Going to be a long day here have to do some battle with a member of the board at the food bank. They have not removed my name from the bank account. Bloody hell! I resigned on Sept 1. So tired of the incompetence. Any who I think I will go get a drink today after I ream them.
you have mail coming Jodi...watch for the postman!! They may not deliver the way I do my stamps....but the envelope was just to smashing to cover up!!!
Tina, I saw this on tv, loved it! Very well done. It is one of the few commercials I watch all the way through...each time lol!!

LynnD, I didn't know you had resigned at the food bank. Do you think it would have been harder to quit with all the tension over there? Wishing you a smoke free,& stink free day!!!
K, here is my vent-of-the-day!! (we really should have one lol)
It is deer hunting time here. We do not allow hunting on our property even though we have many deer. Not even my hubby hunts here. About an hr ago I heard shots close to our house. Our outside dog went spastic and got lose. I opened the door and she ran in. I looked out in our orchard and saw about 6 young kids in orange. I yelled at them to get off our property. They just stood there. I had seen a buck fly by. They must have chased it on to our land and tried to shoot it. Their Dad/Uncle who owns the adjoining property showed up and got in my face! He said I had a little girl crying. wtf was a little girl doing out there? The were tracking a wounded deer. I asked him why he didn't let us know. He claimed no one had come on our property and called me a liar. My son ran out there and said he saw them too. He didn't believe us! He owns a lot of surrounding property and a well known a-hole! I am going out to our orchard and look for shell casings. If I don't come back call the cops lol!! Not really, I am going to get groceries as soon as I check things out. There, I have vented!
MARY - I hope you and your son got them set straight!!
MO - I loved the movie!! Although I was quite tired. By the time I got home I had been up for 25 hours with only a 45 min nap. I will be seeing it again soon. Maybe when the kids have off over Thanksgiving break!!
My hunters are on their way home. Secretly I hope they didn't get anything. Not a huge fan of venison....well, except for the sausage we have made up!!!
I hope everyone has a peaceful night. I'm going to curl up with my book. Good night HOoters ♥

LynnD I didn't realize that you had resigned from the food bank. Hey, good job on getting through Day 9. Just take it one day at a time. That's one day farther away from the addiction. Kudos to you!
Tina I really like this commercial, too. American Express does some really good ones. Remember the one with Ellen and all the animals? I liked that a lot, too. They are very creative.

Prison sucked horribly....so crowded with this being the last weekend before Thanksgiving....
Check-in guards told me I could NOT leave Belle in the car and could NOT leave the windows lowered even a fraction of an inch!!!
Long infuriating story short...
Belle stayed in the car with the roof open AND the windows down about 4 inches on both sides....
So many visitors it took 2 hours to get in.....and them ur going to give me shit about my windows and Dog??? Think again dickhead....
