i have come to the conclusion that
ppl with mighty fine attitude's
just piss me off
why must some people think
they are better then others and
come off all snippy with a wide
ass attitude
life is so short in so many ways
what is the problem with just being nice
i find with just one question asked in
the most simplest of ways, the answer
is a retort with a attitude
whether it be the telephone company,
the cable service, the doctors office
etc. everyone has a attitude
try as i might to be very sweet when
i call, i soon find myself crazed over
what i am dealing with
i step back, think, thank them
and hang up, only to call right back
hoping, actually praying to get
someone nicer next time around
this is how i deal with it
frustrating at best!

Ok J/L: Help me out here. I am looking at my calendar and I have the 22nd marked with a big red star. I am trying to remember if it is a holiday. I know it is the day after Good Friday, the day before Easter...at church we call it Holy Saturday but I don't think I would have Yippee ki yay written next to that...Hmmmmm
I go to SoCal on that day but Custard doesn't come in until Monday the 24th.

Diane~ Hubby is Doing better. Son had a little scare the other night. He coughed so hard he actually passed out for a few minutes! He was afraid to tell me, because he smokes. It scared him because I noticed he isn't smoking as much. He has quit coughing too. He wants to quit so bad!

Dianne The answers are yes and yes. He has 3 grown kids. We have exchanged several photos.
Mary I smoked almost 2 packs a day and I quit 2 yrs ago on March 23. It was the first time I ever tried and I used the Commit lozenges. You stick them between your cheek and gum and it gives you nicotine so it really helps break the habit of having a cigarette.
This is our hometown we are going to. My mom and brother are there. His good friend is there and he will stay with him. The guy basically has a mansion and is hardly ever there. Woo Hoo for us! Custard will be there until the following Saturday morning. Yes, we have plans on stuff we want to do together while we're there, some of which are even out of the bedroom. LOL
MARY; I know Renee Eve has taken herself off of myspace a couple of times. Is there a reason why you would be extra worried about her or is it because of going off of myspace. I remember maybe last week she said she was taking a break but not from myspace so I don't know.
How fun to be meeting in your hometown. Is that far from where you live now? It will be so romantic --- back at the old school playground, etc. I think it is good that you are staying apart just in case you don't like him (I know that will never happen) but in case you know, he snores loud or something...you have an escape!
J/L: How fortunate you are to still have your mom. I lost mine 2 years ago and my dad 10 years ago. I enjoy my husband's mom that is 86 and still on her own.

Exactly. We decided we should at least start out with separate arrangements since it is our first date, really. We were almost together a few times during our long history but something always got in the way. He feels he fell in love with me when he was 14. I never knew that.

Exactly!!! That's what I told him, anyway. LOL Well, my husband's been gone for a over a year and his health was not good for a year before that so, hell, may as well be a virgin.

I guess it is like that bike thing but single people have new and exciting tricks they do on their bikes nowadays!!! I would fall off my bike too, especially if I had to balance it on two wheels..I would need the old training wheels again.

Changing the subject for a second...it is so weird here..it was 73 degrees here today and a beautiful Spring day and now they are telling us 3-4" of snow by tomorrow afternoon. They showed all these people at the park in shorts and then said to put on a pot of chili and the fireplace for tomorrow. I have lived her for 58 years and you never get used to this weather. No wonder everyone is sick all the time but the weather is one of the things I love about Colorado.
It's going to be really weird to be with someone new after being with the same person for 30 yrs.

Oh, now I see the song. Are you singing the really old western one or the Aerosmith one. Because whenever I hear the Aerosmith one I immediately think of Custard. He feels like the Moody Blues song "I Know You're Out There Somewhere" perfectly fits with how he's always felt about me.
