WIFE'S DIARY:
Tonight, I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to
meet at a nice restaurant for dinner. I was shopping with my friends all
day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late,
but he made no comment on it. Conversation wasn't flowing, so I
suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he
didn't say much. I asked him what was wrong; He said, 'Nothing.' I asked
him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said he wasn't upset, that
it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it. On the way
home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving.
I can't explain his behavior I don't know why he didn't say, 'I love
you, too.' When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as
if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there quietly,
and watched TV. He continued to seem distant and absent. Finally, with
silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later,
he came to bed. But I still felt that he was distracted, and his
thoughts were somewhere else. He instantly fell asleep - I cried. I
don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with
someone else. My life is a disaster.

Morning Glories!
Zona~ This freaking cracked me up~ thanks for sending it~
GM LynnD~
Good morning pretty Lynn! and...Tina
That was funny, Zona, thank you for the chuckle!
Good Morning Lynn, Tina, and Iteach. Happy Monday to you all.
Lynn - Congrats on being first. However did you beat the speedy Tina.
Tina - It cracked me up too. I just read it to Jack. He gave me a very knowing smile but said nothing.
Iteach - Isn't the first couple of weeks of summer holidays fantastic. I remember them so well with great fondness.
Zona - The reason for the smile but no words from Jack is that through the years I have been guilty of imagining problems that weren't there. It's different now but when we were young he wouldn't talk about things when he was upset about school or money or whatever. I had a great imagination. I learned to stop doing that as the years went by.

Tomorrow is my niece's cancer operation. Thank you for all the kind words on the blog and the messages. I am trying to stay positive. She is so I must. I keep thinking all will turn out well (because anything else is unthinkable) but I can't stand the thought of her being in pain. She will always be Joan's little girl to me.
Breakfast is ready. See you all later.
I just re-read my comments and I see I have forgotten how and when to use "question marks". Please add them when necessary.

Morning, everybody! Watching Wimbledon before heading in to work... nice Monday morning!
Zona: LOL! Good one!
Zona, when I started reading this I thought, when did Zona go shopping ALL day? I know your knees wouldn't hold out that long. Then I got a big laugh at the end, because it reminded me of when my Hubby had a small fishing boat. I named it the Poseidon because something was always wrong with it. Thanks for conjuring up that memory. :)
Lynn, Hello gorgeous.
Waving also to Tina, Iteach, Tinka, Bear, and all the Owls. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.
Afternoon everyone.
Sending prayers for Tinka's niece and J/L's Mom.
I just want to say that Michelle Bachmann made me laugh out loud today. The Serial Killer Lady President. LMAO
Thanks for the prayers Lynn. I can't stop thinking about it.
After a beautiful weekend here the weather has changed back to cloudy and light rain. This is our big weekend coming up (Canada Day) so I hope it improves by then.
It's almost time for dinner. I have wasted time watching the Casey Anthony trial. Anyone else watching it?

