it started here on the nest, i think
from a joke, just don't remember
and ever since than my Thursday's
have been very thongy!
now i don't wear thong's normally
i do have a few pair and at times
i wear them, i just don't love the
stringy part in my butt i always
feel like i have a wedgy and i
certainly just can't pick the wedgy
at any given time, i have to look
around and make sure not one is
looking and pull at the string and breathe
perhaps if i was 24 with a great butt
i might like them, however at 47 and
with a swiss cheese butt, i just can't
make the switch to wearing them all
the time
i also worry about those poo stains
with the string in my butt, its like i am
walking around with toilet paper
in my butt all day, "wipe while you walk"
i am going to wear a thong today in honor
of this blog, lets see how many times
i have to run and hide to pull the string part out
i will however bring an extra pair of underwear
with be to work, cause when it just gets to be
to much, i will always have my hanes!

put myself thru that today
however i can wear my thongs on
my feet, and still celebrate this blog
so i will be flip flopping it all day, so much
better for the breathing!

OMG! A thong! I have some, somewhere! I don't wear them any more. Butts too big, and don't feel like there is anything there.
In my job, I give lots of shots, and most are in the booty.
You would be AMAZED at who wears a thong! Male, female, old, young, fat, skinny, everyone wears a thong!
Sometimes I am truly shocked to see the thong when they lower their pants for the injection. People you would never imagine.
But hey, if you are comfortable and it feels good, more power to you.

I have one red thong. It resides in my Hope Chest. What ever I am hoping for God only knows. It sits there with my maternity clothes (40 years old) and my childrens' baby clothes. I am not sure why I saved those things but every once in a while I take them out and look at them. There are a couple of mini skirts I wore in the 60's. They are about a foot long. Whatever were we thinking in those days. We wore them to school too. Even women of 50 wore them. I remember wondering how anyone that old could wear a mini skirt. Now 50 year olds are kids to me. But I digress, we are talking about thongs. I did wear them but they certainly were not built for comfort. There is nothing like a nice soft snow white pair of Fruit of the Looms. I will celebrate the day by giving extra treats and hugs to my kitty, Teddy, who is 4 years old (and gorgeous) today.

I don't know how anyone can afford to live in New York. When I was there in 1995 I visited a friend who was so proud of her apartment because it was on Park Avenue. It was a large room with a bed in the middle, a little kitchenette off to the side and a chesterfield or do you call them sofas? There was a bathroom. Her rent was $1700 a month and was considered a good deal. I was floored. You could rent a house here for that price then. I imagine the rent is much higher 13 years later.

Ok so I arrived at the hotel and just as I walked into the lobby SacBarb and her friend Sharon we're walking out of the elevator. I had leis in hand (as you always should when family, friends or guests arrive in the islands) so they both got laid!
Then off we went to dinner. Originally it to be chinese, but plans changed and they wanted to do Japanese...and yes there is a difference...lol.
So I phoned a friend as I don't eat much Japanese as it is primarily seafodd to which I am allergic! My local friend reminded of a great little place called Irafune. After some Tempura, Chicken Katsu, Garlic Chicken...I told them they had to have the ice cream crepes! (Sorry Tina I told her about Bubbies)
When dinner was finished we drove out to the Kahala Resort (On the grounds of the Waialae Country Club, where MEK they hold the Sony Open for a cocktail on the beach.
It is a beautiful resort where all the "stars" hang out. I took them for a lil stroll over to the dolphin pond. When I started making noises I sure am sure they thought I was one marble short of a full bag.....but when the dolphins surfaced only three feet away from us SacBarb tapped me on the arm and said..."I didn't know you we're bilingual" LMAO.
We talked story for a bit and back to their hotel.
If they are up for it I think they are gonna meet me tonite where my friends play music.....

Goldie~~Just a suggestion...Norton 360! I recently upgraded from Norton IS and keep 5 or 6 windows open at a time. Faster than a speeding bullet, and you can set it to dump cookies, temp files without you doing anything.

Thanks for the advice Dreama and Bonbon. I dump my cookies and temp files every few days. And I have McAfee -not Norton. BUT I think the real issue may be that I upgraded to IE 7.0 recently and that is problem. I may just go back and restore to an earlier point. I know that we have NORTON Corp edition at work and have been told many times 7.o interfers with software, so don't install the updates. Hey- I may have solved my own problem!! I'll let you know if it works or if I blow up my machine :)

I used to work at my computer in my underwear at night. Then one night 15 minutes after I went to bed my Pekingese ran through the house barking. The next morning I saw a pile of coins that had been dropped from a peeping tom's pocket as he scurried over my gate. The next night I had a friend come with me and check all of my windows. What we discovered was that a peeping tom could see through the tiny holes at the edges of the mini blinds where the string pulls it up and down. My curtains are no longer Bavarian lace.
Also at my previous home I used to sit on my outdoor patio in the morning behind a 7 ft. privacy fence in my night gown until I caught my neighbor on his roof with 2 other guys and a dang beer cooler watching the morning shows. I would have never figured it out but the idiot almost fell off of his roof as he screamed on the way down.

Friend list issues
We’ve noticed alot people writing in about their new friends not being viewable thru the view: all function. We are now aware of the issue and will be working out the bugs. This may be causing the decrease in your number of friends as well as any deleted friends reappearing. Please be patient while we find a solution.

Hello from Oahu. This is a beautiful place.
Had a great time with K-girl last night and also had some great food. However, I didn't know I got LAID, I only felt LEI'D. But it was so sweet of her to give us such a big welcome and with lei's too. Yes, I learned that that K-girl speaks Dolphin and also Turtle (what a surprise there). She gave us directions to the Arizona Memorial (again our personal gps) and it was a very moving experience. Tonight we will meet her for eats, music and more fun.
Turtle: Thanks so much for the personal tour of Oahu last night. Sharon and I enjoyed your company and dinner at the "hole in the wall." Looking forward to more fun tonight. Sorry you got wet this morning. Maybe you need to rig an umbrella on your bike. LOL

The origins of Thong Thursday~
My friend at work always had a bad Wednesday...the calls were awful and he always felt bad and wasn't the nicest person~ So I decided to give him a hint that he wasn't the best person to be around and dubbed Wednesdays....Positive Wednesdays!! We were all required to be positive....i know....not original~ Since we named Wednesday....we decided to name the other days (only the ones I work!) Tuesday's became "Ticked Off Tuesday" to counteract Wednesday....Friday became Foul Mouth Friday...and Thursday we had a hard time with. Since none of us wear thongs and wouldn't dare....especially the guys....it seemed fitting that we call it Thong Thursday and we remind each other every Wed nite to wear our thongs the next day.....and of course we all lie and say we are~ There is no freaking way I'd wear one......I don't understand how people do~
