The wedding was amazing, everything went perfectly. They were so happy, and so very much in love. It was so special to see, I am beyond happy for them. During the reception, the Bridal Party had a surprise dance for the Bride and Groom. I know some of you saw this vid, but I so wanted to share, and I thought what better way then a SMV.

EBJ In honor of our local Fog Fest, there was a bit of fog hanging out over the ocean today but mostly it was another beautiful afternoon here.

Yes we knew there was going to be a Bridal Party Dance but noone saw it in advance.. Yes they had about 4 practices.. IS#3 put the dance together with the songs.. and no, the "hineymoon" couple are still away.. They took a cruise out of NY to the Caribbean, BUT.. The bride got sick and was not fond of cruising so will a little bit of magic from a great Travel Agent :) they got off the cruise when they docked in Nassau (Yesterday).. they are now at the Atlantis in the Bahamas and are loving it.. They fly home Tuesday..

Last nite I met up with some of my grammar school friends.. we all reconnected via facebook.. At first I was not going to go.. but the gathering was being held in my town and at the last minute decided to go.. and sooooo very glad I did.. so good to reconnect.. I had a good time..

It got up to 97 here today. I went swimming earlier, then went again when MR. EBJ got home from work.
Today was my all time high with a total of 50 laps!
Tomorrow supposed to be about 100 then will cool down during the week. I'm loving the heat wave, we have not had much of it at all this summer.

I have gotten in touch with so many friends on FB from high school and jr. high.
One friend left our high school early and moved to NY and became a kind of famous ballerina with the ABT.
I've gotten back in touch with her so it's really been fun.
There is a reunion being planned for '13 so I will go this time. I really avoided most of that stuff in the earlier years, but now would love to see everyone again.

I agree.. I don't think I would go to a high school get together.. The reason I went last nite is because it was grammar school.. I went to Catholic Grammar School in Newark, St Francis Xavier.. it was a small school and everyone knew everyone and everyone lived in a 5 block radius of the school.. it def holds special memories..

Carol This weekend I am flying down to southern Calif. beach area and spending the weekend with my best friend from school. We will be attending an unofficial reunion of a bunch of girls that were in our high school class. At first I didn't think I wanted to go but I suddenly got emails from several of them encouraging me to go. My friend and I did the "I'll go if you go" thing so we're going. LOL I expect it will be a lot of laughs.
EBJ No, I'm afraid I didn't make it to the Fog Fest this year. I probably should have tried to go today as it was cooler than yesterday. Oh, well. There's always next year.
