My appointment went well today. The break is way up just below the ball joint of my shoulder. The doc needed another x-ray, so I had to take one with my arm at a 90 degree angle. I jokingly called the x-ray tech a freakin' whore, but she took it well!!! Everything is lined up the way it should be, so no surgery!! I am going back in 2 weeks for a recheck, just to make sure. She released me to go back to work on Monday the 25th and I start pt on Feb 1st.
A HUGE thank you for all the (((hugs))), cards, flowers, my snuggle buddy, food (DIANNE it was delicious!!!), calls and support. I ♥ u all!!!

The Story...
When Italian Stallion met his girl, they met at a Restaurant/Bar. He was leaving and she was sitting outside on the outside patio.. they struck up a conversation, he said she eyed him, she said he eyed her.. LOL.. Anyway that was 1 1/2 yrs ago..
So he wanted to propose where they met.
On New years eve, he told us he was serious and wanted to marry her, he was thinking of buying the ring soon.
On Monday of this week, he went to her father and mother to ask for their daughters hand in marriage, They said yes, and I have heard that her mother screamed.. lol
On Tuesday he called me and told me he was buying the ring that evening his mother and brothers were going with him. He then set the plan in motion. He was going to ask her on Wednesday outside the restaurant while we were all inside waiting for them..
Last Nite...
We were in a alcove by the doors where they were to enter, the doors were glass so you can see outside, windows were all around as well.
The restaurant gave us poppers so when they walked in confetti would greet them..
I saw them approach the steps to to the outside patio, as they did he turned her to face him, took the ring out of his pocket, got down on one knee and popped the question. I had the camera in had, but I burst into tears and could not take a picture.. she said yes, and we saw her head nodding. With that they walked in, we all screamed congrats.. and the poppers went off.. the rest is a blur, all I remember is hugs and kisses, and me trying very hard to breathe..
We all stayed at the rest, about 20 of us, had food and drinks, Vincent gave a toast, and a good time was had by all.. My brother and father split the bill which I thought was very nice..
And here we are today planning a wedding.. are you all sure you are up to this.. :O)
Just Lin.. its not evil. its fun.. try it.. I can't post the pics on ms as my nephew does not want them on ms, he is ok with fb tho as all his friends are on it, and alot of his friends are my friends.. not sure what the phobia he has with ms, but I have to respect his wishes.. please take the plunge..

ZONA, SACBARB, CHICHI AND J/L: Your weather was the topic on our news tonight. They showed the apt bldg in Pacifica and even said the name of the town...I told my husband...my friend lives there. They talked about all the wind and rain and then said Phoenix was going to have more rain this week than in a whole year.
TINA; You have had snow two days now and it has not come here and doesn't look like it will be any time soon...that's okay with me.
I had to cancel a hair appt (which I never do) because I am having so much tooth pain from this last root canal. I am now on vicodin and it isn't helping much plus my tummy is upset...so I am sick with grey hair....gross (on the grey hair). I told the dentist the root canal just started hurting when I ate some popcorn and he said the popcorn might have bruised the tooth...what the Fxxx is he talking about????

Dianne I have no idea how you bruise a tooth. I remember times when I bit down on something hard unexpectedly and it really hurts but I would think it would be the nerve that hurt but what do I know? I do know you shouldn't still be having tooth pain. Have you considered just having it pulled and getting an implant there instead?

I can do most things for myself, but definitely need help putting my bra and a shirt on yet. Hubby was totally at a loss helping me for the first time. He's had plenty of practice de-bra'ing me, but helping put it on was a new one for him!!!
