We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)

Ahhhhh.....Ricky~ Another one of my favs~ It's about the love being lost between two people without either of them realizing it. He sings that "perhaps" it is his fault. He should have taken care of the relationship and instead he just let it slip away.
I was reading and have seen crap like this several times...
Ricky Martin, who announced he was gay in March 2010, is being blasted for his sexuality in a series of homophobic slurs coming from clergy in his native Puerto Rico.
Martin, in the midst of his Music+Soul+Sex tour, was called out in separate interviews by two major Puerto Rican church figures, On Top Magazine reports. Cardinal Luis Aponte Martinez of San Juan urged Martin in an interview with Primera Hora last week to stop promoting his homosexuality.
This comes on the heels of an even harsher rant from Pastor Wanda Rolon, the head of a large northern Puerto Rican church.
"[Ricky Martin] wants to take people to hell!" she wrote on her Facebook page. "RM is its ambassador.”
Now I ask you...who sounds crazy and like an ambassador to what all those people call hell?
Those are some evil people...its seems they are calling all the attention to gays sex lives...which like their sex lives....are personal and private...well most of those cardinals and priests have to keep theirs private for fear of prosecution...lol....so as part of a larger group known for molesting kids...they really need to stfu so Ricky can be the great humanitarian that he has become...and shake his bonbon if he wants to....

Tina You are looking very pretty today and have an extra twinkle in your eye, probably due to watching Ricky's vid, I bet.
That happens to a lot of relationships, I think. People grow apart. They stop paying attention to each other and stop putting in the time to keep the relationship viable. Resentments, never voiced, cause a chasm that widens with each passing year. Some relationships never should have started in the first place. Sad, when years are lost spending them in a union that never should have been.
I've only been to Puerto Rico twice and they were for very short stops before getting on a cruise. The second time was only to spend the night but the first time we spent two nights and a full day. They do have gorgeous beaches there. I was not thrilled with the sight of cock fighting arenas though. Also, the first time I stepped off the plane....OMG. I didn't know it was possible to breathe solid matter and that is what the air was like. I didn't know that kind of humidity existed. May as well be breathing under water. My lungs really didn't like it.
TINA: Very pretty song..I googled the lyrics..but the translation was awful..I got the idea though. btw..do you know how pretty you look today? Oh good..then I don't have to tell you.. ;D
ITEACH: I second that..Neil Diamond month! Then we can have Frank Sinatra month!! :D

Belle brought me a baby possum this morning....I think thats called kidnapping....I tell you...if its not teeth..eyeballs...scorpion attacks...its something else...what could happen next?

My computer has a new trick, it won't allow me to open the blog. Says IE cannot open and operation aborted. So, no reading or posting.
I have also had a rough week as Joni's mom lingered in ICU. They signed with Hospice on Thurdsay and she passed yesterday afternoon. The emotional part if me is soooo sad and the rational part is glad she is no longer suffering. So hard to get the two on the same plane.
Don't know when I will get back here (to the nest and the library) since tomorrow evening starts the Passover holiday. I probably won't get here until Thursday night.