Good blog Zona. It is so typical of a man!!
Hope everyone is doing well. Michael, r u okay? Did u ever go to the dr? Haven't seen u on here for awhile
Mr. Michael says he is focusing on his music right now.
LynnD Well, look who's the prettiest today! I'll have to figure out what you meant by the Bachmann remark.
Thank you and thank you to all the Owls for the prayers for my mother.
HI Guys!!
I'm glad you liked the blog today..truth be told..it reminded me of me and Mr Z..that's why it cracked me up! Thanks for all the comments!
LYNN: You're looking mahvellllous in First today!
TINA: And it wasn't old! :D
ITEACH: I liked the Green Lantern..but I really like Ryan Reynolds..and I use to read the comics when I was a kid..so I might be biased. Mr Z really liked it too..
TINKA: I'll be praying for your niece..and I will light a candle for her..love you..♥
BARB: It did kinda sound like I was writing it..didn't it? ;D
HI BEAR!! Are you ready for that PS heat? :D
DIANNE: I hope you enjoyed your swim... :D
BEBBI..from 51..I looked and looked..didn't see FS on your page.. :(
My backyard weather station thingee said it was 118 here today..the airport said 115..either way it was HOT!! They are forecasting the same for tomorrow. I couldn't swim because Mr Z loaded the pool up with chemicals last night and the levels were still too high...phooey...
I don't feel like cooking tonight..but I guess I should scrounge up something..I hope everyone had a nice day!!
Zona That was a good one. Especially funny because it is so true to life and how we interpret each other's emotions. Sometimes, I'm guilty of reading more into things than what is really there.
Tinka I'm keeping your niece in my prayers. And, by the way, I'm so glad that Jack spoils you. :)
Dianne How are you doing with your new iphone? I need to do something about this BlackBerry because I still can't use it to post comments here. Since it used to work fine, I find this very frustrating. The phone people tell me the problem is with Blogger, not my phone. I guess it no longer communicates with this old BB or something.
Bear Overcast here but yesterday was gorgeous all the way down the coast to Pescadero.
iteach I've been wondering about Michael, too. What do you mean he's focusing on his music?
Tina I almost missed you, I'm so used to seeing you in the #1 spot. Happy Monday!
SacBarb That was a cute story about Poseidon. Was that the boat's real name or just your private one?
J/LIN: I'm always guilty of doing that..not as bad as I use to be..but still..
Do you think Mr Z will mind if we have peanut butter crackers for dinner? Just a thought.. ;D
That is what he told me in an email, I'm guessing he is some type of musician, I'm not sure.
J/L, He named it Glazier Buoy because we owned a glass shop (and he made up a song to the tune of Soldier Boy), but I called it Poseidon and not so secretly, either. :) I really didn't like that boat and I wouldn't go out on it.
Iteach~ give me a break~ he can't even carry a tune.....he tried singing tonight on the phone and sounded like SHIT!!!~ Of course, he does play the banjo real darn good!~ :)~
Tina is on drugs and is a prostitute....
What I told iteach is correct. I have been away from the piano for weeks and the things I want to work on are piling up!
For those of you who don't know or have weak powers of retention (like Tina) I have played the piano and studied music for almost 50 years...I also played by ear...well until last Friday anyway... :(
Thats a good blog topic...."what have YOU done consistently for 94% of your life?"
Thats right! Nothing! so shuddup Tina!
That is what he told me that silly goose!
Michael, I would say I have been eating for the past 94% of my life and it shows! :)
I would say Tina's would be praying, she is really good at that and that should be taken as a compliment.
People who do drugs and sell their bodies for financial compensation can't be trusted and shouldn't be allowed to post here.
LOL!
Zona: the long-range forecast has highs in PS hitting 115 by the end of the long weekend. Whoa! I fly down on Thursday, and I think pool time is a big part of the holiday picture!
Tink: Hope your weather improves by that time!
Barb: LOL@ Poseidon! Hopefully you were never in the boat with a Catholic priest when it tipped over and trapped you underneath?
J/L: OMG, woke up this morning to gray skies in San Francisco. Luckily, yesterday morning was a different story, and the weather was absolutely perfect for the Pride parade! Huz and I went for the first time in over a decade, and everybody seemed to be in a New York state of mind!
Michael LMAO @ your remarks about Tina. (Sorry, Tina, but it was funny.)
I'm impressed that you have played piano for so long. What happened last Friday? I can't think of anything I've done for 94% of my life. I have enjoyed reading mysteries for most of my life. That started in grammar school with the Nancy Drew Mysteries.
Bear I'm glad it was such a nice day for you and all the celebrants at the Pride Parade. I was down in Butano spending time with three of my step-kids. They all have white or gray hair and I don't. Go figure. ;)
Hey Van Gogh.....HA!!! I made you post! :)~
J/L~ behave(it was funny!) :D
SHUDDUP Bear!!~
Iteach~ mwah~ I think tho that I've prayed for 100% of my life~ :D
