentino movie looks good, too. He is such an intersting director. Pulp Fiction was raw and bizarre but I loved it.

I just got off instant messenger with VIG. She arrived into Frankfurt a lil over 2 hours late, but will leave for Kuwait on time. She is tired, says she has stinky feets, but is excited at the same time.

I am still hanging out with a sore tooth but am adjusting and eating some again. It reminds you when you accidently chew on the wrong side....fast!!
Tomorrow my friend and my daughter and I are going to a Toby Keith and Trace Adkins concert so we are really hoping for nice weather as it is outside in a very nice place. It's been in the high 60's when the sun goes down so that should be perfect. We have really good seats too. I know I will be feeling extra patriotic after the concert and Toby Keith tomorrow night and I can't wait. I think if my tooth hurts beer should work out just fine.
CAROL: I think Tarantino is a bit strange too but he sure makes good movies. I am looking forward to the new one that opens tomorrow.

BONACHICHI: I barely seem to have time to keep up with the emails, blog, FB and MS and life. I do peek in once in awhile but I don't farm. Do you do it?
Dianne I think beer is an excellent plan for dulling your tooth pain as long as it isn't combined with pain meds. I think the new Tarentino movie looks good, too. He is such an intersting director. Pulp Fiction was raw and bizarre but I loved it.

It's 11:56 here as I start this post, so it is not officially Zona's birthday yet here in Hawaiil....but it will be by the time I am done.
I just got off instant messenger with VIG. She arrived into Frankfurt a lil over 2 hours late, but will leave for Kuwait on time. She is tired, says she has stinky feets, but is excited at the same time.
