She was alone, really nervous and embarrassed and didn't know what to do. The man behind her was beeping his horn like mad. Being the feisty red-head she is, she walked back to the man's car and said, "If you go start my car I'll lay on the horn for you!" LOL

Scirish, They couldn't measure and make the template for the counter until the old counter was removed so they are doing it today and apparently it takes two weeks to cut it. I have ordered a Corion top. It's OK, I have water and other sinks. I plan to use a lot of paper plates or eat out.
So, the stove was delivered today and I now have a box-o-stove AND a box-o-sink in my living room. I am changing from gas to electric and the electrician had a family emergency so he can't come out til next week to put in a plug for the stove.

SacBarb When my kitchen was undergoing renovations, I set up a coffee bar on a dresser in a spare bedroom. I also had a spare microwave on it. Worked out great.

I'm still sitting here icing my foot. I KNOW- but I called the Dr. and he asked a bunch of questions then told me to come in on Friday if not better. Well crap, I went to upload pics and everyone went to bed.

I'm going to bed early tonight, too. I have a headache, neckache, backache, and the rotary cuff in my right shoulder is killing me. That'll teach me to do housework! Night all!

Trying to go back to work today. I stayed 2 1/2 hours yesterday, but I had put my back out from puking on Tuesday and cried just from standing up. I spent yesterday sipping green tea and icing my back. I'm feel MUCH better today.
