Hi..,barb and JL are the
Are storms out there effecting either of you? It sounds horrible. We had a lot of wet snow yesterday and I got caught in it. It was raining here when I left. When I got to the meeting place it was a blizzard. I skipped the lunch and headed home. It was a blizzard and I was so scared you couldn’t see the lines on the road. It took me an hour and a half to do a 40 min drive. Cars were honking me as I was driving so slow too. More this week. I hate it Everyone ready for the Super Bowl? I think I’m cheering for SF I like the coach, etc. my friend is having a celebration of life for her mom on Super Bowl day. I don’t think she was thinking. We r going to Tammy’s for the game and to her mom’s celebration at 1. At first I told her we couldn’t go but I could tell she was irritated. So we r going to try and go to both. Her mom’s is at a restaurant.
So everyone what’s going on with you all? Barb, how’s the house thing going? How’s your sister? R u excited for the game?
Tammy has started right away looking for a job. She did two door dash delivers. Made $40 on one and $6.50 on the second one. She also applied at frontier airlines for some kind of assistant job. She has word out everywhere and would like out of the business but it’s hard to make the same money. I too worry about her. This housing market and interest rates really has the mortgage industry at a stand still

I had a nice lunch yesterday I met joes daughter and her mom was here visiting from Texas for a few weeks. I know her pretty well over the years she’s very nice. She was married to him for 25 years and remarried to a guy for 25 more years. Anyway Val brought her mom with her and we met at red lobster at 12:30 and we talked and talked…almost solved all the world problems. When we left it was 5 with a waiting line for dinner. I couldn’t believe we were there so long! We never lacked for conversation

Mary, who r u cheering for at the Super Bowl? It’s sad you might not go to Vegas again. I’m wondering about cruises for us. I really don’t want to quit. If Tammy and James came with us we could go but I think they’d like to vacation on their own. It’s a question for the future. We are going to Hutchinson, Kansas mid March for two days as the tenors will be there for a night. We already have show tickets and I made hotel for two nights the other day. It’s a good six hours from here. I just hope Louis will be able to handle it. We have tickets for a day or two in Salina, Ks, which is also six hours away and that’s in April. I can get refund on hotel but not show tickets. He told me to go ahead but he sure can’t go like this with walking.

My youngest grandson will graduate in May so he’s visiting colleges. He’d like to go to Tennessee to school. Middle grandson is a jr at csu here in ft Collin’s. He was on the deans list last semester. They r all doing good ..My wish that they didn’t drink so much when they go out they’ve not learned to just drink socially. I guess that why they all call me The alcohol police. Don't have those issues with the younger one…that I know of anyway.

Well, that’s about it hope you’re all ok. I’m glad the ground hog predicted spring soon hope he’s right.

I just thought I’d put my last message over on the new blog. What r u all up to? Nothing much here. Saw my primary dr yesterday as I’m still not feeling well in the last two weeks. I’m very lightheaded and then I feel Nassau’s like I just got off a roller coaster. She thinks I’m dehydrated from all the throwing up and the bathroom runs. I just feel weak. It’s making me depressed too. She gave me more nausea pills that sort of help.

I did go gett my hair done with Kayla today. I treated myself to having my eyelashes dyed. No mascara needed for two months and I have such light eyelashes u can hardly see them. They turned out good took the eyelash girl about an hour to do them. I doubt I’ll keep it up …too expensive with hair and nails Kayla took me to lunch too. Nice treat. I love hair day spending time with Kayla and sometimes em is there too

What r u all doing for the Super Bowl? We r going to Tammy’s. It’s suppose to,snow again this weekend. Ugh

Just wanted to check in and hope to hear from you all.

I’m in bed on my phone. For some reason I couldn’t get in the nest like I usually do.
Dianne, sorry you are still feeling bad. Even sorrier about the impending snow! We are having wonderful weather!

We aren’t doing anything special for Super Bowl Sunday. I really have no favorites, but will cheer for my Cali friends.
Jim has been having bad breathing spells. They really scare him and me! Last night he had a bad one after walking the dog a few feet. He was sweating and about disoriented . He finally calmed down and felt better. Today he seems fine. His appointment with his neurologist isn’t until April. If he has another bad spell I will make him see his regular Dr.
Sighing off . Too hard typing on this phone .

I'm back! It was a beautiful day here today! Mother Nature is such a tease! I was able to take Zoie for a country road ride. She loves hanging her head out the window. I take the country roads because I can drive 15-20 mph without anyone getting mad at me lol!
I have been organizing a big closet that has been driving me crazy! So much to go through! I will be going to a donation center tomorrow.

I need to get a many-pedi soon. Next week I get my hair did.

I spent over 1/2 hr removing tarp from the kennel that collapsed. The huge ice block that came down, needed to be open to the sun so it could melt while the weather was warm. Matthew will tear down the poles and wire fencing this week end. Poor Queenie has no place to enjoy the nice weather.
I never leave Zoie alone out on the patio. Too many Eagles, owls, and hawks. I watched a huge Eagle circle for a long time above us this morning.

Well, we were married 21 years ago today I’m breaking records. We had plans to go to,a special restaurant but I just can’t eat much and didn’t want to waste the money we will go down the road so then I said let’s just go to Applebees as they have a great soup I know I can eat. Then I still wasn’t feeling right so Louis did pick up and we ate here. Not too exciting. I’m taking nausea pills from time to time. I haven’t felt well for three weeks when I had to go to er twice. I think I might have told u all that I have lost 30 pounds in about 2-1/2 months. I just can hardly eat. I think I’m very dehydrated too. I get dizzy and then feel like I just got off an amusement ride. I saw the dr the other day and she took me off some meds. Anyway, I didn’t make our anniversary very fun. I’m sure Louis is sick of me not feeling good and I’m on my own last nerve!

Mary, we had bad snow last weekend …nice week in the 50’s and now snow this weekend. I hate it so much. Looking forward to the Super Bowl at Tammy’s this weekend . I’m cheering for the 49ers. I really hope they win. So many bronco people attached to the team.

Nice to hear from you Barb and JL. Post please we miss you.
