Hey, Soul Sisters! This song is about a guy's appreciation for a particular girl, but every time I hear it, I think of you Owls. I don't have any sisters in real life but I feel like I am now part of a kind of sisterhood with all of you in the nest. (You too, Bear!) As soon as I hear this song, I can't help but smile and start moving to the music. It's a happy song and I think it expresses a lot of the feelings that I have toward you all. I am really looking forward to meeting so many of my "soul sisters" at the Midwest Meet and Greet.

Putting out a question to any of you out there. I have talked to ZONA and we both think it is just a FB thing but just in case anyone knows different...my granddaughter can't log into FB today. She called me in a frantic at 10:15 (crack of dawn for me) to see if I changed her password when farming for her last night. No, I wouldn't do that and I don't think it would let me. It says it is down for maintenance but of all of our family she is the only one. I am thinking this is really what is going on but it does seem strange for it to be this time of day. Maybe she is getting me confused.

DEEDEE: So are you going to see Paul soon? It doesn't have to be a holiday you know....you can make your own holiday...although, May day is coming up soon.

BEBBI: You need to settle down. If you think we are all going to be running around counting our steps...how many steps do you get for sitting on a bar stool drinking a marg or beer? Do we get to count lifting our arms back and forth for eating and drinking.? I will put that pedometer on my arm I guess.

MARY: You and I are the same...afternoon we brighten up and start our day. We will be perfect for each other in Chicago.

What's everyone doing? Farming? I'm eating leftover spaghetti for lunch, watching my GD draw a robot, and also watching the birds eating at the feeder out in the rain.
I'm on FB and talking to DeeDee~ I worked 6 days in a row and feel like I've neglected my FB~ lol~ Then I have to move over to Mary's~ :D

Hi everyone... I'm just trying to catch up on my FB things. You'll notice a ton of requests from me. I've got almost none of those flippin' easter eggs and I don't know how long I've got to collect them.
I think after tomorrow (Monday) I'll be able to stop in the Nest more often. Right now I'm going nuts - more than usual - with work.

You know the pollen in the air here is unreal!! Belles little lips are yellow and I had 2 bees try to cross pollinate me earlier.....
and my nose has ran and ran....I am so tired of going for a tissue...I was outside and no one was around so I decided to try doing a "snot rocket"....never have before...
it went on my blouse.....
I may try one again later but I am wearing a tarp....
Mary & Dianne: I hate to inform you but my energy is contagious and my plan is to get all the Owl Ladies in to the fitness center at our hotel for an hour of elliptical or treadmill. We might have to take turns because usually hotels only have two treadmills and one (occasionally two ellipticals) available. So, I will take names on who is wants to go with me first. I KNOW that Dianne will JUMP at the chance. I mean, with all that dancing on that video it will be no big deal for you, Tina and Mary!

And the club meeting was great. We have our big Van in coming up in two weeks. If anyone has a van you are more than welcome. It is $30 per van and is held in Friendship, Indiana. Be warned though, Vanners know HOW TO PARTY! :)

J/L: They usually have weight lifting stuff too, so we can just plan on you hopping right on that stuff. ;) I have heard Curves is good.

DIANNE...yes I saw my cousins a few times last week. But Passover ended on Tuesday. We only celebrate the first 2 nights which were the previous Monday and Tuesday. Passover lasts a week. We were together on Sunday, for Easter and then Wed night when one of the cousins came in from Dayton.
