I like Susan Boyle. I was rooting for her. Even when she flipped out, I decided not to punish her because she was under a lot of pressure.
That being said, I happily listened to her rendition of Wild Horses. Can't say it did a lot for me. In fact, I immediately found a Stones version so I could fix the sound in my head. Did I miss something?
Finally (I'll go away and do some work in a sec), I need to say it; I'm working for some new people. It's overcast and cool outside. I feel a little disoriented. Then I come here and I know I'm home again. Thanks to everyone! The nest is a great place to be.

Carol I have seen the Americain and British Wife swap shows. Some of the people are just plain weird!
Things went ok today with mum.She has a small infection in her left eye that she has antibiotics for. I also got her some saline solution and cotton balls to keep it clean. She is having some bowel issues too ( I wanted to be as delicate as possible for thoses who may be eating, but in fact she hasn't shit since Friday), however she is very reluctant to take the meds for it. Stubborn woman! i told her to either take the pills or drinks the prune juice in the frig. All I got was a grunt. I don't know if it was a positive or negative grunt. I didn't take grunt language in school, just English.
