We offer advice, give love, lots of free food and an open forum which can be about anything that is important, thought provoking or just plain silly.
And sometimes we just March (some to different drummers, but all together). :)

When there are so many things to say about our country?
Like Betsy Ross... according to legend...sewed the first American flag in May or June 1776, as commissioned by the Congressional Committee!! And that fact that she was in a hurry to add the finishing touches before the celebration and sewed the flag to her dress which was stripped off her body when the flag was hoisted!! Several of the politicos wanted to change the name to "HUBBA HUBBA DAY" Day but cooler heads prevailed (Democrats) and it remained Independence Day....
Happy 4th of July. We went gambling and lost money---as usual. It was very crowded at the casino today. The weather was 80 up there versus 93 down here. Now we will watch fireworks on TV.

The dog is not liking the fireworks. Actually, she's okay with the fireworks, it's the damn bombs they keep setting off that has her very worried. She won't leave my side.
