I found this video of Josh Groban singing TV show theme songs at the 2008 Emmy Awards. So of course I imediately thought of my Owl friends and decided to make a blog out of it! How many of them do you reconize and how many can you sing all the lyrics too? Plus Josh ain't bad to look at either!! Am I right ladies?! Enjoy!!

Yeah...this was my fav part of the Emmys that year.Saved it on DVR...youTube....I watch it occasionally. Several of these songs are vocally challenging and it is great to hear Josh nail them....I love the theme from MASH..."Suicide is Painless"...I learned that it was indeed a song and that the theme from Andy Griffith has lyrics....who knew?
But I am more than a little confused this morning.....Tina...when I sent you this video after the Emmys you poo-pooed it and cussed me out...calling me everything but a white woman!!
Change of heart?? I am ready for your apology...even if it is 2 years old....

She didn't actually see the Emmys that year because she was in Hawaii...but apparently she has become confused and thinks she saw the whole show because I sent her this video...

Just came back from my PT and tomorrow it is back to the doctor and hopefully will get the boot off and toss the walker. I don't want to get my hopes too high just in case. I will continue with PT after tomorrow.

I just got off the phone with CAROL. I seriously think she is gonna lose it. She says to say "hi" to all of you. And apologizes that she is not here more, but is putting in 12-13 hour days. When she gets home she farms and passes out. I called to make sure she was going to be in the office tomorrow. Special delivery time!!! ;)

I knew all these songs/shows too and watched all of them. Didn't watch COPS willingly, tho, but with all those boys in my house, well you know. And I wasn't too fond of Conan. I even remember a VERY YOUNG Clint Eastwood on Rawhide. Of course I was a mere child myself. Thanks for the memories Shirley or Dee or whomever!
